| 1 | 响应面试验优化链霉菌Z331-A的发酵条件显示文摘链霉菌Z331-A是一株活性很好的生防菌,为提高链霉菌Z331-A发酵液的抑菌效果,对其发酵条件进行优化。该研究在单因子试验基础上,利用Plackett-Burman设计筛选出影响菌株Z331-A发酵的3个关键因子为发酵时间、接种量、摇瓶转速;然后通过响应面试验确定最佳发酵条件。结果表明,链霉菌Z331-A最佳发酵条件为发酵时间7.2d,接种量5.7%,摇瓶转速210r/min。在此最佳发酵条件下,抑菌圈直径可达24.30 mm,比未优化前(19.20mm)提高了26.56%。表明响应面法优化的链霉菌Z331-A发酵工艺效果良好。 | 范丽霞 胡晓苹 刘文波 RAJAOFERA Mamy Jayne Nelly 唐中发 缪卫国 | 2018 | 中国酿造2018，37，4： | 7 |

RNA sequencing has been used to analyze the pathogenesis of several malignancies such melanoma, lung cancer, and colorectal cancer. RNA sequencing can identify differential expression of genes(DEG's), mutated genes, fusion genes, and gene isoforms in disease states. | 3 | Long-term effects of lamivudine treatment in Japanese chronic hepatitis B patients显示文摘AIM:To analyze the association between the emergence of tyrosine-methionine-asparatate-asparatate(YMDD) mutants(reverse transcription;rtM204I/V) and deterioration of liver function during long-term lamivudine treatment of Japanese patients with chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection.METHODS:The data of 61 consecutive Japanese patients with chronic hepatitis B who underwent continuous lamivudine treatment for more than 24 mo and had a virological response were analyzed.Analysis of YMDD mutants was done by real-time polymerase chain reaction with LightCycler probe hybridization assay for up to 90 mo(mean,50.8 mo;range,24-90 mo).RESULTS:A mixed mutant-type(YMDD + tyrosine-isoleucine-asparatate-asparatate:YIDD or tyrosine-valineasparatate-asparatate:YVDD) or a mutant-type(YIDD or YVDD) were found in 57.4% of 61 patients at 1 year,78.7% of 61 patients at 2 years,79.6% of 49 patients at 3 years,70.5% of 34 patients at 4 years,68.4% of 19 patients at 5 years,57.1% of 14 patients at 6 years,and 33.3% of 6 patients at 7 years.Of the 61 patients,56(92%) had mixed mutant-or a mutant-type.Only 5(8%) had no mutants at each observation point.Virological breakthrough was found in 26(46.4%) of 56 patients with YMDD mutants,20 of whom had a hepatitis flare-up:the remaining 30(53.6%) had neither a virological breakthrough nor a flare-up.All 20 patients who developed a hepatitis flare-up had a biochemical and virological response after adefovir was added to the lamivudine treatment.CONCLUSION:Our results suggest that it is possible to continue lamivudine treatment,even after the emergence of YMDD mutants,up to the time that the patients develop a hepatitis flare-up. | Masayuki Murata Norihiro Furusyo Mami Unno Eiichi Ogawa Kazuhiro Toyoda Hiroaki Taniai Hachiro Ohnishi Jun Hayashi | 2011 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2011，17，24： | 3 |

| 7 | Gastrointestinal stromal tumor presenting with prominent calcification显示文摘We present a rare case of a gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) in the stomach with prominent calcifica-tion at presentation. A 61-year-old woman visited our hospital because of epigastric discomfort. A spherical calcified lesion with a diameter of about 30 mm was incidentally shown in the left upper quadrant on an abdominal X-ray. Computed tomography demonstrated that the tumor was growing from the upper gastric body, with calcification in the peripheral ring area. A laparoscopic partial gastrectomy was performed, and the resected specimen revealed a well-circumscribed tumor with exophytic growth from the gastric muscularis propria. Microscopic examination revealed spindle- shaped tumor cells with calcification and hemorrhage. Additionally, positive immunoreactivity of the tumor to KIT and CD34 and a low mitotic index resulted in the diagnosis of very low risk GIST. There are a few case reports of heavily calcified GIST, although solitary or punctate calcification of primary GIST has been reported in several case series. Dystrophic calcification of necrotic or degenerative tissue is the supposed cause of primary calcified GISTs. | 9 | Extended cancer-free survival after palliative chemoradiation for metastatic esophageal cancer显示文摘We report on a patient who remained cancer-free for an extended time after palliative radiotherapy(RT) and chemotherapy(nedaplatin plus 5-fluorouracil) treatment for stage Ⅳ(cT3N3M1) esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Although multiple lymph nodes outside the RT field recurred, the local primary tumor within the RT field did not recur, even 17 mo after palliative RT of 30 Gy in 10 fractions. In this case, acute toxicity, such as myelosuppression or esophagitis, was not enhanced by increasing the fraction dose from 1.8-2.0 Gy to 3.0 Gy.
