| 2 | Differentiation of Epinephelus moara from E. bruneus by improved nest-tetra-primer-specific PCR显示文摘Epinephelus moara and E.bruneus are closely related species in the genus Epinephelus(Perciformes,Serranidae).Their morphological similarity,changing color pattern at different stages and living conditions make them difficult to be differentiated.To identify these two species,an improved nest-tetra-primer-specific PCR assay was developed.Three specific molecular markers,the control region NC1(394 bp),species-specific internal region ND2-M(268 bp) and ND2-B(122 bp),were identified in the mitochondrial ND2 gene from these two grouper species.Five markers were also discovered in the ITS1 regions of their nuclear ribosomal DNA,which were the control regions NC2(588 bp) and NC3(563 bp),and species-specific internal regions rDNA-M(426 bp),ITS1-M(488 bp) and ITS1-B(304 bp).This method provided a highly specific,precise,reliable and rapid molecular marker technique to discriminate between the two grouper species,as well as a new way of DNA identification to differentiate closely related species in fishes. | Minglan Guo Yongquan Su Zhiwen Zhang Shaoxiong Ding Jun Wang | 2009 | Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2009,19,10: | 2 |

| 4 | Efficacy and complications of transarterial chemoembolization alone or in combination with different protocols for hepatocellular carcinoma: A Bayesian network meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials显示文摘Background and aims:Transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)is the standard treatment for most intermediate-toadvanced stage hepatocellular carcinoma.With the ongoing development of interventional therapies,TACE in combination with different protocols is being explored.A network meta-analysis to collect recent evidence in this field is required.Methods:We searched PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials,Embase,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure database,Cochrane Library,and Wanfang database from their inception to May 2022 for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)that reported TACE in combination with different protocols for hepatocellular carcinoma.Results:In total,67 RCTs assessing eight combination treatments were included.The quality of primary outcomes was from moderate to low.The Bayesian network meta-analysis confirmed that TACE combined with iodine-125 seed implantation had the highest probability of 1-year survival rate and TACE combined with sorafenib had the highest probability of 2-year survival rate.TACE alone had the highest probability of incidence of fever,TACE combined with sorafenib had the highest probability of incidence of pain and TACE combined with percutaneous ethanol injection had the highest probability of incidence of nausea and vomiting.Conclusion:This Bayesian network meta-analysis found that TACE combined with iodine-125 seed and TACE combined with sorafenib may benefit patients in terms of 1-year survival and 2-year survival,respectively.To confirm this conclusion,high-quality and well-designed RCTs with a larger sample size are needed. | Jingxin Yan Manjun Deng Ting Li Changhao Dong Minglan Wang Shunyu Kong Yingxing Guo Haining Fan | 2023 | iLIVER2023,2,2: | 1 |

| 9 | An Ensemble Classification Model Based on Imbalanced Data for Aviation Safety显示文摘Nowadays aviation accidents have become one of the major causes of severe injuries and fatalities around the world. This attracts the research community to look into aviation safety by applying data analysis techniques based on an advanced machine learning algorithm. An ensemble classification model based on Aviation Safety Reporting System(ASRS) has been proposed to analyze aviation safety targeting the people injured in the system.The ensemble classification model shall contain two modules: the data-driven module consisting of data cleaning, feature selection,and imbalanced data division and reorganization, and the modeldriven module stacked by Random Forest(RF), XGBoost(XGB),and Light Gradient Boosting Machine(LGBM) separately. The results indicate that the ensemble model could solve the data imbalance while vastly improving accuracy. LGBM illustrates higher accuracy and faster run in the analysis of a single model of the ASRS-based imbalanced data, while the ensemble model has the best performance in classification at the same time.
