On this physical basis, the specific waveband of high efficiency for transmission of infrared rays exists in the collagenous fibre in a liquid crystal state. We get 63 infrared spectrums. The experiment outcome tells us that the differences of the intensities among individuals are great, and so are the differences between acupoint and non-acupoint areas. | 5 | Longitudinal Alterations of Local Spontaneous Brain Activity in Parkinson's Disease显示文摘We used resting-state fMRI to evaluate longitudinal alterations in local spontaneous brain activity in Parkinson's disease(PD) over a 2-year period. Data were acquired from 23 PD patients at baseline and follow-up,and 27 age-and sex-matched normal controls. Regional homogeneity(ReHo) and voxel-based-morphometry(VBM) were used to identify differences in local spontaneous brain activity and grey matter volume. With disease progression, we observed a progressive decrease in ReHo in the sensorimotor cortex, default-mode network, and left cerebellum, but increased ReHo in the supplementary motor area, bilateral temporal gyrus, and hippocampus.Moreover, there was a significant positive correlation between the rates of ReHo change in the left cerebellum and the rates of change in the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale-III scores. VBM revealed no significant differences in the grey matter volume among the three sets of acquisitions. | 6 | A FLUID MECHANICS MODEL OF TISSUE FLUID FLOW IN LIMB CONNECTIVE TISSUE——A MECHANISM OF ACUPUNCTURE SIGNAL TRANSMISSION显示文摘This article explores the mechanisms of acupuncture meridians by determining characteristics of the tissue fluid flow in the connective tissue along meridians. Based on deep dissection of acupoints on the upper and lower limbs of the human body and micro and macro observation and measurement, a mathematical model of the flow of tissue fluid in interosseous membranes is constructed. It is shown that the signal transmission along acupuncture meridians may be determined by unique anatomical and physiological factors that govern the flow of tissue fluid in the connective tissue and involve mast cell degranulation. | 7 | Anaphthalimide-based fluorescent probe for mercapto-containing compounds显示文摘A polarity-sensitive fluorescent probe MNP was rationally designed and synthesized with naphthalimide as the fluorophore and maleimide as the receptor for thiols. MNP is weakly fluorescent due to the photoinduced electron-transfer(PET) from the fluorophore to the receptor, and it displays evidently solvatochromic UV–vis and fluorescence spectra: the emission shifted from 495 nm in n-hexane to545 nm in phosphate buffer solution. Michael addition reaction between thiols and the maleimide in MNP inhibited the PET process, which led to about eight-fold fluorescence enhancement. In addition,MNP showed highly sensitivity to mercapto-containing proteins and it could detect as low as 20.4 mg/m L of BSA in PBS. | 14 | Conversion of lignin oil and hemicellulose derivative into high-density jet fuel显示文摘Synthesizing high-density fuel from lignocellulose can not only achieve green and low-carbon development,but also expand the feedstock source of hydrocarbon fuel.Here,we reported a route of producing high-density fuel from lignin oil and hemicellulose derivative cyclopentanol through alkylation and hydrodeoxygenation,HY with SiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) molar ratio of 5.3 was screened as the alkylation catalyst in the reaction of model phenolic compounds and mixtures,and the reaction conditions were optimized to achieve conversion of phenolic compounds higher than 87%and selectivity of bicyclic and tricyclic products higher than 99%.Then two phenolic pools simulating the composition of two typic lignin oils were studied to validate the alkylation and analyze the competition mechanism of phenolic compounds in mixture system.Finally,real lignin oil from depolymerized of beech powder was tested,and notably80%of phenolic monomers in the oil were converted into fuel precursor.After hydrodeoxygenation,the alkylated product was converted to fuel blend with a density of 0.91 g/mL at 20℃and a freezing point lower than-60℃,very promising as high density fuel.This work provides a facile and energyefficient way of synthesizing high-performance jet fuel directly from lignocellulosic derivatives,which decreases processing energy consumption and improve the utilization rate of feedstock. | Sichao Yang Chengxiang Shi Zhensheng Shen Lun Pan Zhenfeng Huang Xiangwen Zhang Ji-Jun Zou | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,2: | 1 |
