2Effect of occurrence mode of heavy metal elements in a low rank coal on volatility during pyrolysis显示文摘The harmful trace elements will be released during coal utilization, which can cause environment pollution and further endangering human health, especially for heavy metal elements. Compared to combustion, the release of heavy metal elements during coal pyrolysis process, as a critical initial reaction stage of combustion, has not received sufficient attention. In the present paper, a low rank coal, from Xinjiang province in China, was pyrolyzed in a fixed bed reactor from room temperature, at atmospheric pressure, with the heating rate of 10 °C/min, and the final pyrolysis temperature was from 400 to 800℃ with the interval of 100℃. The volatility of heavy metal elements (including As, Hg, Cd and Pb) during pyrolysis process was investigated. The results showed the volatility of all heavy metal elements increased obviously with increasing temperature, and followed the sequence as Hg > Cd > As > Pb, which was mainly caused by their thermodynamic property and occurrence modes in coal. The occurrence modes of heavy metals were studied by sink-andfloat test and sequential chemical extraction procedure, and it can be found that the heavy metal elements were mainly in the organic and residual states (clay minerals) in the raw coal. 6Research on Precipitation Prediction Model Based on Extreme Learning Machine Ensemble显示文摘Precipitation is a significant index to measure the degree of drought and flood in a region,which directly reflects the local natural changes and ecological environment.It is very important to grasp the change characteristics and law of precipitation accurately for effectively reducing disaster loss and maintaining the stable development of a social economy.In order to accurately predict precipitation,a new precipitation prediction model based on extreme learning machine ensemble(ELME)is proposed.The integrated model is based on the extreme learning machine(ELM)with different kernel functions and supporting parameters,and the submodel with the minimum root mean square error(RMSE)is found to fit the test data.Due to the complex mechanism and factors affecting precipitation change,the data have strong uncertainty and significant nonlinear variation characteristics.The mean generating function(MGF)is used to generate the continuation factor matrix,and the principal component analysis technique is employed to reduce the dimension of the continuation matrix,and the effective data features are extracted.Finally,the ELME prediction model is established by using the precipitation data of Liuzhou city from 1951 to 2021 in June,July and August,and a comparative experiment is carried out by using ELM,long-term and short-term memory neural network(LSTM)and back propagation neural network based on genetic algorithm(GA-BP).The experimental results show that the prediction accuracy of the proposed method is significantly higher than that of other models,and it has high stability and reliability,which provides a reliable method for precipitation prediction.Xing Zhang Jiaquan Zhou Jiansheng Wu Lingmei Wu Liqiang Zhang 2023Journal of Computer Science Research2023,5,1:0
7Alterations in nutrient digestibility and performance of heat-stressed dairy cows by dietary L-theanine supplementation显示文摘The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary L-theanine supplementation on apparent nutrient digestibility,milk yield,milk composition,and blood biochemical indices of dairy cows under heat stress.Thirty Chinese Holstein cows(19.84±2.42 kg milk/d,192.36±40.77 d in milk and2±0.93 parities)were divided into 3 groups of 10 animals each.The control group was fed a basal total mixed ration(TMR)diet,while treatment 1(LTA16)and treatment 2(LTA32)groups were fed a basal TMR diet supplemented with L-theanine at 16 and 32 g/cow per day,respectively.The results showed that feeding the dairy cows with LTA16 treatment decreased(P<0.05)their rectal temperature,whereas feeding with LTA32 treatment decreased(P<0.05)their rumen fluid ammonia nitrogen content.In comparison to the control group,the supplementation of L-theanine had no significant effect(P>0.05)on the dry matter intake,nutrient digestibility,total volatile fatty acid(TVFA)concentration and molar proportion of volatile fatty acid,milk yield,milk composition,feed efficiency and antioxidant capacity of the dairy cows.The triglyceride(TG)content of the LTA32 group was significantly greater(P=0.014)than that of the control group.With the increase in L-theanine dosage,the serum cholesterol(CHOL)content significantly increased(P=0.013).The serum albumin(ALB;P=0.067),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C;P=0.053),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C;P=0.067)contents showed an upward trend as L-theanine dosage increased.Ultimately,the results of this study show that supplementing dairy cow diet with L-theanine could decrease dairy cow rectal temperature,affect lipid metabolism,and potentially relieve the heat stress of dairy cows to some extent.Lingyuan Yang Lingmei Zhang Peihua Zhang Yuli Zhou Xingguo Huang Qiongxian Yan Zhiliang Tan Shaoxun Tang Fachun Wan 2022Animal Nutrition2022,,4:0
8Morphology and Function of the Aortic Valve after Transcatheter Closure of Ventricular Septal Defect with Aortic Valve Prolapse显示文摘Objective:This study aims to evaluate the morphology and function of the aortic valve after transcatheter closure of ventricular septal defect(VSD)with aortic valve prolapse(AVP)abased on clinical and radiological outcomes.Methods:From January 2013 to November 2014,164 consecutive patients(97 males,59.1%)with VSD and AVP were treated by transcatheter closure.The patients were divided into the mild AVP group(n=63),moderate AVP group(n=89)and severe AVP group(n=12).The clinical and radiological outcomes of these patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results:In total,146(89.0%)patients were successfully treated with VSD occluders,including 59/63(93.7%)with mild AVP,80/89(89.9%)with moderate AVP and 7/12(58.3%)with severe AVP.The degree of AVP was ameliorated or disappeared in 39(26.7%)patients,and remained unchanged in 103(70.5%)patients after the intervention.In the 35 patients who initially had trivial-to-moderate aortic regurgitation(AR),the degree of AR was ameliorated or disappeared in 25(71.4%)patients,aggravated from trivial to mild AR in 1(2.9%)patient,and remained unchanged in 9(25.7%)patients.In 111 patients without AR,1(0.9%)patient had mild AR and 24(21.6%)patients had trivial AR after intervention.The depth and width of the prolapsed aortic valve decreased after transcatheter closure of VSD in all three groups.During the 70-month(range,54–77)follow-up period,no patients with AVP and AR needed an aortic valve intervention.Conclusions:Transcatheter closure of VSD with AVP is feasible.The morphology and function of the prolapsed aortic valve improved and remained stable for a long period after intervention.Wenqian Zhang Chaojie Wang Lingmei Zhou Junjie Li Jijun Shi Yumei Xie Mingyang Qian Shushui Wang Zhiwei Zhang 2021Congenital Heart Disease2021,16,5:0
