| 3 | Endothelial dysfunction as a predictor of cardiovascular disease in type 1 diabetes显示文摘Macro and microvascular disease are the main cause of morbi-mortality in type 1 diabetes(T1DM).Although there is a clear association between endothelial dysfunction and atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetes,a cause-effect relationship is less clear in T1 DM.Although endothelial dysfunction(ED) precedes atherosclerosis,it is not clear weather,in recent onset T1 DM,it may progress to clinical macrovascular disease.Moreover,endothelial dysfunction may either be reversed spontaneously or in response to intensive glycemic control,long-term exercise training and use of statins.Acute,long-term and post-prandial hyperglycemia as well as duration of diabetes and microalbuminuria are all conditions associated with ED in T1 DM.The pathogenesis of endothelial dysfunction is closely related to oxidative-stress.NAD(P)H oxidase over activity induces excessive superoxide production inside the mitochondrial oxidative chain of endothelial cells,thus reducing nitric oxide bioavailability and resulting in peroxynitrite formation,a potent oxidant agent.Moreover,oxidative stress also uncouples endothelial nitric oxide synthase,which becomes dysfunctional,inducing formation of superoxide.Other important mechanisms are the activation of both the polyol and protein kinase C pathways as well as the presence of advanced glycation end-products.Future studies are needed to evaluate the potential clinical applicability of endothelial dysfunction as a marker for early vascular complications in T1 DM. | Marcello C Bertoluci Gislaine V Cé Antonio MV da Silva Marco V Wainstein Winston Boff Marcia Punales | 2015 | World Journal of Diabetes2015，6，5： | 5 |
| 4 | Transarterial chemoembolization using 40 μm drug eluting beads for hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘AIM To assess the safety and efficacy of transarterial chemoembolization(TACE) of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) using a new generation of 40 μm drug eluting beads in patients not eligible for curative treatment.METHODS Drug eluting bead TACE(DEB-TACE) using a new generation of microspheres(embozene tandem,40 μm) preloaded with 100 mg of doxorubicin was performed on 48 early or intermediate HCC patients with compensatedcirrhosis.Response to therapy was assessed with Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(RECIST) and modified RECIST(m RECIST) guidelines applied to computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging.Eleven out of the 48 treated patients treated progressed on to receive liver orthotopic transplantation(OLT).This allowed for histological analysis on the treated explanted nodules.RESULTS DEB-TACE with 40 μm showed a good safety profile without major complications or 30-d mortality.The objective response rate of treated tumors was 72.6% and 26.7% according to m RECIST and RECIST respectively.Histological examination in 11 patients assigned to OLT showed a necrosis degree > 90% in 78.6% of cases.The overall time to progression was 13 mo(11-21).CONCLUSION DEB-TACE with 40 μm particles is an effective treatment for the treatment of HCC in early-intermediate patients(Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer stage A/B) with a good safety profile and good results in term of objective response rate and necrosis. | Giorgio Greco Tommaso Cascella Antonio Facciorusso Roberto Nani Rodolfo Lanocita Carlo Morosi Marta Vaiani Giuseppina Calareso Francesca G Greco Antonio Ragnanese Marco A Bongini Alfonso V Marchianò Vincenzo Mazzaferro Carlo Spreafico | 2017 | World Journal of Radiology2017，9，5： | 3 |
| 5 | Effects of 12 weeks of barefoot running on foot strike patterns,inversion-eversion and foot rotation in long-distance runners显示文摘Purpose:The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of 12 weeks of barefoot running on foot strike patterns,inversion-eversion and foot rotation in long-distance runners.Methods:Thirty-one endurance runners with no experience in barefoot running were randomized into a control group and an experimental group who received barefoot training.At pre-test and post-test,all subjects ran at low and high self-selected speeds on a treadmill.Data were collected by systematic observation of lateral and back recordings at 240 Hz.Results:McNemar’s test indicated significant changes(p <0.05) in the experimental group at both high and low speed running in foot strike patterns,reducing the percentage of high rearfoot strikers and increasing the number of midfoot strikers.A significant increase(p <0.05) of external rotation of the foot and a decrease of inversion occurred at comfortable speed in the experimental group.Conclusion:Twelve weeks of barefoot running,applied progressively,causes significant changes in foot strike pattern with a tendency toward midfoot or forefoot strikes,regardless of running speed and significant changes in foot rotation at low speed,while the inversion was reduced in left foot at low speed with a tendency toward centered strike. | Pedro ALatorre-Román Felipe García-Pinillos Víctor M.Soto-Hermoso Marcos Munoz-Jiménez | 2019 | Journal of Sport and Health Science2019，8，6： | 2 |

| 7 | Mechanical Properties of Sustainable,Self-healing Porous Asphalt Concrete显示文摘Long lifetime sustainable porous asphalt concrete containing steel fibers was designed. The material is self healing in such a sense that some external stimulus is needed in the form of heating by induction energy. Steel wool was added to porous asphalt concrete to enhance its electrical conductivity and induction heating was applied to increase the temperature to heal the micro-cracks and repair the bonding between aggregate and binder. The main purpose of this paper is to examine the mechanical properties of this sustainable porous asphalt concrete including indirect tensile strength,work of fracture,particle loss resistance and water sensitivity.
