| 2 | Dynamics modeling and control of a transport aircraft for ultra-low altitude airdrop显示文摘The nonlinear aircraft model with heavy cargo moving inside is derived by using the separation body method, which can describe the influence of the moving cargo on the aircraft attitude and altitude accurately. Furthermore, the nonlinear system is decoupled and linearized through the input–output feedback linearization method. On this basis, an iterative quasi-sliding mode(SM)flight controller for speed and pitch angle control is proposed. At the first-level SM, a global dynamic switching function is introduced thus eliminating the reaching phase of the sliding motion.At the second-level SM, a nonlinear function with the property of ‘‘smaller errors correspond to bigger gains and bigger errors correspond to saturated gains' ' is designed to form an integral sliding manifold, and the overcompensation of the integral term to big errors is weakened. Lyapunovbased analysis shows that the controller with strong robustness can reject both constant and time-varying model uncertainties. | 4 | Metal-organic framework-derived Fe/Cu-substituted Co nanoparticles embedded in CNTs-grafted carbon polyhedron for Zn-air batteries显示文摘Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)and MOF-derived materials have attracted great attention as alternatives to noble-metal based electrocatalysts owing to their intriguing structure properties,especially for high efficiency and stable oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).Herein,we employed a one-pot reaction to make a multimetal(Fe,Co,Cu,and Zn)mixed zeolitic imidazolate framework(MM-ZIF)via adopting a simple in situ redox reaction.Further pyrolysis of the target MM-ZIF,a highly porous carbon polyhedron(FC-C@NC)grafted with abundant carbon nanotubes was obtained,in which ultrasmall Co nanoparticles with partial lattice sites substituted by Fe and Cu were embedded.The obtained FC-C@NC possessed large surface area,highly porous structure,widely-spread metal active sites,and conductive carbon frameworks,contributing to outstanding ORR activity and long-term stability.It displayed superior tolerance to methanol crossover and exceeded the commercial Pt/C catalyst and most previously reported non-noble-metal catalysts.Impressively,the as-produced FC-C@NC-based zinc-air battery afforded an open-circuit potential of 1.466 V,a large specific capacity of 659.5 mAh/g,and a high gravimetric energy density of 784.3 Wh/kgZn,significantly outperforming the Pt/C-based cathode. | Kexin Zhang Yelong Zhang Qinghua Zhang Zibin Liang Lin Gu Wenhan Guo Bingjun Zhu Shaojun Guo Ruqiang Zou | 2020 | Carbon Energy2020,2,2: | 7 |
| 5 | Characteristics of pantograph‐catenary arc under low air pressure and strong airflow显示文摘Pantograph‐catenary arc fault is the primary factor threatening the stability of the power transmission for high‐speed railway.The motion characteristics of the pantograph‐catenary arc under low air pressure and strong airflow is significantly different from the case under atmospheric pressure.In this paper,an experimental platform of panto-graph‐catenary arc was built to investigate arc root position‐time and arc column lon-gitudinal drift height‐time characteristic curves under different air pressures and airflow velocites.Via analysing the corresponding results,it can be found that there are different arc root-arc column traction mechanisms at different stages of arc development.The arcing time and arc root stagnation time under low air pressure are significantly longer than the case under atmospheric pressure,resulting in more serious electrode ablation.The arc column longitudinal drift velocity and height are greater with the increase of airflow velocity.Two typical irregular arc motion phenomena-arc root jumping and arc reignition are observed.To clarify the internal mechanism of the above phenomenon,a magnetohydrodynamics(MHD)model of the pantograph‐catenary arc was lauched,the influence mechanism of the pantograph‐catenary arc temperature and voltage are studied,and the physical process of arc temperature oscillation is analysed.The research results provide theoretical support for arc protection in high‐altitude areas. | Zhilei Xu Guoqiang Gao Wenfu Wei Zefeng Yang Wenhan Xie Keliang Dong Yaguang Ma Yan Yang Guangning Wu | 2022 | High Voltage2022,7,2: | 7 |
| 6 | IL-17 sustains the plasma cell response via p38-mediated Bcl-xL RNA stability in lupus pathogenesis显示文摘Recent studies have demonstrated a central role for plasma cells in the development of autoimmune diseases,such as systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Currently,both the phenotypic features and functional regulation of autoreactive plasma cells during SLE pathogenesis remain largely unclear.In this study,we first found that a major subset of IL-17 receptor-expressing plasma cells potently produced anti-dsDNA IgG upon IL-17A(IL-17)stimulation in SLE patients and lupus mice.Using a humanized lupus mouse model,we showed that the transfer of Th17 cell-depleted PBMCs from lupus patients resulted in a significantly reduced plasma cell response and attenuated renal damage in recipient mice compared to the transfer of total SLE PBMCs.Moreover,long-term BrdU incorporation in lupus mice detected highly enriched long-lived BrdU+subsets among IL-17 receptor-expressing plasma cells.Lupus mice deficient in IL-17 or IL-17 receptor C(IL-17RC)exhibited a diminished plasma cell response and reduced autoantibody production with attenuated renal damage,while the adoptive transfer of Th17 cells triggered the plasma cell response and renal damage in IL-17-deficient lupus mice.In reconstituted chimeric mice,IL-17RC deficiency resulted in severely impaired plasma cell generation but showed no obvious effect on germinal center B cells.Further mechanistic studies revealed that IL-17 significantly promoted plasma cell survival via p38-mediated Bcl-xL transcript stabilization.Together,our findings identified a novel function of IL-17 in enhancing plasma cell survival for autoantibody production in lupus pathogenesis,which may provide new therapeutic strategies for the treatment of SLE. | Kongyang Ma Wenhan Du Fan Xiao Man Han Enyu Huang Na Peng Yuan Tang Chong Deng Lixiong Liu Yulan Chen Jingjing Li Shiwen Yuan Qin Huang Xiaoping Hong Dajun Hu Xiaoyan Cai Quan Jiang Dongzhou Liu Liwei Lu | 2021 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,7: | 6 |
| 7 | Metal-organic framework based nanomaterials for electrocatalytic oxygen redox reaction显示文摘Due to the severe environmental issues, many advanced technologies, typically fuel cells and metal-air batteries have aroused widespread concerns and been intensively studied in recent years. However, oxygen redox reactions including oxygen evolution reaction(OER) and oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) as the core reactions suffer from sluggish kinetics of the multiple electron transfer process. Currently, Pt, RuO_2, and IrO_2 are considered to be the benchmark catalysts for ORR and OER, but their high price, scarcity and instability hinder them from large-scale application. To overcome these limits, exploring alternative electrocatalysts with low cost, high activity, long-term stability, and earth-abundance is of extreme urgency. Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) are a family of inorganic-organic hybrid materials with high surface areas and tunable structures, making them proper as catalyst candidates. Herein, the recent progress of MOFs and MOF-derived materials for ORR and OER is systematically reviewed, and the relationship between compositions and electrochemical performance is discussed. | 9 | Highly efficient K-Fe/C catalysts derived from metal-organic frameworks towards ammonia synthesis显示文摘Fe-based catalysts have been discovered as the best elementary metal-based heterogeneous catalysts for the ammonia synthesis in industrial application during the last century.Herein,a novel and scalable strategy is developed to prepare the K-promoted Fe/C catalyst with extremely high Fe loading (> 50 wt.%) through pyrolysis of the Fe-based metal-organic framework (MOF) xerogel.The obtained K-Fe/C catalysts exhibited superior activity and stability towards ammonia synthesis.The weight-specific reaction rate of Fe/C with K2O as promoter can achieve 12.4 mmol·g-1·h-1 at 350 ℃ and 30.4 mmol·g-1·h-1 at 400 ℃,approximately four and two times higher than that of the commercial fused-iron catalyst (3.4 mmol·g-1·h-1 at 350 ℃ and 16.7 mmol·g-1·h-1 at 400 ℃) under the same condition,respectively.The excellent performance of K-Fe/C can be ascribed to the inherited structure derived from the metal-organic frame precursors and the promotion of potassium,which can modify the binding energy of reactant molecules on the Fe surface,transfer electrons to iron for effective activation of nitrogen,prevent agglomeration of Fe nanoparticle (NPs) and restrain side reaction of carbon matrix to methane. | Pengqi Yan Wenhan Guo Zibin Liang Wei Meng Zhen Yin Siwei Li Mengzhu Li Mengtao Zhang Jie Yan Dequan Xiao Ruqiang Zou Ding Ma | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,9: | 4 |

| 11 | Finite-time adaptive sliding mode control for heavyweight airdrop operations显示文摘This paper investigates the problem of designing a fast convergent sliding mode flight controller of a transport aircraft for heavyweight airdrop operations in the presence of bounded uncertainties without the prior knowledge of the bounds. On the basis of feedback linearization of the aircraft-cargo motion system, a novel integral sliding mode flight control law with gains adaptation is proposed. It contains a nominal control law used to achieve finite-time stabilization performance and a compensated control law used to reject the uncertainties. The switching gains of the compensated control law are tuned using adaptation algorithms, and the knowledge of the bounds of the uncertainties is not required to be known in advance. | 12 | Fabrication of sharp silicon hollow microneedles by deep-reactive ion etching towards minimally invasive diagnostics显示文摘Microneedle technologies have the potential for expanding the capabilities of wearable health monitoring from physiology to biochemistry.This paper presents the fabrication of silicon hollow microneedles by a deep-reactive ion etching(DRIE)process,with the aim of exploring the feasibility of microneedle-based in-vivo monitoring of biomarkers in skin fluid.Such devices shall have the ability to allow the sensing elements to be integrated either within the needle borehole or on the backside of the device,relying on capillary filling of the borehole with dermal interstitial fluid(ISF)for transporting clinically relevant biomarkers to the sensor sites.The modified DRIE process was utilized for the anisotropic etching of circular holes with diameters as small as 30μm to a depth of>300μm by enhancing ion bombardment to efficiently remove the fluorocarbon passivation polymer.Afterward,isotropic wet and/or dry etching was utilized to sharpen the needle due to faster etching at the pillar top,achieving tip radii as small as 5μm.Such sharp microneedles have been demonstrated to be sufficiently robust to penetrate porcine skin without needing any aids such as an impact-insertion applicator,with the needles remaining mechanically intact after repetitive penetrations.The capillary filling of DRIE-etched through-wafer holes with water has also been demonstrated,showing the feasibility of use to transport the analyte to the target sites. | Yan Li Hang Zhang Ruifeng Yang Yohan Laffitte Ulises Schmill Wenhan Hu Moufeed Kaddoura Eric J.M.Blondeel Bo Cui | 2019 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2019,5,1: | 4 |

| 14 | Rapid detection of organophosphorus pesticide residue on Prussian blue modified dual-channel screen-printed electrodes combing with portable potentiostat显示文摘A novel electrochemical method for the rapid detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues was realized on a dual-channel screen-printed electrode(DSPE) that was integrated with a portable smartphone-controlled potentiostat. The two carbon working channels of DSPE were first modified by electrodepositing of Prussian blue. The channels were then modified with acetylcholinesterase(AChE)via Nafion. The inhibition ratio of AChE was detected by comparing the electrical current of acetylthiocholine(ATCh) that was catalyzed by the enzyme electrodes with(channel 1) and without(channel 2) organophosphorus pesticide. Inhibition ratios were related with the negative logarithm of the organophosphorus pesticide(trichlorfon, oxamyl, and isocarbophos) concentrations at optimum experimental conditions(pH 6.9 of electrolyte, 0.2 V working potential, 2.5 μL AChE modification amount, and 15 min inhibition time). The linear equations were I% = 32.301 gC +253.3(R = 0.9750) for isocarbophos, 1% = 35.991 gC + 270.1(R = 0.9668) for chlorpyrifos, and 1% = 33.701 gC+ 250.5(R = 0.9606) for trichlorfon. The detection limits were calculated as 10^(-7)g/mL. | 16 | First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. | 18 | Relocation of the Yellow River Estuary in 1855 AD Recorded in the Sediment Core from the Northern Yellow Sea显示文摘Relocation of the Yellow River estuary has significant impacts on not only terrestrial environment and human activities,but also sedimentary and ecological environments in coastal seas.The responses of regional geochemical characteristics to the relocation event,however,have not been well studied.In the present study,we performed detailed geochemical elemental analyses of a sediment core from the northern Yellow Sea and studied their geochemical responses to the 1855 AD relocation of the Yellow River estuary.The results show that TOC/TN,Co/Al2O3,Cr/Al2O3,Ni/Al2O3and Se/Al2O3ratios all decreased abruptly after 1855 AD,and similar decreases are observed in the sediments of the mud area southwest off the Cheju Island.These abrupt changes are very likely caused by the changes in source materials due to the relocation of the Yellow River estuary from the southern Yellow Sea to the Bohai Sea,which the corresponding decreasing trends caused by the changes in main source materials from those transported by the Liaohe River,the Haihe River and the Luanhe River to those by the Yellow River.Because the events have precise ages recorded in historical archives,these obvious changes in elemental geochemistry of sediments can be used to calibrate age models of related coastal sea sediments. | ZHOU Xin JIA Nan CHENG Wenhan WANG Yuhong SUN Liguang | 2013 | Journal of Ocean University of China2013,12,4: | 3 |

| 20 | CD49a^(+)CD49b^(+) NK cells induced by viral infection reflect an activated state of conventional NK cells显示文摘Natural killer(NK) cells are important innate effectors that play a pivotal role in the defense against tumors and infections and participate in regulating adaptive immunity. Recent studies have revealed phenotypic and functional heterogeneity of NK cells.Here, using murine models of acute and chronic lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus infection, we observed that a CD49a^(+)CD49b^(+) NK cell subset emerged in the liver and other tissues, and underwent vigorous expansion following viral infection,before progressively decreasing in cell number. These viral infection-induced CD49a^(+)CD49b^(+) NK cells displayed an activated and mature phenotype. Moreover, compared with liver-resident NK cells and conventional NK(cNK) cells, CD49a^(+)CD49b^(+) NK cells showed increased functional competence, as evidenced by higher amounts of IFN-γ production and stronger cytotoxic capabilities during viral infection. Generation of these CD49a^(+)CD49b^(+) NK cells was shown to be independent of the T-bet transcription factor. Adoptive transfer experiments revealed that c NK cells could convert into CD49a^(+)CD49b^(+) NK cells following viral infection.
