4Structure analysis and expressions of a novel tetratransmembrane protein,lysosoma-associated protein transmembrane 4β associated with hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘AIM: To analyze the structure and expressions of the protein encoded by an HCC-associated novel gene, lysosomeassociated protein transmembrane 4 β (LAPTM4B). METHODS: Primary structure and fundamental characteristics of LAPTM4B protein were analysed with bioinformatics. Expressions of LAPTM4B in HCC tissues and various cell lines were detected using polyclonal antibodies and Western blot. RESULTS: LAPTM4B encoded two isoforms of proteins with molecular masses 35-ku and 24-ku, respectively. The expression level of LAPTM4B-35 protein in HCC tissues was dramatically upregulated and related to the differentiation status of HCC tissues, and it was also high in some cancer cell lines. Computer analysis showed LAPTM4B was an integral membrane protein with four transmembrane domains. LAPTM4B showed relatively high homology to LAPTM4A and LAPTM5 in various species. CONCLUSION: LAPTM4B gene encoded two isoforms of tetratansmembrane proteins, LAPTM4B-35 and LAPTM4B-24. The expression of LAPTM4B-35 protein is upregulated and associated with poor differentiation in human HCC tissues, and also at high levels in some cancer cell lines. 5Expression of lysosome-associated protein transmembrane 4B-35 in cancer and its correlation with the differentiation status of hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘AIM: To produce high-quality polydonal antibody to lysosome associated protein transmembrane 4B-35 and to identify LAPTM4B-35 expression in cancer tissues and its correlation with differentiation status of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).METHODS: The 297 bp 5' end of LAPTM4BcDNA was obtained by PCR and inserted into prokaryotic expression vector pGEXKG. Then the recombinant pGEX-KG-N1-99 was transformedinto E. coli JM109 to express GST-fusion protein. The fusion protein was purified by glutathione sepharoseTM 4B agarose. The purified GST-LAPTM4B-N1-99 was characterized by SDSPAGE, and used to immunize rabbits. The titer and specificity of antisera were detected by ELISA and Western blot, respectively. The correlation between the expression levels of LAPTM4B-35 and the differentiation status of HCC was analyzed via Western blot. The expression of LAPTM4B35 in HCC and other six cancer tissues was investigated via tissue chip and immunohistochemical analysis. RESULTS: About 6.2 mg of pure GST-LAPTM4B-N1-99 was isolated from 1 L of bacteria. The GST-LAPTM4B-N1-99produced high titer antisera in rabbits and showed good immunity. Western blot showed specific reactions for the antibody to the LAPTM4B-35 in the total proteins from HCC tissues and BEL-7402 cells, also to the fusion protein purified or in the transformed bacteria. LAPTM4B-35 was remarkably expressed in several cancers, such as HCC, breast cancer, gastric carcinoma, lung cancer, and colon carcinoma, but not commonly expressed in esophageal cancer and rectum carcinoma. Notably, the expression levels of LAPTM4B-35 were significantly and inversely correlated to the differentiation of HCCs in a 20 case analysis. CONCLUSION: Specific polyclonal antibody (LAPTM4B-N1-99-pAb) to LAPTM4B-35 was produced. 6InvesInvestigation of the Effects of Airfoil-probes on the Aerodynamic Performance of an Axial Compressor显示文摘In order to investigate the effects of the airfoil-probes on the aerodynamic performance of an axial compressor,a numerical simulation of 3D flow field is performed in a 1.5-stage axial compressor with airfoil-probes installed at the stator leading-edge(LE).The airfoil-probes have a negative influence on the compressor aerodynamic performance at all operating points.A streamwise vortex is induced by the airfoil-probe along both sides of the blade.At the mid-operating point,the vortex is notable along the pressure side and is relatively small along the suction side(SS).At the near-stall point,the vortex is slightly suppressed in the pressure surface(PS),but becomes remarkable in the suction side.A small local-separation is induced by the interactions between the vortex and the end-wall boundary layer in the corner region near the hub.That the positive pitch angle of the airfoil-probe at 6.5% span is about 15° plays an important role in the vortex evolution near the hub,which causes the fact that the airfoil-probe near the hub has the largest effects among the four airfoil-probes.In order to get a further understanding of the vortex evolution in the stator in the numerical simulation,a flow visualization experiment in a water tunnel is performed.The flow visualization results give a deep insight into the evolution of the vortex induced by the airfoil-probe.HE Xiang MA Hongwei REN Minglin XIANG Honghui 2012Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2012,25,4:8
7Influences of solid particles on the formation of the third phase crud during solvent extraction显示文摘The influences of solid particles in leach solution on the formation of the third phase crud during solvent extrac-tion of copper were studied. Analyzed from the point of view of pH value and surface tension, the study results showed that the solid particle is one of the most important contributors for the formation of the third phase crud. 11XPS study of potassium-promoted molybdenum carbides for mixed alcohols synthesis via CO hydrogenation显示文摘The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to investigate the surface characteristic of potassium-promoted or un-promoted both β-Mo2C and α-MoC1-x pretreated by syngas at different temperatures,and the promotional effect of potassium on the catalytic performance was also studied.XPS results revealed that the content of surface Mo and its valence distribution between β-Mo2C and α-MoC1-x were quite different.Promoted by potassium,the remarkable changes were observed for surface composition and valence of Mo distribution over β-Mo2C.Potassium had strong electronic effect on β-Mo2C,which led to a higher Mo4+ content.On the contrary,potassium had little electronic effect on α-MoC1-x,and K-Mo interaction was weak.Therefore,Mo0 and Mo2+ became the dominant species on the catalyst surface,and the Mo4+ content showed almost no increase as the pretreatment temperature enhanced.In terms of catalytic performance of molybdenum carbides,the increase in Mo0 most likely explained the increase in hydrocarbon selectivity,yet Mo4+ might be responsible for the alcohols synthesis.Minglin Xiang Debao Li Juan Zou Wenhuai Li Yuhan Sun Xichun She 2010Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2010,19,2:3

15Nickel and potassium co-modified β-Mo_2C catalyst for CO conversion显示文摘Nickel and potassium co-modified β-Mo2C catalysts were prepared and used for CO hydrogenation reaction. The major products over β-Mo2C were C1-C4 hydrocarbons, only few alcohols were obtained. Addition of potassium resulted in remarkable selectivity shift from hydrocarbons to alcohols at the expense of CO conversion over β-Mo2C. Moreover, it was found that potassium enhanced the ability of chain propagation with a higher C2+OH production. Modified by nickel, β-Mo2C showed a relatively high CO conversion, however, the products were similar to those of pure β-Mo2C. When co-modified by nickel and potassium, β-Mo2C exhibited high activity and selectivity towards mixed alcohols synthesis, and also the whole chain propagation to produce alcohols especially for the stage of C1OH to C2OH was remarkably enhanced. 18Catalytic performance of Fe modified K/Mo_2C catalyst for CO hydrogenation显示文摘Fe modified and un-modified K/Mo2C were prepared and investigated as catalysts for CO hydrogenation reaction. Compared with K/Mo2C catalyst, the addition of Fe increased the production of alcohols, especially the C2+OH. Meanwhile, considerable amounts of C5+ hydrocar- bons and C2= -C4= were formed, whereas methane selectivity greatly decreased. Also, the activity and selectivity of the catalyst were readily affected by the reaction pressure and temperature employed. 19Highly Transparent,Stretchable,and Self‑Healable Ionogel for Multifunctional Sensors,Triboelectric Nanogenerator,and Wearable Fibrous Electronics显示文摘Ionogels with high transparency,stretchability and self-healing capability show great potential for wearable electronics.Here,a kind of highly transparent,stretchable and self-healable ionogels are designed using double physical cross-linking including hydrogen bonding and dipole–dipole interaction.Owing to the dynamic and reversible nature of the ion–dipole interaction and hydrogen bonds of polymeric chains,the ionogel possesses good self-healing capability.The multifunctional sensors for strain and temperature are fabricated based on ionogel.The ionogel can serve as strain sensor that exhibited high sensitivity[gauge factor(GF)=3.06]and durability(1000 cycles)to a wide range of strains(0–300%).Meanwhile,the ionogel shows rapid response to temperature,due to the temperature dependence of its ionic conductivity.Furthermore,the ionogel fbers with excellent antifreezing(−20°C)capability are fabricated,and the fbers show the good sensing performance to human motions and temperature.Importantly,the antifreezing ionogel-based triboelectric nanogenerator(ITENG)is assembled for efcient energy harvesting.The ITENG shows a short circuit current(ISC)of 6.1μA,open circuit voltage(VOC)of 115 V,and instantaneous peak power density of 334 mW m−2.This work provides a new strategy to design ionogels for the advancement of wearable electronics.Lijie Sun Hongfei Huang Qiyu Ding Yifan Guo Wei Sun Zhuangchun Wu Minglin Qin Qingbao Guan Zhengwei You 2022Advanced Fiber Materials2022,4,1:1
