1Reliability and safety analysis of redundant vehicle management computer system显示文摘Redundant techniques are widely adopted in vehicle management computer(VMC) to ensure that VMC has high reliability and safety.At the same time,it makes VMC have special characteristics,e.g.,failure correlation,event simultaneity,and failure self-recovery.Accordingly,the reliability and safety analysis to redundant VMC system(RVMCS) becomes more diffcult.Aimed at the diffculties in RVMCS reliability modeling,this paper adopts generalized stochastic Petri nets to establish the reliability and safety models of RVMCS.Then this paper analyzes RVMCS operating states and potential threats to flight control system.It is verifed by simulation that the reliability of VMC is not the product of hardware reliability and software reliability,and the interactions between hardware and software faults can reduce the real reliability of VMC obviously.Furthermore,the failure undetected states and false alarming states inevitably exist in RVMCS due to the influences of limited fault monitoring coverage and false alarming probability of fault monitoring devices(FMD).RVMCS operating in some failure undetected states will produce fatal threats to the safety of flight control system.RVMCS operating in some false alarming states will reduce utility of RVMCS obviously.The results abstracted in this paper can guide reliable VMC and effcient FMD designs.The methods adopted in this paper can also be used to analyze other intelligent systems' reliability.Shi Jian Meng Yixuan Wang Shaoping Bian Mengmeng Yan Dungong 2013Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2013,26,5:11
2Free radical scavenging activity of Eagle tea and their flavonoids显示文摘In this study,an online HPLC-DAD-MS coupled with 2,2'-azinobis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)diammonium salt(A BTS)assay was employed for evaluating free radical scavenging activity of Eagle tea and their active components.Twenty-three chromatographic peaks were detected,and nineteen components had free radical scavenging activity.Among them,eight compounds were identified as flavonoids(hyperin,isoquercitrin,quercitrin,quercetin,kaempferol),catechins,chlorogenic acid and epicatechin based on MS data and standard chromatographic characters.Qiong Meng Zhengming Qian Xiaoxiang Li Deqiang Li Weihua Huang Jing Zhao Shaoping Li 2012Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2012,2,3:4
3Experimental study on flexural behavior of ECC/RC composite beams with U-shaped ECO permanent formwork显示文摘To enhance the durability of a reinforced concrete structure, engineered cementitious composite (ECC), which exhibits high tensile ductility and good crack control ability, is considered a promising alternative to conventional concrete. However, broad application of ECC is hindered by its high cost. This paper presents a new means to address this issue by introducing a composite beam with a U-shaped ECC permanent formwork and infill concrete. The flexural performance of the ECC/RC composite beam has been investigated experimentally with eight specimens. According to the test results, the failure of a composite beam with a U-shaped ECC formwork is initiated by the crushing of compressive concrete rather than debonding, even if the surface between the ECC and the concrete is smooth as-finished. Under the same reinforcement configurations, ECC/RC composite beams exhibit increases in flexural performance in terms of ductility, load-carrying capacity, and damage tolerance compared with the counterpart ordinary RC beam. Furthermore, a theoretical model based on the strip method is proposed to predict the moment-curvature responses of ECC/RC composite beams, and a simplified method based on the equivalent rectangular stress distribution approach has also evolved. 13Structural Characterization of AlMgB_(14) Prepared by Field-activated, Pressure-assisted Synthesis显示文摘Mechanical alloying (MA) and field-activated, pressure-assisted synthesis (FAPAS) were used for the in situ synthesis and densification of ultra-hard, super-abrasive AlMgB14 metallic ceramic, performed at 1500℃ under a pressure of 60 MPa with the elemental constituents of aluminum, magnesium, and boron. The microstructure and components of synthesized metallic ceramic were observed and determined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results showed that the main components of the samples were AlMgB14 with a few MgAl2O4·MgAl2O4 was derived from the contamination of the preliminary powders and the milling process. The average hardness of the samples that provided the results was 26.1 GPa. The average density of the samples was 2.62 g/cm-3 , which is 98% of its theoretical density. The sample of AlMgB14-TiB2 composite with 30 wt% TiB2 had a hardness of 29.5 GPa, which is consistent with that of AlMgB14-TiB2 composite with 30 wt% TiB2 prepared by mechanical alloying/hot uniaxial pressing. 14Hybrid Active–Passive Prosthetic Knee:A Gait Kinematics and Muscle Activity Comparison with Mechanical and Microprocessor-Controlled Passive Prostheses显示文摘Existing microprocessor-controlled passive prosthetic knees(PaPKs)and active prosthetic knees(AcPKs)cannot truly simulate the muscle activity characteristics of the active–passive hybrid action of the knee during the normal gait.Differences in EMG between normal and different prosthetic gait for different phases were never separately analyzed.In this study,a novel hybrid active–passive prosthetic knee(HAPK)is proposed and if and how muscle activity and kinematics changes in different prosthetic gait are analyzed.The hybrid hydraulic-motor actuator is adopted to fully integrate the advantages of hydraulic compliance damping and motor efficiency,and the hierarchical control strategy is adopted to realize the adaptive predictive control of the HAPK.The kinematic data and EMG data of normal gait and different prosthetic gait were compared by experiments,so as to analyze the changes in the muscle activity and spatio-temporal data per phase compared to normal walking and the adaptations of amputees when walking with a different kind of prosthesis(the mechanical prosthesis(MePK),the PaPK and the HAPK).The results show that changes in prosthetic gait mainly consisted of decreased self-selected walking speed,gait symmetry and maximum knee flexion,increased first double support phase duration,muscle activation in both opposed and prosthetic limb and inter-subject variability.The differences between controls and MePK,PaPK and HAPK decreases sequentially.These results indicate that the hybrid active–passive actuating mode can have positive effects on improving the approximation of healthy gait characteristics.Xiaoming Wang Qiaoling Meng Shaoping Bai Qingyun Meng Hongliu Yu 2023Journal of Bionic Engineering2023,20,1:0
15Anti-diabetic potential of apigenin,luteolin,and baicalein via partially activating PI3K/Akt/GLUT-4 signaling pathways in insulin-resistant HepG2 cells显示文摘Dietary flavonoids are abundant in natural plants and possess multiple pharmacological and nutritional activities.In this study,apigenin,luteolin,and baicalein were chosen to evaluate their anti-diabetic effect in high-glucose and dexamethasone induced insulin-resistant(IR)HepG2 cells.All flavonoids improves the glucose consumption and glycogen synthesis abilities in IR-HepG2 cells via activating glucose transporter protein 4(GLUT4)and phosphor-glycogen synthase kinase(GSK-3β).These fl avonoids signifi cantly inhibited the production of reactive oxygen species(ROS)and advanced glycation end-products(AGEs),which were closely related to the suppression of the phosphorylation form of NF-κB and P65.The expression levels of insulin receptor substrate-1(IRS-1),insulin receptor substrate-2(IRS-2)and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(Akt)pathway in IR-HepG2 cells were all partially activated by the fl avonoids,with variable effects.Furthermore,the intracellular metabolic conditions of the fl avonoids were also evaluated.Lingchao Miao Haolin Zhang Meng Sam Cheong Ruting Zhong Paula Garcia-Oliveira Miguel A.Prieto Ka-Wing Cheng Mingfu Wang Hui Cao Shaoping Nie Jesus Simal-Gandara Wai San Cheang Jianbo Xiao 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,6:0
