1Salvia miltiorrhiza monomer IH764-3 induces hepatic stellate cell apoptosis via caspase-3 activation显示文摘AIM: To investigate the effects of IH764-3 on HSC apoptosis,and the expression of caspase-3 protein in HSC apoptoticprocess.METHODS: HSCs were cultured in medium with differentIH764-3 doses ( 10 μg@ mL-1 , 20 μg@ mL-1 , 30 μg@ mL-1,40μg @mL-1) and without IH764-3, and HSC proliferation wasquantitatively measured by 3 H-thymidine incorporation. Themorphological changes of HSCs were observed withtransmission electron microscope after exposure to the doseof 40 μg@ mL-1 of IH764-3 for 48 hr, The apoptosis rates weredetected by annexin V/PI and TdT-mediated dUTP nick endlabeling (TUNEL). The expression of caspase-3 protein wasdetermined by flow cytometry.RESULTS: (1) HSC proliferation rates induced with differentIH764-3 doses ( 10 μg@ mL-1 , 20 μg@ mL-1 , 30 μg@ mL-1 , 40 μg@mL-1) were significantly reduced compared with that of thecontrol group ( P< 0.01). (2)With the doses above, IH764-3dose-dependently produced HSC apoptosis rates of 6.7 %(9.4%),9.3 %(21.6 %),15.1%(27.2 %) and 19.0 %(28.4 %)respectively, by annexin V and PI-labeled flow cytometry assay(or TUlE L), while it was only 2.3 %(6.7 %) in the control. (3)The expression of caspase-3 protein in IH764-3 groups wassignificantly higher than that of the cortrol (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Within the dose range used in present study,IH764-3 can inhibit HSC proliferation, as well as enhance HSCapoptosis. 3Protective effects of effective ingredients of Danshen (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae)and Honghua (Flos Carthami)compatibility after rat hippocampal neurons induced by hypoxia injury显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effective ingredients of Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae) and Honghua(Flos Carthami)(Danhong) on protective properties towards neonatal rat hippocampal neurons under hypoxia condition.METHODS: Primary culture of neonatal rat hippocampal neurons was used to model hypoxia damage on the hippocampus. Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) assay and preliminary experiments were conducted to identify the four effective ingredients of Danhong, along with the injection of positive drug onto hippocampal neurons at a non-toxic dosage level. The cultured cells were randomly divided into 12 groups: the normal group, model group,positive drug control group and nine compatibility groups of the four effective ingredients. Different test methods were applied to determine lactate dehydrogenasein(LDH), total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA), 6-keto prostaglandin F_(la)(6-keto-PGF_(1 a)), thromboxane B_2(TXB_2),mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP), free calcium ions concentration([Ca^(2 +)]i) and early onsetcell apoptosis.RESULTS: Different compatibility groups could inhibit the content of LDH and intracellular calcium overload, increase activity in T-SOD, decrease level of MDA and TXB2, improve level of 6-keto-PGF1 aand MMP, and prevent the early onset cell apoptosis.CONCLUSION: The compatibility of four effective ingredients of Danhong had protective effect toward hippocampi hypoxia. 4Thermal Fission Rate Calculated Numerically by Particles Multi-passing over SaddlePoint显示文摘Langevin simulation of the particles multi-passing over the saddle point is proposed to calculate thermal fission rate.Due to finite friction and the corresponding thermal flutuation,a backstreaming exists in the process of the particle descent from the saddle to the scissio.This leads to that the diffusion behind the saddle point has influence upon the stationary flow across the saddle point.A dynamical correction factor,as a ratio of the flows of multi-and firstoverpassing the saddle point,is evaluated analytically.The results show that the fission rate calculated by the particles multi-passing over the saddle point is lower than the one calculated by the particle firstly passing over the saddle point,and the fomer approaches the results at the scission point.LIULing BAOJing-Dong 2004Communications in Theoretical Physics2004,41,2:3
5Optimal design of the gas storage surface pipeline system with injection and withdrawal conditions显示文摘Underground natural gas storage(UNGS)is an important part of the natural gas supply system to ensure a balanced energy supply.The surface system,as an important part of the gas storage,undertakes the functions of gas injection and gas production of the gas storage,and its investment economy is of vital importance.In fact,the UNGS surface pipeline network has two-way injection and production characteristics,which is different from the one-way production characteristics of conventional oil&gas gathering and transportation systems.This paper takes the minimum investment of the pipeline network as the objective function,considers the gas injection and gas withdrawal flow conditions and esablishes a mixed integer non-linear programming model(MINLP)for the surface pipeline network of the UNGS to optimize its pipeline layout and diameter parameters.Constraints including the well affiliation,the number of stations,the gathering radius,the processing capacity and the flow/pressure equilibrium equations,are also taken into consideration.Taking an UNGS in China as an example,the results of the optimal structure and diameter of the pipeline network,as well as the pipe flow,node pressure,and maximum/minimum flowrate during gas injection and gas withdrawal are obtained.Finally,the effects of constraints such as processing capacity and radius on the structure layout and investment of the UNGS are analyzed,verifying the reliability and effectiveness of the model.Jun Zhou Liuling Zhou Guangchuan Liang Shaobo Wang Tiantian Fu Xuan Zhou Jinghong Peng 2021Petroleum2021,7,1:2

7Positional cloning of PmCH1357 reveals the origin and allelic variation of the Pm2 gene for powdery mildew resistance in wheat显示文摘Powdery mildew, caused by the biotrophic fungus Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici(Bgt), is a prevalent disease in common wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) and causes serious yield losses worldwide. We used a map-based approach to clone the major broad-spectrum powdery mildew resistance gene Pm CH1357 from wheat breeding line CH1357. Pm CH1357 was mapped to a 526 kb region containing only Traes CS5 D01 G044600. The Traes CS5 D01 G044600 sequence of the susceptibility allele in Taichung 29(TC29) was identical to that in Chinese Spring, whereas the sequence of the resistance allele in CH1357 was identical to Pm2a previously cloned from the germplasm Ulka/*8Cc. The susceptibility allele in TC29 contained a 7 bp deletion in exon 1, resulting in loss of 856 of the 1277 amino acids in the predicted nucleotide-binding domain leucine-rich repeat containing Pm2a protein.Pm CH1357/Pm2a sequence was also isolated from the Chinese wheat landraces and cultivars that were previously reported to possess the resistance gene Pm2b, Pm2c,PmLX66, or PmND399. The Pm CH1357/Pm2a resistance allele was present in 10 of 495 accessions in core germplasm and contemporary cultivars from China and the USA. 17Characterization of Microporous Activated Carbon Electrodes for Electric Double-layer Capacitors显示文摘Activated carbons(ACs) with a wide range of surface areas were made from petroleum coke by means of KOH activation. The electrochemical characterization was carried out for several activated carbons used as polarizable electrodes of electric double-layer capacitors(EDLCs) in an aqueous electrolytic solution. The porous structures and electrochemical double-layer capacitance of the activated carbons were investigated by virtue of nitrogen gas adsorption and constant current cycling(CCC) methods. The relationship among the surface area, pore volume of the activated carbons and specific double-layer capacitance was discussed. It was found that the specific capacitance of ACs increased linearly with the increase of surface area. The presence of mesopores in the activated carbons with very high surface area(>2000 m\+2/g) was not very effective for them to be used as EDLCs.
