1Cooperative Formation Control of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles:An Overview显示文摘Formation control is a cooperative control concept in which multiple autonomous underwater mobile robots are deployed for a group motion and/or control mission.This paper presents a brief review on various cooperative search and formation control strategies for multiple autonomous underwater vehicles(AUV) based on literature reported till date.Various cooperative and formation control schemes for collecting huge amount of data based on formation regulation control and formation tracking control are discussed.To address the challenge of detecting AUV failure in the fleet,communication issues,collision and obstacle avoidance are also taken into attention.Stability analysis of the feasible formation is also presented.This paper may be intended to serve as a convenient reference for the further research on formation control of multiple underwater mobile robots.Bikramaditya Das Bidyadhar Subudhi Bibhuti Bhusan Pati 2016International Journal of Automation and computing2016,13,3:14
2A Comprehensive Review of Path Planning Algorithms for Autonomous Underwater Vehicles显示文摘The underwater path planning problem deals with finding an optimal or sub-optimal route between an origin point and a termination point in marine environments.The underwater environment is still considered as a great challenge for the path planning of autonomous underwater vehicles(AUVs)because of its hostile and dynamic nature.The major constraints for path planning are limited data transmission capability,power and sensing technology available for underwater operations.The sea environment is subjected to a large set of challenging factors classified as atmospheric,coastal and gravitational.Based on whether the impact of these factors can be approximated or not,the underwater environment can be characterized as predictable and unpredictable respectively.The classical path planning algorithms based on artificial intelligence assume that environmental conditions are known apriori to the path planner.But the current path planning algorithms involve continual interaction with the environment considering the environment as dynamic and its effect cannot be predicted.Path planning is necessary for many applications involving AUVs.These are based upon planning safety routes with minimum energy cost and computation overheads.This review is intended to summarize various path planning strategies for AUVs on the basis of characterization of underwater environments as predictable and unpredictable.The algorithms employed in path planning of single AUV and multiple AUVs are reviewed in the light of predictable and unpredictable environments.Madhusmita Panda Bikramaditya Das Bidyadhar Subudhi Bibhuti Bhusan Pati 2020International Journal of Automation and computing2020,17,3:8
3Scale of seismic and rock burst hazard in the Silesian companies in Poland显示文摘Presently the seismic and rock burst hazard appears still to be important in most of hard coal mines in Poland. Recently, there was a significant increase of seismic activity of the Silesian rock massive, when compared with the previous years. In the period 1999–2008 the hard coal mines experienced 34 rock bursts. The causes of rockburst occurrence are presented based on the analysis of the rockbursts occurring in the Polish hard coal mines. The scale of the rockburst hazard has been characterized with respect to the mining and geological conditions of the existing exploitation. Of the factors influencing the state of rockburst hazard, the most essential one is considered the depth interval ranging from 600 m to 900 m. 4Wnt signaling and Loxl2 promote aggressive osteosarcoma显示文摘Osteosarcoma(OS)is the most frequent primary malignant bone tumor in urgent need of better therapies.Using genetically modified mouse models(GEMMs),we demonstrate that Wnt signaling promotes c-Fos-induced OS formation via the actions of the collagen-modifying enzyme Loxl2.c-Fos/AP-1 directly regulates the expression of the Wnt ligands Wnt7b and Wnt9a in OS cells through promoter binding,and Wnt7b and Wnt9a in turn promote Loxl2 expression in murine and human OS cells through the transcription factors Zeb1 and Zeb2.Concordantly,inhibition of Wnt ligand secretion by inactivating the Wnt-less(Wls)gene in osteoblasts in c-Fos GEMMs either early or in a therapeutic setting reduces Loxl2 expression and progression of OS.Wls-deficient osteosarcomas proliferate less,are less mineralized and are enriched in fibroblastic cells surrounded by collagen fibers.Importantly,Loxl2 inhibition using either the pan-Lox inhibitor BAPN or a specific inducible shRNA reduces OS cell proliferation in vitro and decreases tumor growth and lung colonization in murine and human orthotopic OS transplantation models.Finally,OS development is delayed in c-Fos GEMMs treated with BAPN or with specific Loxl2 blocking antibodies.Congruently,a strong correlation between c-FOS,LOXL2 and WNT7B/WNT9A expression is observed in human OS samples,and c-FOS/LOXL2 co-expression correlates with OS aggressiveness and decreased patient survival.Therefore,therapeutic targeting of Wnt and/or Loxl2 should be considered to potentiate the inadequate current treatments for pediatric,recurrent,and metastatic OS.Kazuhiko Matsuoka Latifa Bakiri Lena I.Wolff Markus Linder Amanda Mikels-Vigdal Ana Patiño-García Fernando Lecanda Christine Hartmann Maria Sibilia Erwin F.Wagner 2020Cell Research2020,30,10:5

6Polydopamine and collagen coated micro-grated polydimethylsiloxane for human mesenchymal stem cell culture显示文摘Natural tissues contain highly organized cellular architecture.One of the major challenges in tissue engineering is to develop engineered tissue constructs that promote cellular growth in physiological directionality.To address this issue,micro-patterned polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)substrates have been widely used in cell sheet engineering due to their low microfabrication cost,higher stability,excellent biocompatibility,and most importantly,ability to guide cellular growth and patterning.However,the current methods for PDMS surface modification either require a complicated procedure or generate a non-uniform surface coating,leading to the production of poor-quality cell layers.A simple and efficient surface coating method is critically needed to improve the uniformity and quality of the generated cell layers.Herein,a fast,simple and inexpensive surface coating method was analyzed for its ability to uniformly coat polydopamine(PD)with or without collagen on micro-grated PDMS substrates without altering essential surface topographical features.Topographical feature,stiffness and cytotoxicity of these PD and/or collagen based surface coatings were further analyzed.Results showed that the PD-based coating method facilitated aligned and uniform cell growth,therefore holds great promise for cell sheet engineering as well as completely biological tissue biomanufacturing.Dhavan Sharma Wenkai Jia Fei Long Shweta Pati Qinghui Chen Yibing Qyang Bruce Lee Chang Kyong Choi Feng Zhao 2019Bioactive Materials2019,4,1:4

15Efficient metallization of magnetite concentrate by reduction with agave bagasse as a source of reducing agents显示文摘The reduction behavior and metallization degree of magnetite concentrate with agave bagasse were investigated in an inert atmosphere.The effects of temperature,biomass content,and residence time on reduction experiments and metallization degree were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.Compared with other types of biomass,agave bagasse had lower contents of nitrogen,sulfur,and ash.X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the metallization degree improved with increasing temperature and biomass content.Complete metallization was achieved at 1100℃ for 30 min with 65:35 and 50:50 ratios of the magnetite concentrate to the agave bagasse.These results demonstrate that agave bagasse promotes the efficient metallization of magnetite concentrate without the external addition of a reducing agent.Therefore,this biomass is a technical suitable alternative to replace fossil fuels in steelmaking.Diana Cholico-González NoemíOrtiz Lara Mario Alberto Sánchez Miranda Ricardo Morales Estrella Ramiro Escudero García Carlos ALeón Patiño 2021International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2021,28,4:2
