1On the State-dependent Switched Energy Functions of DFIG-based Wind Power Generation Systems显示文摘This paper proposes a novel state-dependent switched energy function(SdSEF)for general nonlinear autonomous systems,and constructs an SdSEF for doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG)-based wind power generation systems(WPGSs).Different from the conventional energy function,SdSEF is a piece-wise continuous function,and it satisfies the conditions of conventional energy functions on each of its continuous segments.SdSEF is designed to bridge the gap between the well-developed energy function theory and the description of system energy of complex nonlinear systems,such as power electronics converter systems.The stability criterion of nonlinear autonomous systems is investigated with SdSEF,and mathematical proof is presented.The SdSEF of a typical DFIGbased WPGS is simulated in the whole processes of a grid fault and fault recovery.Simulation results verify the negativeness of the derivative of each continuous segment of the SdSEF.Yang Liu Zehui Lin Kaishun Xiahou Mengshi Li Q.H.Wu 2020CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2020,6,2:4

3A review of traditional and novel detection techniques for melamine and its analogues in foods and animal feed显示文摘Melamine,a nitrogen-rich chemical,has received much attention in recent years due to a series of highly publicized food safety incidents,including 2007 pet food recalls in North America and 2008 melamine contamination in milk,infant formula,and other milkderived products in China.Current analytical methods for testing melamine are time-consuming,expensive,and labor-intensive.Therefore,there is an increasing interest in the food science and analytical chemistry field to develop simple,quick,sensitive,and cost-effective methods for detection of melamine and its analogues(e.g.,cyanuric acid,melamine cyanurate,ammelide,and ammeline)in food ingredients,processed food,and animal feed.This review aims to summarize traditional and novel analytical techniques that have been used or show great potential to detect,characterize,and quantify melamine and its analogues in foods and animal feed.Mengshi LIN 2009Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2009,3,4:1

9Decomposing and mapping different scales of land subsidence over Shanghai with X-and C-Band SAR data stacks显示文摘Land subsidence can be observed with time-series of Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar(InSAR)data.However,existing approaches only reveal subsidence signals that are multi-scale mixed,which is not conducive to the systematic analysis of subsidence of different mechanisms.A deformation signal decomposition(DSD)method based on spectral analysis is used to decompose the deformation extracted by time-series InSAR into three classes of deformation signals.They refer to large-scale deformation related to geological settings,medium-scale deformation caused more by group excavation,and small-scale deformation along linear infrastructures.TerraSAR-X datasets for Shanghai spanning April 2013 to September 2020,and Sentinel-1A datasets spanning January 2016 to September 2020 are used in this study.The results were cross-verified between the TerraSAR-X and Sentinel-1A datasets,and validated against levelling measurements.Subsidence signals caused by different mechanisms were automatically decomposed,which facilitates a systematic analysis for targeted diagnosis of land subsidence signals.A detailed analysis was conducted jointly at three scales of surface displacement,geological conditions,major construction activities,and subsidence mechanisms.It indicated that construction activities were the leading cause of land subsidence,and suggests that local authorities that wish to mitigate surface subsidence may benefit from primarily considering this process.Ru Wang Mengshi Yang Tianliang Yang Jinxin Lin Mingsheng Liao 2022International Journal of Digital Earth2022,15,1:1

124D printing of polyurethane paint-based composites显示文摘In recent studies,polyurethane has shown multiple properties that make it an excellent candidate material in 4D printing.In this study,we present a simple and inexpensive additive method to print waterborne polyurethane paint-based composites by adding carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)and silicon oxide(SiO2)nanoparticles to the paint.The first function of CMC and SiO_(2) is to improve rheological properties of the polyurethane paint for making a printable precursor,which improves the printing resolution and enhances additive manufacturability.Second,the composite precursors improve the curing rate of the polyurethane paint without changing its inherited shape memory properties.Third,the printed composite parts shown enhanced mechanical strength compared with that of the parts printed with pure polyurethane.Finally,the 3D printedpolyurethane-CMCandSiO_(2) parts exhibit time-resolved shape transformation upon heat stimulation.To the best of our knowledge,this is the first study of using the polyurethane paint as the precursor for 4D printing,which would open new possibilities in future applications in biomedical engineering,soft robotics and so on.Jheng-Wun Su Wenxin Gao Khoinguyen Trinh Stuart M.Kenderes Ezgi Tekin Pulatsu Cheng Zhang Alan Whittington Mengshi Lin Jian Lin 2019International Journal of Smart and Nano Materials2019,10,3:1
