1Mathematical modelling of translational motion of rail-guided cart with suspended payload显示文摘In this paper modelling of the translational motion of transportation rail-guided cart with rope suspended payload is considered. The linearly moving cart,driven by a travel mechanism,is modelled as a discrete six degrees of freedom (DOF) dynamic system. The hoisting mechanism for lowering and lifting the payload is considered and is included in the dynamic model as one DOF system. Differential equations of motion of the cart elements are derived using Lagrangian dynamics and are solved for a set of real-life constant parameters of the cart. A two-sided interaction was observed between the swinging payload and the travel mechanism. Results for kinematical and force parameters of the system are obtained. 8液压起重机操作自由悬浮载荷的动态特性(英文)显示文摘目的:对载有自由悬浮载荷的液压驱动起重机的动态特性分别在升降运动和回转运动两种工况下进行研究,建立动力学模型并验证其正确性。创新点:1.为了简化任务,将两种运动分开讨论。一次只考虑一种运动,把起重机看作具有三个转动关节连接的运动链;2.为起重臂的运动问题构造微分方程,使用了通用的牛顿-欧拉算法;3.对运动和动力模型进行仿真,得到摆动角度、液压压强和连接作用力随时间的变化曲线,并通过实验进行了验证。方法:1.建立系统的运动和动力模型,分别对回转运动和升降运动两种工况下的液压缸压强进行推导;2.在两种工况下,对起重臂转角、液压缸压力和最大行程前臂液压缸反作用力进行仿真计算;3.将实验获得的有关参数的曲线与仿真得到的曲线进行对比,验证模型的正确性。结论:1.在液压起重机运动期间悬浮载荷的摆动对起重机的机械系统和液压驱动系统本身具有强烈的影响,所以在系统设计中不能忽视;2.系统性能提升的主要方向是安装控制系统以减小载荷摆动(特别是在起重机回转运动时);3.本文建立的考虑了负载的大角度摆动和液压驱动系统的动力学模型得到了验证,表明其对起重机运动仿真的适用性。尽管分开考虑了两种典型运动,但所用的建模方法还是适合对起重机一般运动的研究。Bozhidar GRIGOROV Rosen MITREV 2017Journal of Zhejiang University-Science A(Applied Physics & Engineering)2017,18,4:1

14Quantitative measures for assessment of the hydraulic excavator digging efficiency显示文摘In this paper,quantitative measures for the assessment of the hydraulic excavator digging efficiency are proposed and developed.The following factors are considered:(a) boundary digging forces allowed for by the stability of an excavator,(b) boundary digging forces enabled by the driving mechanisms of the excavator,(c) factors taking into consideration the digging position in the working range of an excavator,and(d) sign and direction of potential digging resistive force.A corrected digging force is defined and a mathematical model of kinematic chain and drive mechanisms of a five-member excavator configuration was developed comprising:an undercarriage,a rotational platform and an attachment with boom,stick,and bucket.On the basis of the mathematical model of the excavator,software was developed for computation and detailed analysis of the digging forces in the entire workspace of the excavator.By using the developed software,the analysis of boundary digging forces is conducted and the corrected digging force is determined for two models of hydraulic excavators of the same mass(around 17 000 kg) with identical kinematic chain parameters but with different parameters of manipulator driving mechanisms.The results of the analysis show that the proposed set of quantitative measures can be used for assessment of the digging efficiency of existing excavator models and to serve as an optimization criterion in the synthesis of manipulator driving mechanisms of new excavator models.Dragoslav JANOSEVIC Rosen MITREV Boban ANDJELKOVIC Plamen PETROV 2012Journal of Zhejiang University-Science A(Applied Physics & Engineering)2012,13,12:0
15Dual biologic therapy with ocrelizumab for multiple sclerosis and vedolizumab for Crohn's disease:A case report and review of literature显示文摘BACKGROUND Little is known about the safety and efficacy of using two or more biologics for the treatment of immune-mediated diseases,including Crohn’s disease(CD).CASE SUMMARY This case report and narrative review demonstrate the potential safety of dual biologic therapy(DBT)in a 45-year-old female with two separate immunemediated diseases.She had a history of multiple sclerosis for which she was receiving treatment with ocrelizumab,and she had been recently diagnosed with CD after presenting with diarrhoea.The CD diagnosis was confirmed radiologically,endoscopically,histologically,and biochemically.The patient received treatment with vedolizumab,a gut-specific inhibitor of theα4β7 integrin on leukocytes.No adverse reactions were observed for the duration of treatment.The safety of ocrelizumab and vedolizumab for the treatment of different immune-mediated diseases was demonstrated.CONCLUSION DBT may be a safe and effective option for the treatment of refractory disease or multiple immunemediated diseases.Newer biologics,which have improved safety profiles and gut specificity,may provide promising avenues for treatment.However,caution must be exercised in the appropriate selection of biologics given their inherent immunosuppressive properties,side effects,and efficacy profiles.Current evidence suggests that biologic therapy is not associated with a worse prognosis in patients with coronavirus disease 2019,but treatment decisions should be made in a multidisciplinary setting.Further research from controlled trials is needed to better understand the safety profile of DBT in CD.The immunopathological mechanisms underlying DBT also remain to be clarified.Michael Au Nikola Mitrev Rupert W Leong Viraj Kariyawasam 2022World Journal of Clinical Cases2022,10,8:0
