| 1 | 煤矸石粉填料在沥青混凝土中的应用显示文摘该文的研究目的是探究煤矸石粉作为填料对沥青混凝土路用性能的影响规律。从洗煤厂取煤矸石样品后,将其破碎加工成天然煤矸石粉填料;将天然煤矸石粉在750℃下充分燃烧,制成煤矸石灰填料。X射线衍射试验结果表明:煤矸石粉和煤矸石灰中的火山灰成分使其可以作为活性填料应用于沥青混凝土中。主要进行了以下室内试验:干燥和饱水条件下马歇尔稳定度试验、间接拉伸强度和回弹模量试验。试验结果表明:与掺传统石灰石粉填料的沥青混合料对比,煤矸石粉和煤矸石灰沥青混合料具有更高的高温稳定性和回弹模量;煤矸石粉和石灰石粉作为填料等比例掺配应用于沥青混合料中,可以使其获得更高的水稳定性,而且煤矸石灰比煤矸石粉对混合料水稳定性的改善效果更为显著;由间接拉伸强度试验中的应力应变曲线可以得到混合料的韧性指标,该指标可以表征材料的能量吸收力或柔韧性,煤矸石粉沥青混合料的韧性比石灰石粉沥青混合料更好。 | 赵梦龙 冯新军 唐雄 Amir Modarres Morteza Rahmanzadeh | 2017 | 中外公路2017，37，6： | 11 |
| 2 | 煤矸石粉与传统填料沥青混凝土力学性能和环境影响的对比研究显示文摘由于自然资源日益枯竭,各行各业对于废物利用的需求显著增长。煤矸石是在煤的开采、加工过程中产生的副产品,其在自然环境中的累积引起了一系列经济和环境问题。为了研究煤矸石粉在道路工程中的适用性,通过马歇尔稳定度、间接拉伸强度、水稳定性、回弹模量和耐疲劳性能试验,对煤矸石粉热拌沥青混凝土与石灰石粉、沸石粉和普通硅酸盐水泥等传统填料热拌沥青混凝土进行力学性能对比。结果表明:与石灰石粉和沸石粉相比,煤矸石粉尤其是煤矸石灰作为填料改善了热拌沥青混凝土的力学性能,而煤矸石灰沥青混凝土和普通硅酸盐水泥沥青混凝土有几乎相同的力学性能。另外,采用毒性特征浸出程序(TCLP)来评价煤矸石粉沥青混凝土对环境的影响,结果表明:不同试验样品的重金属浓度在很大程度上小于标准值。因此将煤矸石粉作为填料应用在热拌沥青混凝土中不仅可以获得优良的力学性能,而且还可以有效减少煤矸石对环境的污染。 | 冯新军(编译) 赵梦龙(编译) 李猛(编译) amir modarres morteza rahmanzadeh pooyan ayar | 2017 | 中外公路2017，37，5： | 9 |
