1Fabrication of submicron barium sulfate aggregates in the presence of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid anions显示文摘Barium sulfate aggregates with an average size of 0.5 μm were synthesized at pH 7,directed by ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA) anions.The particle morphology,chemical composition,and size distribution of the BaSO_4 aggregates were characterized.The as-synthesized BaSO_4 particles were spherical and comprised many interconnected nanoballs,of which the surface properties were affected by the EDTA anions.The adsorption of EDTA anions reversed the charge and weakened the surface polarity of BaSO_4,instigating the formation of aggregates by a self-assembly and transformation process.The resulting BaSO_4 particles at pH 9-10 were ellipsoidal and featured smooth surfaces.Based on the zeta potential of BaSO_4,variations in the morphology induced by changes in pH were closely related to the adsorption of mono- and multi-valent anions onto the electrical double layer of BaSO_4.Linna Hu Guangxiu Wang Chun Yang Rong Cao 2015Particuology2015,13,5:11
2Optimal Energy-Efficient Transmission for Hybrid Spectrum Sharing in Cooperative Cognitive Radio Networks显示文摘In order to improve the energy efficiency(EE)in cognitive radio(CR),this paper investigates the joint design of cooperative spectrum sensing time and the power control optimization problem for the secondary user systems to achieve the maximum energy efficiency in a cognitive network based on hybrid spectrum sharing,meanwhile considering the maximum transmit power,user quality of service(QoS)requirements,interference limitations,and primary user protection.The optimization of energy efficient sensing time and power allocation is formulated as a non-convex optimization problem.The Dinkelbach’s method is adopted to solve this problem and to transform the non-convex optimization problem in fractional form into an equivalent optimization problem in the form of subtraction.Then,an iterative power allocation algorithm is proposed to solve the optimization problem.The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms for energy-efficient resource allocation in the cognitive network.Linna Hu Rui Shi Minghe Mao Zhiyu Chen Hongxi Zhou Weiliang Li 2019China Communications2019,16,6:9
3Viscoelasticity of Asphalt Modified With Packaging Waste Expended Polystyrene显示文摘In view of environmental and economic aspect,asphalt was modified with recycled packaging waste expended polystyrene(WEPS)instead of common polymer.The differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),rotational viscometer and dynamic shear rheology(DSR)were used to analyze and evaluate the viscoelasticity of modified asphalt.Results indicate that the sensitivity of modified asphalt to temperature is decreased while the rut resistance of asphalt is increased.In addition,the viscoelasticity of asphalt is improved after the modification with WEPS.Besides,the modified asphalt has high viscosity at low temperature and low viscosity at high temperature,which is favorable for construction.Changqing Fang Linna Jiao Jingbo Hu Qian Yu Dagang Guo Xing Zhou Ruien Yu 2014Journal of Materials Science & Technology2014,30,9:3
4Request Merging Based Cross-User Deduplication for Cloud Storage with Resistance Against Appending Chunks Attack显示文摘Cross-user deduplication is an emerging technique to eliminate redundant uploading in cloud storage.Its deterministic response indicating the existence of data creates a side channel to attackers,which makes the privacy in the cloud at risk.Such kind of attack as well as further appending chunks attack,still cannot be well resisted in current solutions,thus is becoming a big obstacle in using this technique.We propose a secure cross-user deduplication,called Request merging based deduplication scheme(RMDS),which takes the lead to consider resistance against appending chunks attack in a lightweight way,let alone side channel attack.We utilize the proposed XOR based chunk-level server-side storage structure together with a request merging strategy to obfuscate attackers in minimized communication overhead.The experiment results show that,with security guaranteed,the proposed scheme is more efficient comparing with the state of the art.TANG Xin ZHANG Yi ZHOU Linna LIU Dan HU Bingwei 2021Chinese Journal of Electronics2021,30,2:3
5Intestinal dysbiosis exacerbates the pathogenesis of psoriasis-like phenotype through changes in fatty acid metabolism显示文摘The intestinal microbiota has been associated with host immunity as well as psoriasis;however,the mechanism of intestinal microbiota regulating psoriasis needs to be demonstrated systematically.Here,we sought to examine its role and mechanism of action in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.We found that the severity of psoriasis-like skin phenotype was accompanied by changes in the composition of the intestinal microbiota.We performed co-housing and fecal microbial transplantation(FMT)experiments using the K14-VEGF transgenic mouse model of psoriasis and demonstrated that the transfer of intestinal microbiota from mice with severe psoriasis-like skin phenotype exacerbated psoriasiform skin inflammation in mice with mild symptoms,including increasing the infiltration and differentiation of Th17,and increased the abundance of Prevotella,while decreasing that of Parabacteroides distasonis,in the colon.These alterations affected fatty acid metabolism,increasing the abundance of oleic and stearic acids.Meanwhile,gentamicin treatment significantly reduced the abundance of Prevotella and alleviated the psoriasis-like symptoms in both K14-VEGF mice and imiquimod(IMQ)-induced psoriasis-like mice.Indeed,administration of oleic and stearic acids exacerbated psoriasis-like symptoms and increased Th17 and monocyte-derived dendritic cell infiltration in the skin lesion areas in vivo,as well as increased the secretion of IL-23 by stimulating DCs in vitro.At last,we found that,treatment of PDE-4 inhibitor alleviated psoriasis-like phenotype of K14-VEGF mice accompanied by the recovery of intestinal microbiota,including the decrease of Prevotella and increase of Parabacteroides distasonis.Overall,our findings reveal that the intestinal microbiota modulates host metabolism and psoriasis-like skin inflammation in mice,suggesting a new target for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis.Qixiang Zhao Jiadong Yu Hong Zhou Xiaoyan Wang Chen Zhang Jing Hu Yawen Hu Huaping Zheng Fanlian Zeng Chengcheng Yue Linna Gu Zhen Wang Fulei Zhao Pei Zhou Haozhou Zhang Nongyu Huang Wenling Wu Yifan Zhou Jiong Li 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,2:2

8Light-triggered NO-releasing nanoparticles for treating mice with liver fibrosis显示文摘Liver fibrosis, resulting from chronic liver damage and characterized by the accumulation of extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins, is a characteristic of most types of chronic liver diseases. The activation of hepatic stellate cells (HSC) is considered an essential pathological hallmark in liver fibrosis. Although nitric oxide (NO) can effectively induce HSC apoptosis, the systemic administration of NO is ineffective and may cause severe complications such as hypotension. To overcome this limitation, nanoparticles were designed to target HSCs and release NO locally under the exposure of near infrared light (NIR). To achieve this, upconversion nanoparticle (UCNP) cores were enveloped in mesoporous silica shells (UCNP@mSiO2), which were modified with hyaluronic acid (HA-UCNP@mSiO2) and Roussin’s black salt (RBS). HA molecules recognize and bind to CD44 proteins, which are overexpressed on activated HSCs. Under exposure to a 980-nm NIR laser, the UCNP cores convert the 980-nm wavelength into ultraviolet (UV) light, which then energizes the RBS (NO donors), resulting in an efficient release of NO inside of the HSCs. Once released, NO triggers HSC apoptosis and reverses the liver fibrosis. 11Electrospinning of antibacterial and anti-inflammatory Ag@hesperidin core-shell nanoparticles into nanofibers used for promoting infected wound healing显示文摘Bacterial infection and excessive inflammation are still the main obstacles to wound repair.Thus,antibacterial and antiinflammation nanomaterials are always attracting for infected wound healing.In this work,ultra-uniform(-20 nm)and colloidally stable Ag nanoparticles(Ag-Hes NPs)with core-shell structure were prepared by using hesperidin as reducing and capping agent.The obtained Ag-Hes NPs present effective antibacterial properties on both Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.Ag-Hes NPs also got high 1,1-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl scavenging capability of 69%.Under the package of polyvinyl alcohol and sodium alginate,Ag-Hes NPs were encapsulated into electro spun nanofibers to form hydrogel(Ag-Hes@H).This strategy provides a moisture environment which could enrich and release Ag-Hes NPs gradually.Cell experiments and animal wound healing investigation proved that Ag-Hes@H could promote the proliferation and migration of human umbilical vein endothelial cells and accelerate infected wound healing.Meanwhile,Ag-Hes@H significantly reduced the expression of inflammatory cytokines,including IL-6,MMP9 and TNF-α.Immunohistochemistry data further suggested that Ag-Hes@H accelerated wound closure by promoting collagen deposition and skin cell proliferation.The designed antibacterial and anti-inflammatory Ag-Hes@H has great potential for promoting infected wound healing.Xiuli Ren Yanan Hu Linna Chang Shibo Xu Xifan Mei Zhenhua Chen 2022Regenerative Biomaterials2022,9,1:0
