1Productivity of coalbed methane wells in southern of Qinshui Basin显示文摘Based on regional CBM geological characteristics and drainage data of three typical Coalbed Methane(CBM) wells in the southern Qinshui Basin,history matching,productivity prediction and factor analysis of gas production control are conducted by using COMET3 reservoir modeling software.The results show that in the next 20 years,the cumulative and average daily gas production of the QN01 well are expected to be 800×104 m3 and 1141.1 m3/d,for the QN02 well 878×104 m3 and 1202.7 m3/d and 97.5×104 m3 and 133.55 m3/d for the QN03 well.Gas content and reservoir pressure are the key factors controlling gas production in the area;coal thickness,permeability and porosity are less important;the Langmuir volume,Langmuir pressure and adsorption time have relatively small effect.In the process of CBM recovery,the material source and driving force are the key features affecting gas productivity,while the permeation process is relatively important and the desorption process has some impact on gas recovery.ZOU Mingjun WEI Chongtao PAN Haiyang SESAY K Santigie CAO Jia 2010Mining Science and Technology2010,20,5:10
2A Prototype Regional GSI-based EnKF-Variational Hybrid Data Assimilation System for the Rapid Refresh Forecasting System:Dual-Resolution Implementation and Testing Results显示文摘A dual-resolution(DR) version of a regional ensemble Kalman filter(EnKF)-3D ensemble variational(3DEnVar) coupled hybrid data assimilation system is implemented as a prototype for the operational Rapid Refresh forecasting system. The DR 3DEnVar system combines a high-resolution(HR) deterministic background forecast with lower-resolution(LR) EnKF ensemble perturbations used for flow-dependent background error covariance to produce a HR analysis. The computational cost is substantially reduced by running the ensemble forecasts and EnKF analyses at LR. The DR 3DEnVar system is tested with 3-h cycles over a 9-day period using a 40/13-km grid spacing combination. The HR forecasts from the DR hybrid analyses are compared with forecasts launched from HR Gridpoint Statistical Interpolation(GSI) 3D variational(3DVar)analyses, and single LR hybrid analyses interpolated to the HR grid. With the DR 3DEnVar system, a 90% weight for the ensemble covariance yields the lowest forecast errors and the DR hybrid system clearly outperforms the HR GSI 3DVar.Humidity and wind forecasts are also better than those launched from interpolated LR hybrid analyses, but the temperature forecasts are slightly worse. The humidity forecasts are improved most. For precipitation forecasts, the DR 3DEnVar always outperforms HR GSI 3DVar. 3Impact of the Assimilation Frequency of Radar Data with the ARPS 3DVar and Cloud Analysis System on Forecasts of a Squall Line in Southern China显示文摘Assimilation configurations have significant impacts on analysis results and subsequent forecasts. A squall line system that occurred on 23 April 2007 over southern China was used to investigate the impacts of the data assimilation frequency of radar data on analyses and forecasts. A three-dimensional variational system was used to assimilate radial velocity data,and a cloud analysis system was used for reflectivity assimilation with a 2-h assimilation window covering the initial stage of the squall line. Two operators of radar reflectivity for cloud analyses corresponding to single-and double-moment schemes were used. In this study, we examined the sensitivity of assimilation frequency using 10-, 20-, 30-, and 60-min assimilation intervals. The results showed that analysis fields were not consistent with model dynamics and microphysics in general;thus, model states, including dynamic and microphysical variables, required approximately 20 min to reach a new balance after data assimilation in all experiments. Moreover, a 20-min data assimilation interval generally produced better forecasts for both single-and double-moment schemes in terms of equitable threat and bias scores. 7Robust hydrogel sensors for unsupervised learning enabled sign-to-verbal translation显示文摘Highly stretchable and robust strain sensors are rapidly emerging as promising candidates for a diverse of wearable electronics.The main challenge for the practical application of wearable electronics is the energy consumption and device aging.Energy consumption mainly depends on the conductivity of the sensor,and it is a key factor in determining device aging.Here,we design a liq-uid metal(LM)-embedded hydrogel as a sensing material to overcome the bar-rier of energy consumption and device aging of wearable electronics.The sensing material simultaneously exhibits high conductivity(up to 22 S m�1),low elastic modulus(23 kPa),and ultrahigh stretchability(1500%)with excel-lent robustness(consistent performance against 12000 mechanical cycling).A motion monitoring system is composed of intrinsically soft LM-embedded hydrogel as sensing material,a microcontroller,signal-processing circuits,Bluetooth transceiver,and self-organizing map developed software for the visu-alization of multi-dimensional data.This system integrating multiple functions including signal conditioning,processing,and wireless transmission achieves monitor hand gesture as well as sign-to-verbal translation.This approach provides an ideal strategy for deaf-mute communicating with normal people and broadens the application of wearable electronics.Hude Ma Haiyang Qin Xiao Xiao Na Liu Shaolei Wang Junye Li Sophia Shen Shuqi Dai Mengmeng Sun Peiyi Li Xiaofang Pan Mingjun Huang Baoyang Lu Jun Chen Lidong Wu 2023InfoMat2023,5,7:1

9Discussion on the Mechanism of Action of High-frequency Drugs for Treating Heart Failure Based on Network Pharmacology显示文摘Objective:To explore the target and mechanism of Astragalus membranaceus,poria,salvia miltiorrhiza and semen leiocarpa in the treatment of heart failure by network pharmacology.Methods:The active components of traditional Chinese medicine and the target of heart failure were screened by multi-platform,and the standard gene was transformed by Uniprot.CytoCasp 3.6.1 was used to draw the network diagram of traditional Chinese medicine・component-target.Go and KEGG analysis were performed by Metascape.Results:A total of 36 predictive target sites of Radix Astragalus,Fuling poria,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Draba nemorosa were screened for treatment of heart failure,mainly involving nerve and factor pathways:ADRB2,ADRA1B and AChE.Cancer pathway:TP53,TNF;Pathways of inflammation:IL1B,PTSG2,PTSG1;Sex hormone pathway:ESRI,AR,PGR;Others:SCN5A,HIF1A,etc.The results of GO and KEGG enrichment suggested that the treatment of heart failure with the top four drugs involved cancer pathway,calcium signaling pathway,HIF-1 signaling pathway,and involved in blood circulation,cell proliferation and other processes.Conclusion:This study combines the pharmacological studies of Chinese medicine and western medicine to reveal the mechanism of multi-target and multi-channel regulation of body balance in Chinese medicine treatment.Feifei Lei Mingjun Zhao Haifang Wang Chao Pan Xiaoya Shi 2021Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2021,5,3:0

11A theoretical insight about co-pyrolysis reaction of natural gas and coal显示文摘The co-pyrolysis of natural gas and coal is a promising way for the production of acetylene due to its high efficiency for energy and hydrogen utilization.This work investigated the thermodynamics for the copyrolysis reaction of natural gas and coal using density functional theory.The favorable reaction conditions are presented in the form of phase diagrams.The calculation results show that the extra amount of methane may benefit the production of acetylene in the co-pyrolysis reaction,and the C/H ratio of 1:1,temperature around 3000 K and pressure at 0.1 MPa are most favorable.The results would provide basic data for related industrial process for the production of acetylene.Mingjun Pan Chengkai Jin Bingying Han Runping Ye Rongbin Zhang Gang Feng 2023Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,63,11:0
