1On the State-dependent Switched Energy Functions of DFIG-based Wind Power Generation Systems显示文摘This paper proposes a novel state-dependent switched energy function(SdSEF)for general nonlinear autonomous systems,and constructs an SdSEF for doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG)-based wind power generation systems(WPGSs).Different from the conventional energy function,SdSEF is a piece-wise continuous function,and it satisfies the conditions of conventional energy functions on each of its continuous segments.SdSEF is designed to bridge the gap between the well-developed energy function theory and the description of system energy of complex nonlinear systems,such as power electronics converter systems.The stability criterion of nonlinear autonomous systems is investigated with SdSEF,and mathematical proof is presented.The SdSEF of a typical DFIGbased WPGS is simulated in the whole processes of a grid fault and fault recovery.Simulation results verify the negativeness of the derivative of each continuous segment of the SdSEF.Yang Liu Zehui Lin Kaishun Xiahou Mengshi Li Q.H.Wu 2020CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2020,6,2:4
2Fault Ride-through Hybrid Controller for MMC-HVDC Transmission System via Switching Control Units Based on Bang-bang Funnel Controller显示文摘This paper proposes a fault ride-through hybrid controller(FRTHC)for modular multi-level converter based high-voltage direct current(MMC-HVDC)transmission systems.The FRTHC comprises four loops of cascading switching control units(SCUs).Each SCU switches between a bang-bang funnel controller(BBFC)and proportional-integral(PI)control loop according to a state-dependent switching law.The BBFC can utilize the full control capability of each control loop using three-value control signals with the maximum available magnitude.A state-dependent switching law is designed for each SCU to guarantee its structural stability.Simulation studies are conducted to verify the superior fault ride-through capability of the MMC-HVDC transmission system controlled by FRTHC,in comparison to that controlled by a vector controller(VC)and a VC with DC voltage droop control(VDRC).Yang Liu Zehui Lin Chenying Xu Lei Wang 2023Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2023,11,2:1

4MdWRKY11 improves copper tolerance by directly promoting the expression of the copper transporter gene MdHMA5显示文摘Overuse of fungicides and fertilizers has resulted in copper(Cu)contamination of soils and toxic levels of Cu in apple fruits.To breed Cu-resistant apple(Malus domestica)cultivars,the underlying molecular mechanisms and key genes involved in Cu resistance must be identified.Here,we show that MdWRKY11 increases Cu tolerance by directly promoting the transcription of MdHMA5.MdHMA5 is a Cu transporter that may function in the storage of excess Cu in root cell walls and stems for Cu tolerance in apple.The transcription factor MdWRKY11 is highly induced by excess Cu.MdWRKY11 overexpression in transgenic apple enhanced Cu tolerance and decreased Cu accumulation.Apple calli transformed with an MdWRKY11-RNAi construct exhibited the opposite phenotype.Both an in vivo chromatin immunoprecipitation assay and an in vitro electrophoretic mobility shift assay indicated that MdWRKY11 binds to the promoter of MdHMA5.Furthermore,MdWRKY11 promoted MdHMA5 expression in transgenic apple plants,as revealed by quantitative PCR.Moreover,inhibition of MdWRKY11 expression by RNA interference led to a significant decrease in MdHMA5 transcription.Thus,MdWRKY11 directly regulates MdHMA5 transcription.Our work resulted in the identification of a novel MdWRKY11-MdHMA5 pathway that mediates Cu resistance in apple.Kun Shi Xuan Liu Yunpeng Zhu Yixue Bai Dongqian Shan Xiaodong Zheng Lin Wang Haixia Zhang Chanyu Wang Tianci Yan Fangfang Zhou Zehui Hu Yanzhao Sun Yan Guo Jin Kong 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:1
5Constructing an Energy Function for Power Systems with DFIGWT Generation Based on a Synchronous-generator-mimicking Model显示文摘In this paper we construct an energy function for multi-machine power systems with doubly-fed induction generator-based wind turbine(DFIGWT)according to a synchronous-generator-mimicking(SGM)model of the DFIGWT.An SGM model is proposed to approximate the dynamics of a DFIGWT.Similar to the modelling of a synchronous generator(SG),the internal dynamics of a DFIGWT are also described with differential equations of newly constructed virtual rotor angle and internal electromotive force(EMF)in the SGM model.Moreover,the power flow of a DFIGWT is expressed by nonlinear functions of its virtual rotor angle and internal EMF.The SGM model bridges the gap between the irregular and complex modelling of DFIGWTs and the well-developed energy function construction techniques for SG models.Based on the SGM model,a numerical energy function is constructed for power systems with DFIGWT generation.Both theoretical analysis and numerical studies were undertaken to validate that the proposed energy function satisfies the necessary conditions for an energy function of a power system.Yang Liu Chenying Xu Zehui Lin Kaishun Xiahou Q.H.Wu 2022CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2022,8,1:1

7Biliary excretion and enterohepatic circulation of thienorphine and its glucuronide conjugate in rats显示文摘Thienorphine(TNP)is a new partial opioid agonist currently developed as a promising drug candidate with the intended clinical indication for the treatment of opioid dependence.The pharmacokinetic profile and biliary excretion of TNP and its glucuronide conjugate(TNP-Glu)were investigated after oral administration of TNP in rats.The concentrations of TNP and TNP-Glu were simultaneously quantified using a LC-MS/MS method.A double peak phenomenon was observed in TNP plasma concentration–time curves with the secondary peak appeared at 6–8 h.A slower decline of plasma concentrations in the terminal phase was observed for TNP with T1/2 of 7.01 h.TNP-Glu was the predominant component in rat plasma and bile.Its plasma level was about 10 times higher than TNP and the 24 h accumulative bile excretion rate was 23%.Enterohepatic circulation of TNP and TNP-Glu was evaluated using a paired rat model.In bile-donor rats,no double-peak was detected and the elimination half life of TNP was significantly shortened(3.71 h)when compared to intact rats(7.01 h,P<0.05).Both TNP and TNP-Glu were detected in bile-recipient rats.Their exposures in recipient rats due to enterohepatic circulation were 15.6%and 42.6%for the parent drug and the metabolite,respectively.The deconjugation of the glucuronide conjugate and the reabsorption of free TNP were further confirmed in in situ perfused rat intestinal preparations.These results indicate that the enterohepatic circulation has a significant influence on the systemic exposure of the parent drug and its glucuronide conjugate,particularly on the terminal elimination of TNP,which may result in the prolonged retention of the drug in body.Jingting Deng Xiaomei Zhuang Guolin Shen Hua Lin Zehui Gong 2012Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2012,2,2:0
8Steam Exploded Peanut Shell Fiber as the Filler in the Rigid Polyurethane Foams显示文摘In this study,steam exploded peanut shell fibers(SE-PSFs)were utilized to fabricate with rigid polyurethane foam(RPUF)in order to improve sound absorption performance and hydrothermal weather resistance.Optimized method of SE treatment,RPUF preparation and flame retardant treatment were selected to prepare SE-PSF/RPUF composites in this experiment.Physical and mechanical properties including density,water absorption capacity,thickness swelling rate,compressive strength,thermal conductivity and average sound absorption coefficient of SE-PSF/RPUF were investigated and compared with the control(PRUF).The results showed that the density,water absorption capacity,thickness swelling rate and thermal conductivity showed an increasing trend with the increase of SE-PSFs content.The strength of the composite material showed a downward trend with the increase of the SE-PSFs content.The average sound absorption coefficient of the SE-PSFs/RPUF compared with PRUF significant increased,and the average sound absorption coefficient of the SE-PSFs/RPUF with SE-PSFs 40%was 0.47.The study getted the best ratio of flame retardants for 10%EG and 3%DMMP.The oxygen index was 35.56 vol%.Zehui Ju Qian He Tianyi Zhan Haiyang Zhang Lin Sun Lu Hong Xinyi Shi Xiaoning Lu 2019Journal of Renewable Materials2019,7,11:0
