1渤海海冰孔隙率对单轴压缩强度影响的实验研究显示文摘针对2009~2010年冬季渤海出现的异常冰情,在辽东湾东岸某港区外潮沟采集海冰,加工成冰样;在控温精度0.1℃的条件下,对117个柱状冰冰样沿平行冰面方向加载,测试冰样的单轴压缩强度、密度、盐度.试验温度分别是?4℃,?7℃,?10℃,?13℃和?16℃,加载应变速率在10?6~10?2s?1,覆盖了冰的韧性破坏、韧脆过渡和脆性破坏区域.试验结果支持宽应变率范围内单轴压缩强度随孔隙率的变化曲面.由此得到冰力学行为转折点随孔隙率变化的定量表达;实现了描述单轴压缩强度在不同破坏行为下的统一数学表达式;此外,还推断出2009~2010年渤海异常冰情不会导致渤海海冰单轴压缩强度设计值的调整.李志军 张丽敏 卢鹏 Matti LEPPARANTA 李广伟 2011中国科学:技术科学2011,41,10:21
2Experimental study on the effect of porosity on the uniaxial compressive strength of sea ice in Bohai Sea显示文摘For the abnormal ice condition in 2009–2010 winter,sea ice samples were collected in a tide ditch outside a port in the east coast of Liaodong Bay,and ice specimens were prepared.Experimental study was carried out with a temperature-control precision of 0.1°C,and 117 columnar-grained ice specimens were loaded along the direction parallel to ice surface under different test temperatures(-4,-7,-10,-13,-16°C)and strain rates ranging from 10-6 to 10-2 s-1 within which the ductile region,ductile-brittle transition and brittle region are contained.The uniaxial compressive strengths,density and salinity of the ice specimens were measured.The results support the curved-surface relationship between the uniaxial compressive strength and porosity within a wide range of strain rate.The curved-surface relationship gives a quantitative description about the variations of the mechanical behavior transition point with ice porosity,and supplies a uniform mathematical representation of uniaxial compressive strength under different failure modes.Besides,it is deduced that abnormal ice condition in 2009–2010 winter will not result in a change of the uniaxial compressive strength of sea ice in Bohai Sea.LI ZhiJun ZHANG LiMin LU Peng Matti LEPPARANTA LI GuangWei 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,9:12
3水库冰气泡含量和密度对探地雷达测厚的影响分析(英文)显示文摘在水库现场试验了RIS K2型探地雷达探测水库冰厚度的能力,试验时所用天线频率为600MHz;同步钻孔测量雷达探测处的冰厚度;以及在一个点上取样测试分析冰晶体、冰内气泡和冰密度。试验时冰面积雪厚度0.03-0.05m,冰层上部有0.24m粒状冰,其下均为柱状冰;冰内气泡含量呈表层高底层低分布;冰密度随气泡含量变化;冰厚度在平面内不均一。通过探测厚度和实测厚度的对比分析以及气泡含量对介电系数影响的理论分析,建立了积雪、粒状冰和柱状冰三层介质模型,获取雷达波在冰内的理论传递时间。结果发现:能够利用等效介电常数或等效传播速度评价雷达波传递时间,结冰期冰层1/3深度处的对应介电常数或传递速度可以作为等效值;另外因冰内大气泡造成的理论传递时间大于雷达探测时间,其差值随理论传递时间或冰厚的增加呈非线性增加。李志军 贾青 张宝森 Leppranta Matti 卢鹏 黄文峰 2010Applied Geophysics2010,7,2:11

6Albedo of Coastal Landfast Sea Ice in Prydz Bay,Antarctica:Observations and Parameterization显示文摘The snow/sea-ice albedo was measured over coastal landfast sea ice in Prydz Bay, East Antarctica(off Zhongshan Station)during the austral spring and summer of 2010 and 2011. The variation of the observed albedo was a combination of a gradual seasonal transition from spring to summer and abrupt changes resulting from synoptic events, including snowfall, blowing snow, and overcast skies. The measured albedo ranged from 0.94 over thick fresh snow to 0.36 over melting sea ice. It was found that snow thickness was the most important factor influencing the albedo variation, while synoptic events and overcast skies could increase the albedo by about 0.18 and 0.06, respectively. The in-situ measured albedo and related physical parameters(e.g., snow thickness, ice thickness, surface temperature, and air temperature) were then used to evaluate four different snow/ice albedo parameterizations used in a variety of climate models. The parameterized albedos showed substantial discrepancies compared to the observed albedo, particularly during the summer melt period, even though more complex parameterizations yielded more realistic variations than simple ones. A modified parameterization was developed,which further considered synoptic events, cloud cover, and the local landfast sea-ice surface characteristics. 7MODIS-based Daily Lake Ice Extent and Coverage dataset for Tibetan Plateau显示文摘The Tibetan Plateau houses numerous lakes,the phenology and duration of lake ice in this region are sensitive to regional and global climate change,and as such are used as key indicators in climate change research,particularly in environment change comparison studies for the Earth three poles.However,due to its harsh natural environment and sparse population,there is a lack of conventional in situ measurement on lake ice phenology.The Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)Normalized Difference Snow Index(NDSI)data,which can be traced back 20 years with a 500 m spatial resolution,were used to monitor lake ice for filling the observation gaps.Daily lake ice extent and coverage under clear-sky conditions was examined by employing the conventional SNOWMAP algorithm,and those under cloud cover conditions were re-determined using the temporal and spatial continuity of lake surface conditions through a series of steps.Through time series analysis of every single lake with size greater than 3 km2 in size,308 lakes within the Tibetan Plateau were identified as the effective records of lake ice extent and coverage to form the Daily Lake Ice Extent and Coverage dataset,including 216 lakes that can be further retrieved with four determinable lake ice parameters:Freeze-up Start(FUS),Freeze-up End(FUE),Break-up Start(BUS),and Break-up End(BUE),and 92 lakes with two parameters,FUS and BUE.Six lakes of different sizes and locations were selected for verification against the published datasets by passive microwave remote sensing.The lake ice phenology information obtained in this paper was highly consistent with that from passive microwave data at an average correlation coefficient of 0.91 and an RMSE value varying from 0.07 to 0.13.The present dataset is more effective at detecting lake ice parameters for smaller lakes than the coarse resolution passive microwave remote sensing observations.The published data are available in http://gffzz324c53c67c144612s99659kobvb0k6590.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/repository/uuid:fdfd8c76-6b7c-4bbf-aec8-98ab199d9093 and http://gffzzc14d9fd2be724b39h99659kobvb0k6590.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/dataSet/handle/744.Yubao Qiu Pengfei Xie Matti Leppäranta Xingxing Wang Juha Lemmetyinen Hui Lin Lijuan Shi 2019Big Earth Data2019,3,2:7
8Comparisons of passive microwave remote sensing sea ice concentrations with ship-based visual observations during the CHINARE Arctic summer cruises of 2010–2018显示文摘In order to apply satellite data to guiding navigation in the Arctic more effectively,the sea ice concentrations(SIC)derived from passive microwave(PM)products were compared with ship-based visual observations(OBS)collected during the Chinese National Arctic Research Expeditions(CHINARE).A total of 3667 observations were collected in the Arctic summers of 2010,2012,2014,2016,and 2018.PM SIC were derived from the NASA-Team(NT),Bootstrap(BT)and Climate Data Record(CDR)algorithms based on the SSMIS sensor,as well as the BT,enhanced NASA-Team(NT2)and ARTIST Sea Ice(ASI)algorithms based on AMSR-E/AMSR-2 sensors.The daily arithmetic average of PM SIC values and the daily weighted average of OBS SIC values were used for the comparisons.The correlation coefficients(CC),biases and root mean square deviations(RMSD)between PM SIC and OBS SIC were compared in terms of the overall trend,and under mild/normal/severe ice conditions.Using the OBS data,the influences of floe size and ice thickness on the SIC retrieval of different PM products were evaluated by calculating the daily weighted average of floe size code and ice thickness.Our results show that CC values range from 0.89(AMSR-E/AMSR-2 NT2)to 0.95(SSMIS NT),biases range from−3.96%(SSMIS NT)to 12.05%(AMSR-E/AMSR-2 NT2),and RMSD values range from 10.81%(SSMIS NT)to 20.15%(AMSR-E/AMSR-2 NT2).Floe size has a significant influence on the SIC retrievals of the PM products,and most of the PM products tend to underestimate SIC under smaller floe size conditions and overestimate SIC under larger floe size conditions.Ice thickness thicker than 30 cm does not have a significant influence on the SIC retrieval of PM products.Overall,the best(worst)agreement occurs between OBS SIC and SSMIS NT(AMSR-E/AMSR-2 NT2)SIC in the Arctic summer.Yuanren Xiu Zhijun Li Ruibo Lei Qingkai Wang Peng Lu Matti Leppäranta 2020Acta Oceanologica Sinica2020,39,9:6
9Low circulating levels of gastrin-17 in patients with Barrett's esophagus显示文摘AIM: To examine whether the fasting levels of serum gastrin-17 (G-17) are lower in Barrett's esophagus (BE)patients than in non-Barrett controls.METHODS: Nineteen patients with BE (presenting with a tubular segment ≥2 cm long in lower esophagus and intestinal metaplasia of incomplete type ('specialized columnar epithelium') in endoscopic biopsies from the tubular segment below the squamocolumnar junction were collected prospectively from outpatients referred to diagnostic gastroscopy. The controls comprised 199 prospectively collected dyspeptic outpatients without BE or any endoscopically visible lesions in the upper GI tract.Fasting levels of serum G-17 (G-17fast) were assayed with an EIA test using a Mab highly specific to amidated G-17. None of the patients and controls received therapy with PPIs or other antisecretory agents.RESULTS: The mean and median levels of G-17fast in serum were significantly lower (P = 0.001) in BE patients than in controls. The positive likelihood ratios (LR+) of low G-17fast to predict BE in the whole study population at G-17fast levels <0.5, <1, or <1.5 pmol/L were 3.5, 3.0,and 2.8, respectively. Among patients and controls with healthy stomach mucosa, the LR+ were 5.6, 3.8, and 2.6,respectively. In the whole study population, serum G-17 was below 2 pmol/L in 15 of 19 BE patients (79%). The corresponding prevalence was 66 of 199 (33%) in controls (P<0.001). The G-17fast was 5 pmol/L or more in only one of the 19 BE patients (5%). 10南极海冰导温系数与孔隙率关系初探显示文摘利用南极中山站附近固定冰不同季节的温度垂直廓线,冰芯盐度、密度数据,基于Cox等发展的冰内孔隙率计算方法,获得冰内孔隙率的垂直廓线。再通过建立分布参数系统最优控制模型,优化辨识在无热源条件下冰内温度垂直廓线对应的海冰导温系数。通过比较7种冰导温系数同孔隙率的关系,选择出海冰导温系数和孔隙率的最优关系式。用该关系式对同一地点不同年份的海冰进行温度垂直廓线计算,比较辨识的导温系数同孔隙率的关系相对于前人理想海冰模型中的导热系数、比热等公式计算对应条件的海冰垂直温度廓线的优势。两种计算结果说明,辨识得到的关系所引起的偏差在趋势和量级上同理想模式计算的结果相同,但辨识得到的关系更简洁,且更具有物理背景。石立琼 白乙拉 李志军 Matti Leppranta 2009极地研究2009,21,2:6
11Distributions of crystals and gas bubbles in reservoir ice during growth period显示文摘In order to understand the dominant factors of the physical properties of ice in ice thermodynamics and mechanics,in-situ observations of ice growth and decay processes were carried out.Two samplings were conducted in the fast and steady ice growth stages.Ice pieces were used to observe ice crystals and gas bubbles in ice,and to measure the ice density.Vertical profiles of the type and size of ice crystals,shape and size of gas bubbles,and gas bubble content,as well as the ice density,were obtained.The results show that the upper layer of the ice pieces is granular ice and the lower layer is columnar ice;the average crystal size increases with the ice depth and remains steady in the fast and steady ice growth stages;the shape of gas bubbles in the upper layer of ice pieces is spherical with higher total content,and the shape in the middle and lower layers is cylinder with lower total content;the gas bubble size and content vary with the ice growth stage;and the ice density decreases with the increase of the gas bubble content.Zhi-jun LI Wen-feng HUANG Qing JIA Matti LEPPARANTA 2011Water Science and Engineering2011,4,2:5
12Model simulations of the annual cycle of the landfast ice thickness in the East Siberian Sea显示文摘The annual cycle of the thickness and temperature of landfast sea ice in the East Siberian Sea has been examined using a one-dimensional thermodynamic model. The model was calibrated for the year August 2012–July 2013, forced using the data of the Russian weather station Kotel'ny Island and ECMWF reanalyses. Thermal growth and decay of ice were reproduced well, and the maximum annual ice thickness and breakup day became 1.64 m and the end of July. Oceanic heat flux was 2 W.m–2 in winter and raised to 25 W.m–2 in summer, albedo was 0.3–0.8 depending on the surface type(snow/ice and wet/dry). The model outcome showed sensitivity to the albedo, air temperature and oceanic heat flux. The modelled snow cover was less than 10 cm having a small influence on the ice thickness. In situ sea ice thickness in the East Siberian Sea is rarely available in publications. This study provides a method for quantitative ice thickness estimation by modelling. 14全膝关节置换翻修术的临床疗效及影响因素分析显示文摘目的通过对芬兰关节置换登记系统的资料分析,探讨全膝关节翻修术的治疗结果,并以再次翻修为终点评估翻修假体生存的预测指标。方法1990年至2002年芬兰国家关节置换登记系统共录入全膝关节翻修术2637例,以再次翻修为统计止点,对上述完整材料进行各种统计学分析,主要包括单因素分析中的Kaplan-Meier生存分析,Log-Rank检验,Cox回归分析及模型诊断。结果全膝关节翻修术后假体2年生存率为95%(1874膝)(95%置信区间,94%~96%),5年为89%(944膝)(95%置信区间,88%~90%),10年为79%(141膝)(95%置信区间,78%~81%)。多变量回归分析表明,假体生存最显著的预测指标是患者的年龄及初次全膝关节置换术后的使用时间(即初次与翻修手术间隔的时间)。预测生存率的其他重要指标有第1次翻修的年份及翻修原因。结论预测全膝关节翻修术后假体生存率较好的因素有:患者年龄在70岁以上、初次关节置换术后5年或以上施行翻修以及无髌骨半脱位。同时,随着年龄的增长、疾病的加重(骨关节炎和类风湿关节炎)及其治疗(初次全膝关节置换术),均可以减少关节活动量,加上医师不主张对老年患者施行手术,使得老年患者的再翻修率有所降低。盛璞义 张紫机 廖威明 康焱 雷磊 杨子波 张浩 傅明 何爱珊 Liisa Konttinen Matti Lehto Yrj T Konttinen 2008中华关节外科杂志(电子版)2008,2,6:4

17Real-time recognition of sows in video: A supervised approach显示文摘This paper proposes a supervised classification approach for the real-time pattern recognition of sows in an animal supervision system(asup).Our approach offers the possibility of the foreground subtraction in an asup’s image processing module where there is lack of statistical information regarding the background.A set of 7 farrowing sessions of sows,during day and night,have been captured(approximately 7 days/sow),which is used for this study.The frames of these recordings have been grabbed with a time shift of 20 s.A collection of 215 frames of 7 different sows with the same lighting condition have been marked and used as the training set.Based on small neighborhoods around a point,a number of image local features are defined,and their separability and performance metrics are compared.For the classification task,a feed-forward neural network(NN)is studied and a realistic configuration in terms of an acceptable level of accuracy and computation time is chosen.The results show that the dense neighborhood feature(d.3×3)is the smallest local set of features with an acceptable level of separability,while it has no negative effect on the complexity of NN.The results also confirm that a significant amount of the desired pattern is accurately detected,even in situations where a portion of the body of a sow is covered by the crate’s elements.The performance of the proposed feature set coupled with our chosen configuration reached the rate of 8.5 fps.The true positive rate(TPR)of the classifier is 84.6%,while the false negative rate(FNR)is only about 3%.A comparison between linear logistic regression and NN shows the highly non-linear nature of our proposed set of features.Ehsan Khoramshahi Juha Hietaoja Anna Valros Jinhyeon Yun Matti Pastell 2014Information Processing in Agriculture2014,1,1:3
18不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术与缺血预处理的心脏保护效果显示文摘【目的】探讨缺血预处理及不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术在冠状动脉外科中的心脏保护作用。【方法】 43例常规体外循环搭桥手术及 32例不停跳手术患者。不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术患者随机分为缺血预处理组和对照组。缺血预处理组采用 2周期阻断前降支 2min ,然后开放 3min。对比常规手术与不停跳冠状动脉搭桥手术术后心功能及心肌酶改变。【结果】术后右室射血分数和心指数在不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术中明显优于常规体外循环搭桥手术。不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术组术后心脏肌钙蛋白释放也显著性降低。在不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术患者 ,缺血预处理显著性降低术后心脏肌钙蛋白释放。【结论】不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术有利于术后心功能恢复。缺血预处理有效保护不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术心肌缺血再灌注损伤。吴钟凯 张希 王治平 徐颖琦 姚尖平 Matti TARKKA 2001中山医科大学学报2001,22,4:3
19A systems biological approach to identify key transcription factors and their genomic neighborhoods in human sarcomas显示文摘Identification of genetic signatures is the main objective for many computational oncology studies. The signature usually consists of numerous genes that are differentially expressed between two clinically distinct groups of samples, such as tumor subtypes. Prospectively, many signatures have been found to generalize poorly to other datasets and, thus, have rarely been accepted into clinical use. Recognizing the limited success of traditionally generated signatures, we developed a systems biology-based framework for robust identification of key transcription factors and their genomic regulatory neighborhoods. Application of the framework to study the differences between gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) and leiomyosarcoma (LMS) resulted in the identification of nine transcription factors (SRF, NKX2-5, CCDC6, LEF1, VDR, ZNF250, TRIM63, MAF, and MYC). Functional annotations of the obtained neighborhoods identified the biological processes which the key transcription factors regulate differently between the tumor types.
