1黑龙江省嫩江-黑河构造混杂岩带科洛金矿床成因:来自黄铁矿化学成分及He-Ar、S、Pb同位素证据显示文摘科洛金矿床位于黑龙江省嫩江—黑河构造混杂岩带中,为一正在勘查的中型金矿床。前人研究认为该矿床为一中温、富水、低盐度的韧性剪切带型金矿床。但随着勘查工作的持续开展,新发现了大量含多金属硫化物的石英脉型矿石。为进一步明确该矿床成因,对科洛金矿床内韧性变形和浸染状-团块状两种不同产状黄铁矿进行了系统的成分标型及稳定同位素特征研究。结果表明:韧性变形黄铁矿较浸染-团块状黄铁矿的S/Fe值低,Au、Ag、Co含量高,As含量低,总体显示韧性变形黄铁矿相对贫硫;黄铁矿微量元素显示两类黄铁矿REE具有相似的地球化学特征,整体呈轻稀土富集、重稀土亏损的'右倾'式稀土配分模式。稀土元素总量为17.00×10^-6~66.95×10^-6,韧性变形黄铁矿含量明显偏低,LREE/HREE值为5.25~12.50,相对较稳定。Y/Ho值与地幔和地壳重合范围较多,Zr/Hf值、Nb/Ta值变化范围较大,显示成矿环境不稳定;黄铁矿^3He含量为2.405×10^-13~10.811×10^-13,^4He含量为3.35×10^-7~4.99×10^-7,^3He-^4He图和R/Ra-40Ar/36Ar图显示成矿流体有以地幔为主的壳幔混源特征,成矿过程应有大气降水的参与;黄铁矿δ^34S变化范围小,集中在+2.3‰^+7.6‰(韧性变形黄铁矿δ^34S平均值偏低),稍正向偏离陨石硫特征;黄铁矿的^206Pb/^204Pb=18.157~18.211;^207Pb/^204Pb=15.542~15.594;^208Pb/^204Pb=38.032~38.218(韧性变形黄铁矿的^206Pb/^204Pb、^207Pb/^204Pb、^208Pb/^204Pb平均值偏低),均显示与造山作用关系密切。利用黄铁矿化学成分特征元素Co/Ni值及Co-Ni成因判别图解认为科洛金矿有热液成因矿床特征;利用w(Fe+S)-w(As)图解和Co-Ni-As含量图解显示石英脉型矿石反映浅成低温热液型金矿特征。综合区域变质变形事件、典型矿床特征及矿区内已取得的年龄、流体包裹体等相关数据认为,科洛金矿床应存在两期矿化:三叠纪形成的韧性剪切带型金矿床和白垩纪形成的浅成低温热液型金矿床。建议在今后的矿产勘查中注意寻找真正的韧性剪切带型金矿。李成禄 李胜荣 袁茂文 杜兵盈 李文龙 Masroor ALAM 刘东园 刘浩 2020地学前缘2020,27,5:11
2NS1 antigen: A new beam of light in the early diagnosis of dengue infection显示文摘Objective: To evaluate NS1 antigen detection ELISA for the early laboratory diagnosis of dengue virus infection. Methods: The present study was conducted to evaluate the overall positivity of NS1 antigen detection ELISA and its comparison with viral RNA detection via real time PCR and Ig M antibodies detection by ELISA. Results: A total of 1 270 serum samples were tested 86%(1 097/1 270) were detected positive by one or more than one diagnostic test. 3Petrography and geochemistry of Jumara Dome sediments, Kachchh Basin: Implications for provenance, tectonic setting and weathering intensity显示文摘In the Kachchh Mainland, the Jumara Dome mixed carbonate-siliciclastic succession is represented by the Jhurio and Patcham formations and siliciclastic-dominating Chari Formation(Bathonian to Oxfordian). The Jumara Dome sediments were deposited during sea-level fluctuating, and were interrupted by storms in the shallow marine environment. The sandstones are generally medium-grained, moderately sorted, subangular to subrounded and of low sphericity. The sandstones are mineralogically mature and mainly composed of quartzarenite and subarkose. The plots of petrofacies in the Qt-F-L, Qm-F-Lt, Qp-Lv-Ls and Qm-P-K ternary diagrams suggest mainly the basement uplift source(craton interior) in rifted continental margin basin setting. The sandstones were cemented by carbonate, iron oxide and silica overgrowth. The Chemical Index of Alteration values(73% sandstone and 81% shale) indicate high weathering conditions in the source area. Overall study suggests that such strong chemical weathering conditions are of unconformity with worldwide humid and warm climates during the Jurassic period. Positive correlations between Al2O3 and Fe2O3, TiO2, Na2O, MgO, K2O are evident. A high correlation coefficient between Al2O3 and K2O in shale samples suggests that clay minerals control the major oxides. The analogous contents of Si, Al, Ti, LREE and TTE in the shale to PAAS with slightly depleted values of other elements ascribe a PAAS like source(granitic gneiss and minor mafics) to the present study. 6Petrographical and geochemical signatures of Jurassic rocks of Chari Formation, Western India: implications for provenance and tectonic setting显示文摘The sandstones of the Ridge and Athleta members of Chari Formation(Callovian-Oxfordian)exposed at Jara have been analyzed for their petrographical and geochemical studies. Texturally, these sandstones are medium to coarse grained, poorly to well sorted, sub-angular to sub-rounded, and show low to medium sphericity.These sandstones were derived from a mixed provenance including granites, granite-gneisses, low and high-grade metamorphic, and some basic rocks of Aravalli range and Nagarparkar massif. The petrofacies analysis reveals that these sandstones belong to the continental block and recycled orogen tectonic regime. The studied sandstones are modified by paleoclimate, distance of transport, and diagenesis. Mineralogically and geochemically, sandstones are classified as quartzarenite, subarkose, arkose, sublithic arenite, and wacke, respectively. The A-CN-K ternary plot and CIA, CIW, PIA, and ICV values suggest that the similar source rocks suffered moderate to high chemical weathering under a hot-humid climate in an acidic environment with higher PCO_2. Generally good to strong correlations between Al_2O3 and other oxides in these sediments indicate clay mineral control. The K_2O/Na_2O versus SiO_2 diagram indicates that the studied samples occupy passive margin fields but the SiO_2/Al_2O_3 versus K_2O/Na_2O plot suggests that the Athleta Sandstone and Ridge Sandstone fall within the passive margin field, while Ridge Shale falls within the active continental margin field.Shaista Khan A. 9Preliminary Seroepidemiological survey of dengue infections in Pakistan,2009-2014显示文摘Background:Dengue virus is the causative agent of dengue fever,a vector borne infection which causes selflimiting to life threatening disease in humans.A sero-epidemiological study was conducted to understand the current epidemiology of dengue virus in Pakistan which is now known as a dengue endemic country after its first reported outbreak in 1994.Methods:To investigate the prevalence of dengue virus in Pakistan during 2009-2014,a total of 9,493 blood samples were screened for the detection of anti-dengue IgM antibodies using ELISA.Clinical and demographic features available with hospital records were reviewed to ascertain mortalities related to dengue hemorrhagic shock syndrome.Results:Out of 9,493 samples tested,37%(3,504)were found positive for anti-dengue IgM antibodies.Of the seropositive cases,73.6%(2,578/3,504)were male and 26.4%(926/3,504)were female.The highest number(382/929;41.1%)of sero-positive cases was observed among the individuals of age group 31-40 years.The highest number of symptomatic cases was reported in October(46%;4,400/9,493),and the highest number of sero-positive cases among symptomatic cases was observed in November(45.7%;806/1,764).Mean annual patient incidence(MAPI)during 2009-2014 in Pakistan remained 0.30 with the highest annual patient incidence(11.03)found in Islamabad.According to the available medical case record,472 dengue related deaths were reported during 2009-2014.Conclusion:The data from earlier reports in Pakistan described the dengue virus incidence from limited areas of the country.Our findings are important considering the testing of clinical samples at a larger scale covering patients of vast geographical regions and warrants timely implementation of dengue vector surveillance and control programs.Trial registration number:It is an epidemiological research study,so trial registration is not required.Muhammad Suleman Hyeong-Woo Lee Syed Sohail Zahoor Zaidi Muhammad Masroor Alam Nadia Nisar Uzma Bashir Aamir Salmaan Sharif Shahzad Shaukat Adnan Khurshid Mehar Angez Massab Umair Ghulam Mujtaba Rani Faryal 2017Infectious Diseases of Poverty2017,6,1:0
