| 1 | 妊娠期乳腺癌9例的诊断和综合治疗显示文摘目的 :研究妊娠期乳腺癌在诊断和手术、化疗、放疗综合治疗方面的特殊性。方法 :1992年 12月—1999年 6月 ,法国巴黎第十二大学附属HenriMondor医院放疗科收治 9例妊娠期乳腺癌患者 ,其中 3例诊断于妊娠期 ,6例诊断于分娩后 1年内。 5例行乳房保留治疗 ,4例改良根治术。所有病例行术后放疗。 7例接受化疗。结果 :9例钼靶摄片中 7例和所有的 5例超声检查提示肿瘤征象 ,诊断时总体病期晚 ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、、Ⅲ期比例分别为11%、44 %和 44 %。中位随访 6 0月 (9— 89月 )时 ,6例无病生存 ,3例在治疗结束后 14月— 48月出现局部复发或远处转移。结论 :妊娠期乳腺癌诊断延误较为常见 ,对分娩后确诊的患者 ,应重视妊娠、哺乳期乳房体检和超声检查在鉴别诊断乳房肿块中的作用。治疗原则必须兼顾疾病的迫切性和胎儿的安全性。在可以及时开展化疗和放疗的综合治疗的前提下 。 | 陈佳艺 林原 Youlia KIROVA Franck FEUILLADE Jean-Paul Le BOURGEOIS | 2001 | 中国癌症杂志2001，11，5： | 21 |

| 6 | 转移性黑色素瘤的姑息性放疗显示文摘目的 :根据恶性黑色素瘤的放射生物学特性 ,设计了短疗程的放射治疗 ,以评价其在转移性患者中的姑息疗效。方法 :2 1例 (2 7个部位 )转移性恶性黑色素瘤接受姑息性放疗 ,照射部位包括骨转移 15个 ,淋巴结和皮下转移 7个 ,脑转移 5个。结合黑色素瘤生物特点和患者一般情况而制定时间 -剂量模式 ,主要包括 30Gy/10次 /2周 (10例 ,占 37% )和 2 0Gy/5次 /1.5周 (8例 ,占 30 % )。结果 :总的姑息有效率为 89% (2 4 /2 7) ,其中 ,骨和软组织转移的有效率为 90 % (2 0 /2 2 ) ,脑转移有效率为80 % (4/5 )。有效患者的中位缓解持续时间为 6 0d ,占剩余生存时间的 6 7%。结论 :短程放射治疗作为姑息治疗的手段 ,可以在大多数晚期转移性黑色素瘤患者中达到有效的减症作用。在高于常规分割剂量的基础上 ,可以视正常组织耐受性而适当降低分次剂量。总剂量的生物效应需达到相当于常规分割 36Gy以获得较满意的姑息疗效。 | 陈佳艺 Kirova YM 潘自强 Le Bourgeois JP | 2003 | 中国临床医学2003，10，4： | 2 |
