| 2 | A new approach for prediction of the wear loss of PTA surface coatings using artificial neural network and basic,kernel-based,and weighted extreme learning machine显示文摘Wear tests are essential in the design of parts intended to work in environments that subject a part to high wear.Wear tests involve high cost and lengthy experiments,and require special test equipment.The use of machine learning algorithms for wear loss quantity predictions is a potentially effective means to eliminate the disadvantages of experimental methods such as cost,labor,and time.In this study,wear loss data of AISI 1020 steel coated by using a plasma transfer arc welding(PTAW)method with FeCrC,FeW,and FeB powders mixed in different ratios were obtained experimentally by some of the researchers in our group.The mechanical properties of the coating layers were detected by microhardness measurements and dry sliding wear tests.The wear tests were performed at three different loads(19.62,39.24,and 58.86 N)over a sliding distance of 900 m.In this study,models have been developed by using four different machine learning algorithms(an artificial neural network(ANN),extreme learning machine(ELM),kernel-based extreme learning machine(KELM),and weighted extreme learning machine(WELM))on the data set obtained from the wear test experiments.The R2 value was calculated as 0.9729 in the model designed with WELM,which obtained the best performance among the models evaluated. | Mustafa ULAS Osman ALTAY Turan GURGENC Cihan OZEL | 2020 | Friction2020,8,6: | 2 |
| 3 | Acupuncture Enhances Chances of Pregnancy in Unexplained Infertile Patients Who Undergo A Blastocyst Transfer in A Fresh-Cycle显示文摘Objective: To analyze the effects of acupuncture on in vitro fertilization patients with unexplained infertility.Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the charts of a total of 302 cycles performed in 273 patients attending Assisted Reproductive Technology(ART) Centre from August 2013 to August 2016.During the study period,embryo transfer with acupuncture(Acupuncture group,46 cases) and without acupuncture(Control group,42 cases) were applied.Prior to embryo transfer,the following points were used in the acupuncture group: Neiguan(CX 6),Diji(SP 8),Taichong(Liv 3),Baihui(Gv 20),and Guilai(S 29).These sessions were carried out two times before and after embryo transfer in a single day.In addition,auricular acupuncture was also performed at ear points,including ear point 55(Shenmen),ear point 58(Zhigong),ear point 22(Neifenmi)and ear point 34(Naodian).The biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate after transplantation were compared between two groups.Results: The clinical pregnancy rate in the acupuncture group was higher than that in the control group [60.9%(28/46) vs.33.3%(14/42),respectively,P<0.05].Likewise,the live birth rate in the acupuncture group was also higher than that in the control group [71.7%(33/46) vs.31.0%(12/42),P<0.01).Conclusion: Administration of acupuncture on the day of embryo transfer dramatically improved fertility results in women who underwent in vitro fertilization/intra-cytoplasm sperm injection for reproduction. | Hakan ?oksüer Mert Ula Barut Murat BozkurT Elif Agacayak Sibel Sak Mustafa Demir Eray Cal?skan | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2019,25,4: | 2 |
