| 1 | Weapon target assignment problem satisfying expected damage probabilities based on ant colony algorithm显示文摘A weapon target assignment (WTA) model satisfying expected damage probabilities with an ant colony algorithm is proposed. In order to save armament resource and attack the targets effectively, the strategy of the weapon assignment is that the target with greater threat degree has higher priority to be intercepted. The effect of this WTA model is not maximizing the damage probability but satisfying the whole assignment result. Ant colony algorithm has been successfully used in many fields, especially in combination optimization. The ant colony algorithm for this WTA problem is described by analyzing path selection, pheromone update, and tabu table update. | 4 | Investigation of carbon fiber composite stiffened skin with vacuum assisted resin infusion/prepreg co-curing process显示文摘Co-cured vacuum assisted resin infusion process(co-VARI process),which combined vacuum assisted resin infusion(VARI)with prepreg vacuum bag only process(VBO),was adopted to fabricate T-shaped stiffened skin with non-crimp fabric(NCF)stiffener and prepreg skin.During compaction stage of co-VARI process,prepreg resin impregnated fiber fabric under elevated temperature and vacuum pressure.This phenomenon was characterized by fluorescent micrographs with different holding temperature and time.Its influences on processing quality and mechanical performance for co-VARI stiffened skin with different filler materials at triangular region were further analyzed by optical micrographs and pull-off test,respectively.The results show that increasing holding temperature and prolonging holding time can promote prepreg resin impregnation in fiber fabric.Moderate prepreg resin impregnation is favorable to reduce resin rich region and increase fiber volume fraction at prepreg-fabric interface.Moreover,prepreg resin impregnation effect plays significant roles on pull-off performance for co-VARI stiffened skin with fabric filler but has negligible influences on specimens with prepreg filler.In addition,compared with stiffened skin with fabric filler,superior processing quality and pull-off performances are achieved for co-VARI stiffened skin with prepreg core filler.These results are helpful to optimize processing procedures and fabricate composite structure by coVARI process. | MA XuQiang GU YiZhuo LI Min LI YanXia ZHANG ZuoGuang | 2014 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,10: | 6 |
| 5 | Low concentrations of NaHSO_3 enhance NAD(P)H dehydrogenasedependent cyclic photophosphorylation and alleviate the oxidative damage to improve photosynthesis in tobacco显示文摘Bisulfite at low concentrations(L-NaHSO3) increases cyclic electron transport around photosystem I(PSI) and photosynthesis.However,little is known regarding the detailed contribution of cyclic electron transport to the promoted photosynthesis by L-NaHSO3.In the present work,we used tobacco mutant defective in ndhC-ndhK-ndhJ(ndhCKJ) to investigate the role of NAD(P)H dehydrogenase(NDH)-dependent cyclic electron transport around PSI in an increase in photosynthesis by L-NaHSO3.After the treatment of tobacco leaves with L-NaHSO3(10 μmol L-1),the NDH-dependent cyclic electron transport,monitored by a transient post-illumination increase in Chl fluorescence and the amount of NDH,was notably up-regulated in wild type(WT).The NDH-dependent cyclic electron transport was severely impaired in ndhCKJ and was not significantly affected by treatment with L-NaHSO3.Accordingly,the NDH-dependent transthylakoid membrane proton gradient(pH),as reflected by the slow phase of millisecond-delayed light emission(ms-DLE),was increased by L-NaHSO3 in WT,but not in ndhCKJ;the enhancement of cyclic photophosphorylation(PSP) activity by L-NaHSO3 was more obvious in WT than ndhCKJ.The accumulation of both superoxide and hydrogen peroxide was reduced in WT when subjected to L-NaHSO3 treatment,but not in ndhCKJ.Furthermore,the increase of photosynthetic O 2 evolution rate by L-NaHSO3 was more significant in WT than in ndhCKJ.We therefore conclude that L-NaHSO3 alleviates the photo-oxidative damage by the enhancement of NDH-dependent cyclic PSP,thereby improving photosynthesis. | WU YanXia HE Wei MA WeiMin SHEN YunKang MI HuaLing | 2012 | Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,30: | 5 |

| 7 | Fabrication of aluminum matrix composite reinforced with carbon nanotubes显示文摘1.0wt.% carbon nanotube (CNT) reinforced 2024Al matrix composite was fabricated by cold isostatic press and subsequent hot extrusion techniques. The mechanical properties of the composite were measured by a tensile test. Mean-while,the fracture surfaces were examined using field emission scanning electron microscopy. The experimental results show that CNTs are dispersed homogeneously in the composite and that the interfaces of the Al matrix and the CNT bond well. Although the tensile strength and the Young’s modulus of the composite are enhanced markedly,the elongation does not decrease when compared with the matrix material fabricated under the same process. The effect of reflux time on the morphology and the weight loss of MWNTs were investigated. Meanwhile,the dispersion of MWNTs with 0-2.0 wt.% in 2024Al powders using mechanical stirring with an assisting ultrasonic shaker in ethanol was also studied. The results show that the reflux time markedly affects the morphology of MWNTs. The weight loss of MWNTs increases as the reflux time increases. | 10 | Cellulose derived biochar:Preparation,characterization and Benzo[α]pyrene adsorption capacity显示文摘Edible oil is prone to be contaminated by Benzo[a]pyrene(BaP)during production and processing.Adsorption is an important technology for the removal of BaP from edible oil,and biochar as a new type of adsorbent for the treatment BaP has received extensive attention.In this study,we prepared unmodified biochar and ZnCl_(2)-modified biochar from sesame straw cellulose(SSB and SSZ)and sesame capsule cellulose(SCB and SCZ),carried out structure characterization by Fourier Transform Infrared(FT-IR),Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM),and finally evaluated their potential effectiveness in BaP removal from sesame oil.FT-IR results revealed that SSZ and SCZ showed higher peak intensities,indicating that they could provide more active sites for adsorption.The results of XRD presented that SSZ and SCZ had a higher graphitization degree than the unmodified biochar.SEM results showed that the SSZ and SCZ had more complex pore structure,which is beneficial to adsorption.BET analysis results showed that SSZ and SCZ had a higher specific surface area of 1622.83-1797.39 m^(2)/g and a better developed porous structure(the total pore volume Vtotal was 0.9434-1.0023 cm^(3)/g)than the SSB and SCB(specific surface area was 350.55-352.59 m^(2)/g,and Vtotal was 0.1907-0.1918 cm^(3)/g),indicating that modification promoted the formation of porous structure and thus improved the adsorption capacity of biochar.Adsorption experiments confirmed once again that the BaP removal rates of SSZ and SCZ(92.67%-96.13%)were much higher than that of unmodified biochar(3.34%-4.28%),and the BaP content in the sesame oil treated by SSZ and SCZ were far below the current EU maximum levels(2μg/kg).Therefore,the modified biochar from cellulose is a promising adsorbent for BaP removal.In future studies,the influences of bichar on the nutritional quality of edible oil should be taken into consideration so as to find an ideal active carbon substitute for BaP removal in edible oil. | Qiaoli Yang Yanxia Sun Wenhui Sun Zhao Qin Huamin Liu Yuxiang Ma Xuede Wang | 2021 | Grain & Oil Science and Technology2021,4,4: | 2 |

| 17 | Efficacy of Bushen Culuan decoction(补肾促卵方)on ovarian follicle and follicular granulosa cells in mice with premature ovarian insufficiency induced by tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the protective efficacy of Bushen Culuan decoction补肾促卵方,BCD)on ovarian follicle and follicular granulosa cells in mice with premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)induced by tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside,and to study the potential mechanism underlying the action.METHODS:Eighty female Balb/c mice were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=20 each):blank group,model group,Bushen Culuan decoction intervening group(BCD group)and estradiol valerate intervening group(EV group).In the first 14 model establishing d,mice in model group,BCD group and EV group were under Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside(TWP)gavage to establish POI models.In the 14-day therapeutic stage,mice in BCD group were taken BCD 18.35 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1),mice in EV group were taken EV solution 0.15 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1),while mice in blank group and model group were taken normal saline.When the mice accomplished therapy,whole blood was collected for serum hormone including follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteal hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),antimullerian hormone(AMH)levels and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),bone morphogenetic protein-7(BMP-7)measurement.Ovarian tissues were harvested for morphologic observation,follicle counting,ovarian follicular graulosa cell apoptosis test and testing BMP-7 and caspase-3 expressions.RESULTS:The body weights of the mice kept growing stably in the process expect in TWP intervening stage.Compared with model group,BCD group had significantly higher ovarian index,serum E_(2),AMH,VEGF,BMP-7 levels and significantly lower FSH level(P<0.05).Meanwhile the VEGF level in BCD group was higher than in EV group(P<0.05).Compared with model group,the histopathological damage and GCs apoptosis were mitigated;developing follicle counting,BMP-7 expression were up-regulated,and caspase-3 expression was downregulated in BCD groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:BCD treatment could attenuate pathological process in POI ovaries,suppress GC apoptosis,probably through promoting BMP-7 expression and following inhibiting caspase-3 activation. | MA Kun YUAN Yuan CHEN Yanxia YUAN Bochao WANG Kaili TIAN Caidie LI Jiani | 2022 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2022,42,1: | 1 |

| 19 | Age-specific effectiveness of primary human papillomavirus screening versus cytology in a cervical cancer screening program: a nationwide cross-sectional study显示文摘Background:Primary human papillomavirus(HPV)screening is recommended for the detection of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)in the general pop-ulation;however,the triage for HPV-positive women remains a challenge.This study aimed to evaluate the age-specific effectiveness of primary HPV screening versus primary cytology screening for identifying optimal strategies for women of different ages.Methods:The dataset of the prevalence round screening was derived from the National Cervical Cancer Screening Program in China.Primary cervical screen-ing protocols included cytology only,HPV testing with cytology triage,and HPV testing with HPV-16/18 genotyping plus cytology triage.The primary outcomes were age-specific detection rate,colposcopy referral rate and positive predictive value(PPV)for CIN2+.Multivariate Poisson regression was used to evaluate the relativeeffectivenessofHPVtestingandcytologyaccordingtoagegroups.TheI 2 statisticwitharandom-effectmodelwasusedtotesttheheterogeneityinrelative effectiveness of HPV testing versus cytology between age groups.Results:This study included 1,160,981 women.HPV testing with HPV-16/18 genotyping plus cytology triage significantly increased the CIN2+detection by 36%(rate ratio[RR]:1.36,95%confidential interval[CI]1.21–1.54)for women aged 35-44 years and by 34%(RR:1.34,95%CI 1.20-1.51)for women aged 45-54 years compared with cytology only.HPV testing with cytology triage had simi-lar CIN2+detection rate compared with cytology only.The PPVs were substan-tially increased for both HPV testing groups.Among women aged 55-64 years old,HPV testing with HPV-16/18 genotyping plus cytology triage increased the colposcopyreferralrateby19%(RR1.19,95%CI1.10-1.29)comparedwithcytology only,butdidnotincreasetheCIN2+detection(1.09,0.91–1.30).Theeffectiveness ofHPVtestingwithcytologytriagedidnotchangeinolderwomen.Thebetween-age-group heterogeneity in the effectiveness was statistically significant for HPV testing with HPV-16/18 genotyping plus cytology triage versus cytology only.Conclusions:Our results suggested that the effectiveness of primary HPV screeningwithdifferenttriagestrategiesdifferedamongagegroups.HPVtesting with HPV-16/18 genotyping plus cytology triage could be used for women aged 35-54 years to detect more lesions,and HPV testing with cytology triage could balance the CIN2+detection and the number of colposcopies for women aged 55-64 years.Longitudinal data including both prevalence and incidence screen-ing rounds are warranted to assess age-specific triage strategies. | Heling Bao Lan Ma Yanxia Zhao Bo Song Jiangli Di Linhong Wang Yanqiu Gao Wenhui Ren Shi Wang Jiuling Wu Hai-Jun Wang | 2022 | Cancer Communications2022,42,3: | 1 |
