| 1 | Request Merging Based Cross-User Deduplication for Cloud Storage with Resistance Against Appending Chunks Attack显示文摘Cross-user deduplication is an emerging technique to eliminate redundant uploading in cloud storage.Its deterministic response indicating the existence of data creates a side channel to attackers,which makes the privacy in the cloud at risk.Such kind of attack as well as further appending chunks attack,still cannot be well resisted in current solutions,thus is becoming a big obstacle in using this technique.We propose a secure cross-user deduplication,called Request merging based deduplication scheme(RMDS),which takes the lead to consider resistance against appending chunks attack in a lightweight way,let alone side channel attack.We utilize the proposed XOR based chunk-level server-side storage structure together with a request merging strategy to obfuscate attackers in minimized communication overhead.The experiment results show that,with security guaranteed,the proposed scheme is more efficient comparing with the state of the art. | TANG Xin ZHANG Yi ZHOU Linna LIU Dan HU Bingwei | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2021,30,2: | 3 |

| 3 | Direct and single-step sensing of primary ovarian cancers related glycosidases显示文摘High sensitive,accurate detection for tumor-associated overexpressed enzyme activity is highly significant for further understanding enzyme function,discovering potential drugs,and early diagnosis and prevention of diseases.In this work,we developed a facile,direct and single-step detection platform for primary ovarian cancers related glycosidase activity based on the inner filter effect(IFE)between glycosidase catalytic product and black phosphorus quantum dots(BPQDs).Highly fluorescent BPQDs were successfully synthesized from bulk black phosphorus by a simple liquid exfoliation method.Under the catalysis ofβ-galactosidase,p-nitrophenyl-β-D-galactopyranoside(PNPG)was transformed into pnitrophenol(PNP)andβ-D-galactopyranoside.Meanwhile,the absorption of catalytic product PNP greatly overlapped with the excitation and emission spectra of fluorescent BPQDs,leading to the fluorescence quenching of BPQDs with a high quenching efficiency.The proposed sensing strategy provided a low detection limit of 0.76 U/L,which was 1-2 orders of magnitude lower than most unmodified sensing platforms.D-Galactal was selected as the inhibitor forβ-galactosidase to further assess the feasibility of screening potential inhibitors.The fluorescence recovery of BPQDs suggests that the unmodified sensing platform is feasible to discover potential drugs ofβ-galactosidase.Our work paves a general way in the detection of glycosidase activity with fluorescent BPQDs,which can be promising for glycosidase-related disease diagnosis and pathophysiology elucidation. | Dan Li Ling Liang Yawei Tang Linna Fu Shehua Xiao Quan Yuan | 2019 | Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,5: | 2 |
