13种观赏草苗期对干旱胁迫的响应及抗旱性评价显示文摘通过自然失水胁迫试验,探究了狼尾草(Peuuisetum alopecuroides)、蓝羊茅(Festuca glauca ‘Freddy’)、细茎针茅‘马尾’(Stipa tenuissima ‘Pony Tails’)苗期对干旱胁迫形态特性和生理特性的响应变化,并对其抗旱性进行综合分析评价。结果显示,在干旱胁迫过程中,狼尾草的土壤含水量下降速率小于其他两者。随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,3种观赏草幼苗的株高变化量和叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势;脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量均呈上升趋势;超氧化物歧化酶活性表现为先增大后减小的变化趋势;狼尾草的可溶性蛋白含量呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,蓝羊茅和细茎针茅则呈先减小后增大的变化趋势。采用隶属函数法对3种观赏草苗期表现进行抗旱性综合评价,其抗旱能力强弱表现为细茎针茅‘马尾’>蓝羊茅‘Freddy’>狼尾草。王竞红 陈鹏 陈艾 田静瑶 MUHAMMAD Siddique 李彦雪 2019草业科学2019,36,5:16
2An experimental study exploring the influencing factors for ultrasonic-assisted extraction of flavonoid compounds from leaves of Amorpha fruticosa L.显示文摘In this paper,the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of flavonoid compounds from leaves of Amorpha fruticosa is optimized.In single factor experiments,solid/liquid ratios,ultrasonic power,ethanol concentrations and extraction cycles were experimental factors.Box–Behnken central composite design and RSM analyzed the effects of the four factors on the yield of total flavonoids.The optimal extraction parameters were solid/liquid ratio 1:50 g/mL,ultrasonic power 316 W,ethanol concentration 50%,4 extraction cycles.In the optimized condition,the estimated value of the regression model was 66.6456 mg/g while the measured value was 66.4329 mg/g.Jingyao Tian Siddique Muhammad Ai Chen Peng Chen Jinghong Wang Chengwu Yang Hui Yuan Zhensheng Wang 2019Journal of Forestry Research2019,30,5:14
3下垫面覆盖类型变化对城市热岛的影响——以北京市朝阳区为例显示文摘【目的】快速发展的城市化进程改变了下垫面的性质和结构,从而影响了城市的热量平衡,导致城市热岛效应蔓延。研究城市下垫面变化及其对城市热岛的影响,对缓解城市热环境、减少社会经济损失有重要意义。【方法】本文利用2002—2017年北京市朝阳区Landsat系列遥感影像计算研究区域归一化植被指数(NDVI)变化,并基于大气校正法利用Landsat热红外波段进行地表温度(LST)反演,进一步对所获地表温度进行归一化处理;同时利用2002—2017年北京市朝阳区谷歌全色卫星影像,基于DeepLabv3+网络利用深度学习对朝阳区下垫面分类并分析其动态变化。【结果】(1)朝阳区15年间平均地表温度呈上升趋势,城市热岛逐年加剧;至2017年,区内不再存在单一热岛中心,而转为复杂的镶嵌式结构、多中心分布。(2)15年间不透水面面积共减少71.02 km2,降幅20.98%;水域面积共减少2.53 km2,降幅24.12%;植被面积共增加73.54 km2,增幅56.57%。(3)对地表温度与下垫面类型动态变化相关性进行分析表明,地表温度与不透水面面积呈正相关,与植被面积呈负相关关系。(4)从总量来看,2012—2017年朝阳区与城市热岛效应成负相关关系的植被与水域面积总量增加明显,但城市热岛效应不降反增。【结论】植被和水域对城市热岛效应的缓解作用在用地强度、建筑密度和人类活动不断增长的前提下逐渐变得有限。在现有城市发展模式下,朝阳区地表温度将继续上升,城市热岛进一步加剧。李膨利 Muhammad Amir Siddique 樊柏青 黄华国 刘东云 2020北京林业大学学报2020,42,3:8
4Intensive care unit complications and outcomes of adult patients with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis: A retrospective study of 16 cases显示文摘AIM To study the management, complications and outcomes of adult patients admitted with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis(HLH) in the intensive care unit(ICU).METHODS We performed a retrospective observational study of adult patients with the diagnosis of 'HLH' admitted to the two academic medical ICUs of Baylor College of Medicine between 01/01/2013 to 06/30/2017. HLH was diagnosed using the HLH-2004 criteria proposed by the Histiocyte Society.RESULTS Sixteen adult cases of HLH were admitted to the medical ICUs over 4 years.Median age of presentation was 49 years and 10(63%) were males. Median Sequential Organ Failure Assessment(SOFA) score at the time of ICU admission was 10. Median ICU length of stay(LOS) was 11.5 d and median hospital LOS was 29 d. Septic shock and acute respiratory failure accounted for majority of diagnoses necessitating ICU admission. Septic shock was the most common ICU complication seen in(88%) patients, followed by acute kidney injury(81%) and acute respiratory failure requiring mechanical ventilation(75%). Nine patients(56%) developed disseminated intravascular coagulation and eight(50%) had acute liver failure. 10 episodes of clinically significant bleeding were observed.Multi system organ failure was the most common cause of death seen in 12(75%)patients. The 30 d mortality was 37%(6 cases) and 90 d mortality was 81%(13 cases). There was no difference in mortality based on age(above or less than 50 years), SOFA score on ICU admission(more than or less than 10),immunosuppression, time to diagnose HLH or direct ICU admission versus floor transfer.CONCLUSION HLH is a devastating disease associated with poor outcomes in ICU. 5Aggregation Operators for Interval-Valued Pythagorean Fuzzy Soft Set with Their Application to Solve Multi-Attribute Group Decision Making Problem显示文摘Interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy soft set(IVPFSS)is a generalization of the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft set(IVIFSS)and interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy set(IVPFS).The IVPFSS handled more uncertainty comparative to IVIFSS;it is the most significant technique for explaining fuzzy information in the decision-making process.In this work,some novel operational laws for IVPFSS have been proposed.Based on presented operational laws,two innovative aggregation operators(AOs)have been developed such as interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy soft weighted average(IVPFSWA)and interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy soft weighted geometric(IVPFSWG)operators with their fundamental properties.A multi-attribute group decision-making(MAGDM)approach has been established utilizing our developed operators.A numerical example has been presented to ensure the validity of the proposed MAGDM technique.Finally,comparative studies have been given between the proposed approach and some existing studies.The obtained results through comparative studies show that the proposed technique is more credible and reliable than existing approaches.Rana Muhammad Zulqarnain Imran Siddique Aiyared Iampan Dumitru Baleanu 2022Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,6:3

7Ag-Co3O4:Synthesis,characterization and evaluation of its photo-catalytic activity towards degradation of rhodamine B dye in aqueous medium显示文摘Synthesis,characterization of Co_3O_4 and Ag-Co_3O_4 composites and evaluation of their photo-catalytic activities towards photo-degradation of aqueous solution of rhodamine B dye under irradiation of visible light have been described in this paper.Co_3O_4 was prepared by solid phase mechano chemical process using Co(NO_3)_2·6H_2O and NH_4 HCO_3 as precursor materials.Ag was deposited on Co_3O_4 from AgNO_3 using Calotropis gigantea extract as reducing agent.XRD,SEM and FTIR were used for characterization of prepared composites.Photo-catalytic efficiencies of as-prepared Co_3O_4 and Ag-Co_3O_4 were evaluated for aqueous phase photo-degradation of rhodamine B.It was found that deposition of Ag on Co_3O_4 highly enhanced the photo-catalytic activity of Co_3O_4.Photo-catalytic degradation followed the Eley–Rideal mechanism.About 100% and 91% photo-degradation of 40 ml dye solution achieved at 313 K in 90 and 120 min over 0.05 g of Ag-Co_3O_4 as photo-catalyst using 100 and 200 mg·L^(-1) as initial concentration of dye respectively.Muhammad Saeed Majid Muneer Nida Mumtaz Mohsin Siddique Nadia Akram Muhammad Hamayun 2018Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2018,26,6:1

9Scenario of dengue infection & its control in Pakistan: An up-date and way forward显示文摘Dengue fever is one of the major health problems in tropical and subtropical areas throughout the world. The causative agent of dengue fever is the dengue virus which is an enveloped single stranded RNA virus belongs to the family Flaviviridae and has five distinct serotypes(DENV-1,DENV-2, DENV-3, DENV-4 and DENV-5). Dengue virus is transmitted to human via bite of Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes. The clinical symptoms of dengue fever ranging from mild to severe form as dengue hemorrhagic fever and dengue shock syndrome. Pakistan is dengue endemic since 1994 but from 2006, Pakistan faced the worst condition regarding dengue in which thousands of people affected by the disease and hundreds of people lost their lives. DENV-2, DENV-3 and DENV-1 are the prevalent serotypes in Pakistan. Common diagnostic techniques are being used in Pakistan such as enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,polymerase chain reaction and rapid diagnostic tests, while differential diagnosis, limitations of diagnostic methods and poor health care system are the real challenges in dengue diagnosis.Favorable climatic conditions, unplanned urbanization, travelling etc., are major factors responsible for dengue epidemics in Pakistan. 14Spatio-temporal changes in the six major glaciers of the Chitral River basin(Hindukush Region of Pakistan)between 2001 and 2018显示文摘Glaciers in the northern Pakistan are a distinctive source of freshwater for the irrigation,drinking and industrial water supplies of the people living in those regions and downstream. These glaciers are under a direct global warming impact as indicated in many previous studies. In this study, we estimated the glacier dynamics in terms of Equilibrium Line Altitude(ELA), mass balance and the snout position variation using remote sensing data between 2001 and 2018. Six glaciers, having area≥ 20 km2 each, situated in the Chitral region(Hindukush Mountains) were investigated in this study. Digital Elevation Model(DEM) and available cloud-free continuous series of Landsat and Sentinel satellite images from minimum snow cover season were used to monitor the variability in the studied glaciers by keeping the status of glaciers in year 2001 as a reference. The annual climatic trends of mean temperature and total precipitation from Chitral weather station were detected using the nonparametric Mann-Kendall’s test. Results revealed a general increase in the ELA, decrease in the glacier mass balance and the retreat of snout position.Average upward shift in the ELA for the entire study area and data period was ~345 ± 93 m at a rate of^13 m.a-1 from the reference year’s position i.e.~4803 m asl. Estimated mean mass balance for the entire study area indicated a decline of-0.106 ± 0.295 m w.e. a-1.
