1A review of ecological restoration techniques in fluvial rivers显示文摘Rivers play an important role in people's living and agricultural production,however,intense human activities have broken the original ecological balance,and affected structures and functions of the river ecosystem.To restore the damaged river ecosystem back to a healthy status,effective ecological restoration measures need to be implemented.The main problems that the damaged rivers face are either the locally altered hydrological processes affected by construction of hydraulic facilities,or the deterioration of water quality resulted from pollution emissions,or both.In this study,ecological restoration techniques of the rivers affected by engineering control or pollution are reviewed respectively.In addition,three kinds of methods,i.e.physical,chemical and biological-ecological methods are introduced in details for the rivers affected by water pollution.At present,the development of river restoration techniques shows the following trends:1) the scale of ecological restoration is becoming larger;2) ecological restoration measures are required to meet multiple objectives;and 3) the management of water environment is changing from water quality management to aquatic ecosystem management.Baozhu Pan Jianping Yuan Xinhua Zhang Zhaoyin Wang Jiao Chen Jinyou Lu Wenjun Yang Zhiwei Li Na Zhao Mengzhen Xu 2016International Journal of Sediment Research2016,31,2:18

3Effect of streambed sediment on benthic ecology显示文摘Benthic macroinvertebrates have been commonly used as indicator species for assessment of aquatic ecology. Streambed sediment, or substrate, plays an important role in habitat conditions for macroinvertebrate communities. Field investigations were done to study the benthic diversity and macroinvertebrate compositions in various stream substrata. Sampling sites with different bed sediment, latitude, and climate were selected along the Yangtze River, the Yellow River, the East River, and the Juma River, in China. The results show that benthic community structures found in different substrata clearly differ, while those found in substrata of similar composition and flow conditions but in different macroclimates are similar. The study, thus, demonstrates that the benthic macroinvertebrate community is mainly affected by substrate composition and flow conditions, but is generally unaffected by latitudinal position and macroclimate. Taxa richness of the macroinvertebrate community was found to be the highest on hydrophyte-covered cobbles, high on moss-covered bedrock, and low on clay beds and cobble beds devoid of plant biomass. Sandy beds are compact and unstable, thus, no benthic macroinvertebrates were found colonizing such substrata. Aquatic insects account for most of the macroinvertebrates collected in these rivers. Different insects dominate in different types of substrata: mainly EPT species (Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera, Trichoptera) in cobble, gravel, and moss-covered bedrock; and Chironomidae larvae in clay beds. The relation between the number of species in the samples and the size of the sampling area fits a power function of the species area. One square meter (1m2) is suggested as the minimum sampling area. A substrate suitability index is proposed by integrating the suitability of sediment, periphyton, and benthic organic materials for macroinvertebrates. The biodiversity of macroinvertebrates increases linearly with the substrate suitability index. 5北方半干旱草原生态系统光合参数的季节和年际变异显示文摘生态系统表观量子效率(α)、最大光合速率(P_(max))和暗呼吸速率(R_(d))不仅反映了生态系统水平光合生理特征,同时也是碳循环模型中光合过程模拟的关键参数。气候和植被因子都会影响光合参数的季节和年际变异,但二者在光合参数调控过程中的相对贡献和作用途径尚不清晰。本研究基于连续12年(2006-2017)的涡度相关观测数据,分析了内蒙古半干旱典型草原光合参数的季节和年际变化规律利用回归分析和结构方程模型(SEM)方法明晰了环境和生理调控的作用途径及相对贡献。结果发现,光合参数(α、P_(max)和R)均表现出单峰的季节变化趋势,并呈现明显的年际波动。温度(T_(a))和土壤含水量(SWC)的变化共同影响光合参数的季节变化,而SWC主导了其年际变异。α和R_(d)的变化主要由T_(a)决定,而P_(max)的变化主要受SWC的影响。SEM模型分析表明,除了直接作用外,环境因子主要通过影响冠层水平气孔导度(gc)对光合参数和碳同化生理过程进行调控。此外,叶面积指数对光合参数特别是Pmax的季节和年际变异起主要调控作用。以上结果明确了环境和植被共同决定了生态系统水平光合参数的季节和年际变异,并强调了在水分受限的草原生态系统中,植被生理调控在光合碳同化能力和碳汇功能评估中的重要作用。Cuihai You Yanbing Wang Xingru Tan Bingwei Zhang Tingting Ren Boyu Chen Mengzhen Xu Shiping Chen 2022Journal of Plant Ecology2022,15,5:1

8Construction of apricot variety search engine based on deep learning显示文摘Apricot has a long history of cultivation and has many varieties and types. The traditional variety identification methods are timeconsuming and labor-consuming, posing grand challenges to apricot resource management. Tool development in this regard will help researchers quickly identify variety information. This study photographed apricot fruits outdoors and indoors and constructed a dataset that can precisely classify the fruits using a U-net model (F-score:99%), which helps to obtain the fruit's size, shape, and color features. Meanwhile, a variety search engine was constructed, which can search and identify variety from the database according to the above features. Besides, a mobile and web application (ApricotView) was developed, and the construction mode can be also applied to other varieties of fruit trees.Additionally, we have collected four difficult-to-identify seed datasets and used the VGG16 model for training, with an accuracy of 97%, which provided an important basis for ApricotView. 9Optical pulse repetition rate multiplication based on series-coupled double-ring resonator显示文摘In this paper, optical pulse repetition rate multiplication based on a series-coupled double-ring resonator is proposed. First, the spectral characteristic of the series-coupled double-ring resonator is simulated and the optimum coupling coefficients to achieve a periodic flat-top passband are obtained. Then, high-quality pulse repetition rate multiplication is realized by periodically filtering out spectral lines of the input pulse train. Different multiplication factors N 2, 3, 4, 5 can be obtained by adjusting the ring radii. 11Sn-decorated CeO_(2) with different morphologies for direct dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene显示文摘Three Sn-decorated ceria catalysts with various morphologies(rods,particles,and cubes)were prepared and applied to the direct dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene.Multi-technology characterizations,including X-ray photoelectro n spectroscopy(XPS),H_(2)-tempe rature programmed reduction(H_(2)-TPR),and Raman spectroscopy,prove that the oxygen vacancies are the active sites for ethylbenzene dehydrogenation,which can be regulated by engineering CeO_(2) morphology and enhanced via introducing metal Sn.Given the results of activity test,the catalytic activities for ethylbenzene dehydrogenation over different samples are closely dependent on the amount of oxygen vacancies.The reduced Sn-decorated CeO_(2) catalyst with nanoparticles morphology exhibits better dehydrogenation performance than the other two studied catalysts at 600℃.This work provides an effective approach to regulate the active oxygen vacancies and further enhance the dehydrogenation activities through engineering the surface morphology of the catalyst and introducing suitable additives.Kai Zhang Guoju Cui Mengzhen Yuan Huiwen Huang Ning Li Jiale Xu Guowei Wang Chunyi Li 2024Journal of Rare Earths2024,42,1:0
12A hybrid organic-inorganic perovskite with robust SHG switching显示文摘Owing to the diversity of structure and potential applications in the field of electrics,sensors,and light-emitting diodes,lead halide perovskites have attracted great attention in recent years.Especially those lead halide perovskites with non-centrosymmetric crystal structures usually exhibit nonlinear optical(NLO) characteristics,which may endow them photoelectricity switching functionality.In this work,a lead-based hybrid organic-inorganic perovskite(HOIP) material,trimethyliodomethylammonium lead trichloride(TMIM·PbCl_(3)),is obtained on the basis of tetramethylammonium lead chloride through halogen substitution on the cation part.It shows dual-phase-transition behavior around 345 and 358 K, which is significantly improved.TMIM·PbCl_(3)crystallizes in the chiral space group,P2_(1)2_(1)2_(1), and shows a welldefined second harmonic generation(SHG) response,and good switching endurance,which makes it an excellent candidate for SHG switching material.This work highlights the importance of halogen substitution for crystal engineering and may pave way for the further exploration of the optoelectronic devices.Mengjuan Yang Hao Cheng Yuqiu Xu Mengzhen Li Yong Ai 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,4:0
13A new multi-source remote sensing image sample dataset with high resolution for flood area extraction:GF-FloodNet显示文摘Deep learning algorithms show good prospects for remote sensingflood monitoring.They mostly rely on huge amounts of labeled data.However,there is a lack of available labeled data in actual needs.In this paper,we propose a high-resolution multi-source remote sensing dataset forflood area extraction:GF-FloodNet.GF-FloodNet contains 13388 samples from Gaofen-3(GF-3)and Gaofen-2(GF-2)images.We use a multi-level sample selection and interactive annotation strategy based on active learning to construct it.Compare with otherflood-related datasets,GF-FloodNet not only has a spatial resolution of up to 1.5 m and provides pixel-level labels,but also consists of multi-source remote sensing data.We thoroughly validate and evaluate the dataset using several deep learning models,including quantitative analysis,qualitative analysis,and validation on large-scale remote sensing data in real scenes.Experimental results reveal that GF-FloodNet has significant advantages by multi-source data.It can support different deep learning models for training to extractflood areas.There should be a potential optimal boundary for model training in any deep learning dataset.The boundary seems close to 4824 samples in GF-FloodNet.We provide GF-FloodNet at http://gffzz32f81fe4765d4826so6wk5wvqqv6566xu.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/datasets/pengliuair/gf-floodnet and http://gffzzfe5ad979a04a470aso6wk5wvqqv6566xu.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/s/1vdUCGNAfFwG5UjZ9RLLFMQ?pwd=8v6o.Yuwei Zhang Peng Liu Lajiao Chen Mengzhen Xu Xingyan Guo Lingjun Zhao 2023International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1:0

15Reactivation of PPARαalleviates myocardial lipid accumulation and cardiac dysfunction by improving fatty acidβ-oxidation in Dsg2-deficient arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy显示文摘Arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy(ACM),a fatal heart disease characterized by fibroadipocytic replacement of cardiac myocytes,accounts for 20%of sudden cardiac death and lacks effective treatment.It is often caused by mutations in desmosome proteins,with Desmoglein-2(DSG2)mutations as a common etiology.However,the mechanism underlying the accumulation of fibrofatty in ACM remains unknown,which impedes the development of curative treatment.Here we investigated the fat accumulation and the underlying mechanism in a mouse model of ACM induced by cardiac-specific knockout of Dsg2(CS-Dsg2^(-/-)).Heart failure and cardiac lipid accumulation were observed in CSDsg2^(-/-)mice.We demonstrated that these phenotypes were caused by decline of fatty acid(FA)β-oxidation resulted from impaired mammalian target of rapamycin(m TOR)signaling.Rapamycin worsened while overexpression of m TOR and 4EBP1 rescued the FAβ-oxidation pathway in CS-Dsg2^(-/-)mice.Reactivation of PPARa by fenofibrate or AAV9-Ppara significantly alleviated the lipid accumulation and restored cardiac function.Our results suggest that impaired m TOR-4EBP1-PPARa-dependent FAβ-oxidation contributes to myocardial lipid accumulation in ACM and PPARa may be a potential target for curative treatment of ACM.Yubi Lin Ruonan Liu Yanling Huang Zhe Yang Jianzhong Xian Jingmin Huang Zirui Qiu Xiufang Lin Mengzhen Zhang Hui Chen Huadong Wang Jiana Huang Geyang Xu 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,1:0
