| 1 | 赤豆荚果总黄酮提取物对原代培养大鼠肝细胞氧化损伤的保护作用显示文摘目的:探讨赤豆荚果总黄酮提取物抗氧化作用以及对培养大鼠原代肝细胞氧化损伤的保护作用。方法:采用Photochem抗氧化测定仪对赤豆荚果总黄酮提取物体外抗氧化作用进行评价,同时评价其对培养大鼠原代肝细胞Fe2+氧化损伤保护作用的量效、时效关系。结果:赤豆荚果总黄酮提取物具有较强的抗氧化作用,在40,80,120ng剂量下,抗氧化作用大于芹菜素(P<0.05)。培养的原代肝细胞中加入100 μmol/L Fe2+后肝细胞活性减弱,培养液中ALT活力升高(P<0.05),脱落明显。加入提取物后,可有效抑制上述损伤作用。论:赤豆荚果总黄酮提取物具有较强的体外抗氧化作用,对Fe2+导致的大鼠原代肝细胞氧化损伤具有保护作用。 | 李波 赵青威 Nadine Weber 楼宜嘉 Peter Proksch | 2005 | 营养学报2005,27,5: | 13 |
| 2 | 南海海绵Hyrtios erectus的肿瘤细胞毒活性成分研究显示文摘目的对中国南海海绵Hyrtios erectus的细胞毒活性化学成分进行研究。方法采用多种色谱技术对化合物进行分离纯化,应用光谱技术和理化性质,结合文献对照,鉴定化合物的结构。并用MTT法测定化合物的细胞毒活性。结果从海绵Hyrtios erectus的脂溶性部分共分离得到5个化合物,其结构鉴定为:Hyr-tiosal(Ⅰ),12-βHydroxy-16-scalaren-24,25-olide(Ⅱ),5-Hydroxy-1H-indole-3-ethanol(Ⅲ),胆甾醇(Ⅳ),邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(V)。结论化合物为首次从海绵Hyrtios erectus中分离得到,化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ显示了较强的细胞毒活性。 | 戴好富 梅文莉 Peter Proksch 林文翰 | 2006 | 中国海洋药物2006,25,5: | 8 |
| 3 | 天名精萜类化学成分及其细胞毒活性研究显示文摘目的研究天名精Carpesium abrotanoides的萜类化学成分及其细胞毒活性。方法运用正相硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱及制备型HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,并经NMR等现代波谱技术进行化合物的结构鉴定。采用MTT法研究化合物的肿瘤细胞增殖抑制活性。结果从天名精中分离鉴定了11个萜类化合物,包括6个桉烷型倍半萜:大叶土木香内酯(1)、特勒内酯(2)、异土木香内酯(3)、3α,5α-二羟基异土木香内酯(4)、异特勒内酯(5)、糙叶依瓦菊内酯(6);1个吉玛烷型倍半萜:11(13)-去氢腋生依瓦菊素(7);1个卡拉布烷型倍半萜:天名精内酯酮(8);1个少见的开环倍半萜:泊氏孔菌裂环愈创木内酯(9)和2个单萜:7,8-环氧-9-(异丁酰氧基)麝香草酚异丁酸酯(10)、10-羟基-8,9-二氧异亚丙基麝香草酚(11)。结论化合物9和11为首次从天名精属植物中分离得到,化合物3、4、6、10为首次从天名精中分离得到,首次报道了化合物4和6的13C-NMR数据。细胞毒活性研究显示,化合物1、2对人胃癌细胞HGC-27和人乳腺癌细胞MDA-MB-231的增殖有较强抑制活性,其IC50值分别为18.18、16.17μmol/L和20.65、17.62μmol/L。化合物8对人胃癌细胞HGC-27的增殖有较强抑制活性,其IC50值为24.96μmol/L。 | 汪蕾 田丽 程凡 邹坤 Peter Proksch | 2018 | 中草药2018,49,3: | 8 |

| 10 | Immunomodulatory activity of a lupane triterpenoid ester isolated from the eastern Nigeria mistletoe,Loranthus micranthus(Linn)显示文摘Objective:To provide further evidence for the ethnomedicinal use of the Eastern Nigeria mistletoe,Loranthus micranthus(L.micranthus),as an immunostimulant.Methods:Solvent fractions from the crude extract of the mistletoe plant was obtained and screened by the cell mediated delayed type hypersensitivity reaction(DTHR) model in mice.Then the immunomodulatory potentials of a major lupane triterpenoid ester isolated from an active hexane fraction of the Eastern Nigeria mistletoe was investigated.Three lupeol-based triterpenoid esters: 7β15α-dihydroxyl-lup-20(29)-ene-3β-palmitate(Ⅰ),7β,15α-dihydroxyl-lup-20(29)- ene-3β-stearate(Ⅱ) and 7β,15α-dihydroxyl-lup-20(29)-ene-3β-decadecanoate(Ⅲ) were isolated from the plant leaves epiphyting on a local kola nut tree and were characterized. Compound 1 was subjected to cell proliferation studies using C57H1/6 splenocvtes at three dose levels(5.25 and 100μg/mL) in presence of controls.Furthermore,the effect of this compound on IL-8 receptor expression was evaluated at three doses(1,5 and 10μg/mL) using the real time polymerase chain reaction assay.Results:This triterpenoid ester produced some enhancement of the splenocytes at the tested doses but at doses higher than 5μg/mL caused inhibition of the IL-8 receptor expression.Conclusions:The present findings support the ethnomedicinal use of the Eastern Nigeria Mistletoe in the management of diseases affecting the immune system.The trilerpenoid(s) have some immunomodulatory abilities on splenocytes and IL-8 receptors and may partly account lor the overall immunomodulatory activity of this plant. | Omeje Edwin Ogechukwu Osadebe Patience Ogoamaka Nworu Chukwuemeka Sylvester Akira Kawamura Peter Proksch | 2011 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2011,4,7: | 1 |
