| 1 | 赣西地区山羊肠道寄生虫感染情况调查显示文摘为了分析赣西地区山羊肠道寄生虫病的发生规律,试验采集宜春市和萍乡市养殖场肉用山羊粪便,随机抽取羊粪312份,通过饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法、甲醛-乙酸乙酯-改良抗酸染色法、卢戈氏碘液染色法及显微镜观察技术进行寄生虫的分离鉴定。结果表明:检查的312份粪样,寄生虫的总体及混合感染率分别为87.18%和30.77%,其中绦虫、隐孢子虫、吸虫的感染率较低,分别为4.17%、17.95%和20.51%,线虫及球虫的感染率较高,分别为57.05%和68.27%,没有检出寄生虫的仅40份。检查到的寄生虫种类有肝片吸虫、类圆线虫、前后盘吸虫、网尾线虫、莫尼茨绦虫、毛首线虫、艾美耳球虫、矛形歧腔吸虫,其中艾美耳球虫、类圆线虫和网尾线虫检出率较高。说明应加强对球虫和线虫这两种优势虫种的驱虫和防治工作。 | 康劲文 郑文亚 吴青青 温宇婷 袁斌 Hamad Ali Hamad Habiba Mkombe Pandu 刘犇 | 2018 | 黑龙江畜牧兽医2018，0，20： | 6 |
| 2 | 赣西地区肉牛胃肠道寄生虫病调查及防治显示文摘为了调查清楚赣西地区肉牛胃肠道寄生虫的感染情况,结合饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮、甲醛-乙酸乙酯-改良耐酸染色、卢戈氏碘液染色、离心沉淀以及显微镜观察等多种方法对赣西地区肉牛的粪便进行处理与观察。从168份样本的结果来看,总体感染率为18.45%,大多数是单一感染,其中,艾美耳球虫感染率最高(8.93%),其次是类圆线虫(5.36%),其他虫种包括莫尼茨绦虫、肝片吸虫和隐孢子虫。调查结果表明,赣西地区肉牛胃肠道寄生虫对阿苯达唑伊维菌素预混剂敏感,该药对寄生虫具有良好的杀虫效果,但该药对球虫的驱杀效果不佳,球虫可以通过抗寄生虫药物如盐酸氨丙啉、莫能霉素、磺胺二甲嘧啶来控制。 | 康劲文 郑文亚 彭瑞妮 Hamad al i hamad Kassim al i bakar Habiba mkomre pandu 刘犇 | 2019 | 中国兽医杂志2019，55，12： | 1 |
