| 1 | 五个紫菜品系间遗传差异的RAPD分析显示文摘应用随机引物扩增片段多态性 (RAPD)技术对 2种紫菜的 5个品系进行遗传多样性分析。共筛选出 2 1条随机引物 ,PCR反应得到 147条扩增片段。根据共享扩增片段计算遗传相似性指数 (F)和相对遗传距离 ,利用NJ法构建系统树。结果表明 ,条斑紫菜或坛紫菜的养殖品系首先聚类在一起 ,两个条斑紫菜养殖品系之间的遗传距离是0 32 ,两个坛紫菜养殖品系之间的遗传距离是 0 .31。条斑紫菜养殖品系CPY1 0 8A与坛紫菜养殖品系CPH8 83之间的遗传距离最大 ,达 0 .4 2。本文结果提示RAPD可以作为简便有效的分子工具应用于紫菜的遗传多样性和种质鉴定研究中。 | 徐涤 宋林生 秦松 Alessandro Pala 费修绠 曾呈奎 | 2001 | 高技术通讯2001,11,12: | 25 |
| 2 | Electrical storm: A clinical and electrophysiological overview显示文摘Electrical storm(ES) is a clinical condition characterized by three or more ventricular arrhythmia episodes leading to appropriate implantable cardioverterdefibrillator(ICD) therapies in a 24 h period. Mostly, arrhythmias responsible of ES are multiple morphologies of monomorphic ventricular tachycardia(VT), but polymorphic VT and ventricular fibrillation can also result in ES. Clinical presentation is very dramatic in most cases, strictly related to the cardiac disease that may worsen electrical and hemodynamic decompensation. Therefore ES management is challenging in the majority of cases and a high mortality is the rule both in the acute and in the long-term phases. Different underlying cardiomyopathies provide significant clues into the mechanism of ES, which can arise in the setting of structural arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathies or rarely in patients with inherited arrhythmic syndrome, impacting on pharmacological treatment, on ICD programming, and on the opportunity to apply strategies of catheter ablation. This latter has become a pivotal form of treatment due to its high efficacy in modifying the arrhythmogenic substrate and in achieving rhythm stability, aiming at reducing recurrences of ventricular arrhythmia and at improving overall survival. | 3 | Carbon stock estimation for tree species of Sem Mukhem sacred forest in Garhwal Himalaya, India显示文摘Carbon stock estimation was conducted in tree species of Sem Mukhem sacred forest in district Tehri of Garhwal Himalaya, Uttarakhand, India. This forest is dedicated to Nagraj Devta and is dominated by tree species, including Quercus floribunda, Quercus semecarpifolia and Rhododendron arboreum. The highest values of below ground biomass density, total biomass density and total carbon density were (34.81±1.68) Mg·ha-1, (168.26±9.04) Mg·ha-1 and (84.13±4.18) Mg·ha-1 for Pinus wallichiana. Overall values of total biomass density and total carbon density calculated were 1549.704 Mg·ha-1 and 774.77 Mg·ha-1 respectively. Total value of growing stock volume density for all species was 732.56 m3·ha-1 and ranged from (144.97±11.98) m3·ha-1 for Pinus wallichiana to (7.78±1.78) m3·ha-1 for Benthamidia capitata. | Nazir A. | 4 | Quantification of organic carbon and primary nutrients in litter and soil in a foothill forest plantation of eastern Himalaya显示文摘The present study was an effort to understand the amount of litter fall and its subsequent decomposition and quantify the release of available nutrients and soil physicochemical characteristics in plantations of four forest tree species(Lagerstroemia parviflora, Tectona grandis, Shorea robusta and Michelia champaca) in the Chilapatta Reserve Forest of the Cooch Behar Wildlife Division in the Terai zone of West Bengal, India. The most litter(5.61 Mg ha^(-1))was produced by T. grandis plantation and the least(4.72 Mg ha^(-1)) by L. parviflora. The material turnover rate to the soil through decomposition from total litter was fastest during the first quarter of the year and subsequently decreased during the next two quarters. The material turnover rate was only 1 year, which indicates that more than90% of the total litter produced decomposed within a year.The available primary nutrient content in litter varied across the four plantations over the year. The plantations generally did not significantly influence the soil physical characteristics but did significantly influence the availability of primary nutrients and organic carbon at two depths(1–15 and16–30 cm) over the year. The availability of soil primary nutrients in the four plantations also increased gradually from the first quarter of the year to the third quarter and then decreased during the last quarter to the same level as in the first quarter of the year at both depths. The availability for soil organic carbon in the plantations followed a similar trend. The amount of litter produced and the material turnover in the soil in the different plantations differed, influencing the nutrient availability and organic carbon at the plantations. The amount of soil organic carbon was highest for T. grandis(2.52 Mg ha^(-1)) and lowest for L. parviflora(2.12 Mg ha^(-1)). Litter is the source of soil organic matter,and more the litter that is produced by the plantations, the higher will be the content and amount of soil organic carbon in the plantation. | Gopal Shukla Nazir A. | 5 | Heart and lung, a dangerous liaison-Tako-tsubo cardiomyopathy and respiratory diseases: A systematic review显示文摘AIM: To investigate the possible association between Tako-tsubo cardiomyopathy(TTC)-a reversible clini-cal condition mimicking an acute myocardial infarction characterized by multifactorial pathophysiologic mecha-nisms- and respiratory system diseases. METHODS: We systematically searched PubMed and EMBASE medical information sources, to identify the different triggering causes, limiting our search to ar-ticles in English. The search keywords were: 'tako-tsubo cardiomyopathy', 'takotsubo', 'takotsubo cardiomyopa-thy', 'broken heart syndrome', 'stress-induced cardio-myopathy', 'apical ballooning syndrome', and 'ampulla cardiomyopathy in combination with respiratory dis-eases, lung, pulmonary disease. For each kind of dis-ease, we registered: author, year and country of study, patient sex, age, concurring situation, and outcome. RESULTS: Out of a total of 1725 articles found, we se-lected 37 papers reporting a total of 38 patients. As ex-pected, most patients were women(81.6%), mean age was 65 ± 10 years. Outcome was favorable in 100% of cases, and all the patients have been discharged un-eventfully in a few days. CONCLUSION: An association between respiratory diseases and TTC is likely to exist. | 6 | Deep learning for non-parameterized MEMS structural design显示文摘The geometric designs of MEMS devices can profoundly impact their physical properties and eventual performances.However,it is challenging for researchers to rationally consider a large number of possible designs,as it would be very time-and resource-consuming to study all these cases using numerical simulation.In this paper,we report the use of deep learning techniques to accelerate the MEMS design cycle by quickly and accurately predicting the physical properties of numerous design candidates with vastly different geometric features.Design candidates are represented in a nonparameterized,topologically unconstrained form using pixelated black-and-white images.After sufficient training,a deep neural network can quickly calculate the physical properties of interest with good accuracy without using conventional numerical tools such as finite element analysis.As an example,we apply our deep learning approach in the prediction of the modal frequency and quality factor of disk-shaped microscale resonators.With reasonable training,our deep learning neural network becomes a high-speed,high-accuracy calculator:it can identify the flexural mode frequency and the quality factor 4.6×10^(3)times and 2.6×10^(4)times faster,respectively,than conventional numerical simulation packages,with good accuracies of 98.8±1.6%and 96.8±3.1%,respectively.When simultaneously predicting the frequency and the quality factor,up to~96.0%of the total computation time can be saved during the design process.The proposed technique can rapidly screen over thousands of design candidates and promotes experience-free and data-driven MEMS structural designs. | Ruiqi Guo Fanping Sui Wei Yue Zekai Wang Sedat Pala Kunying Li Renxiao Xu Liwei Lin | 2022 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2022,8,4: | 2 |
