2NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF FLOW FIELD BETWEEN FRICTIONAL PAIRS IN HYDROVISCOUS DRIVE SURFACE显示文摘The flow field of the oil film between frictional pairs in the hydroviscous drive test rig is investigated.A three-dimensional Navier-Stokes(N-S)equation considering viscous force and inertial force rather than Reynolds equation or modified Reynolds equation is presented to model the flow field.Pressure and temperature distribution in radial and circumferential direction under three different conditions,i.e.,isothermal,that considering viscosity-temperature characteristic as well as shear thinning non-Newtonian fluid are simulated,respectively,by utilizing the commercial computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software FLUENT.The results reveal that the grooves on the driven plate make the pressure,temperature distribution present periodic variation.The oil temperature and shear rate have important effects on the flow field between frictional pairs,and the oil temperature is more important parameter.The simulation results lay a theoretical foundation for the reasonable designs of hydroviscous drive.HUANG Jiahai QIU Minxiu LIAO Lingling FU Linjian 2008Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2008,21,3:8
3The role of transcriptional factor D-site-binding protein in circadian CCL2 gene expression in anti-Thy1 nephritis显示文摘Mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis(MsPGN)is an inflammatory disease,but both the nature of disease progression and its regulation remain unclear.In the present study,we monitored the course of anti-Thy1 nephritis from days 1 to 5 and established gene expression profiles at each time point using microarrays to explore the development of inflammation.According to the gene expression profiles,macrophage infiltration(triggered by CCL2 activation)was evident on day 1 and enhanced inflammation over the next few days.We screened for genes with expression levels similar to CCL2 and found that the upregulation of the circadian gene albumin D-site-binding protein(DBP)was involved in CCL2 activation in mesangial cells.More importantly,CCL2 expression showed oscillatory changes similar to DBP,and DBP induced peak CCL2 expression at 16:00 a clock on day 1 in the anti-Thy1 nephritis model.We knocked down DBP through transfection with a small interfering RNA(siRNA)and used RNA sequencing to identify the DBP-regulated TNF-α-CCL2 pathway.We performed chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing(ChIP-Seq)and the dual luciferase assay to show that DBP bound to the TRIM55 promoter,regulating gene expression and in turn controlling the TNF-α-CCL2 pathway.In conclusion,DBP-regulated circadian CCL2 expression by the TRIM55-TNF pathway in injured mesangial cells at an early stage,which promoted macrophage recruitment and in turn triggered infiltration and inflammation in a model of anti-Thy1 nephritis.Yang Lu Yan Mei Lei Chen Lingling Wu Xu Wang Yingjie Zhang Bo Fu Xizhao Chen Yuansheng Xie Guangyan Cai Xueyuan Bai Qinggang Li Xiangmei Chen 2019Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,9:7
4The heterogeneity of islet autoantibodies and the progression of islet failure in type 1 diabetic patients显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus is heterogeneous in many facets. The patients suffered from type 1 diabetes present several levels of islet function as well as variable number and type of islet-specific autoantibodies. This study was to investigate prevalence and heterogeneity of the islet autoantibodies and clinical phenotypes of type 1 diabetes mellitus; and also discussed the process of islet failure and its risk factors in Chinese type 1 diabetic patients. A total of 1,291 type 1 diabetic patients were enrolled in this study. Demographic information was collected. Laboratory tests including mixed-meal tolerance test, human leukocyte antigen alleles, hemoglobin A1 c, lipids, thyroid function and islet autoantibodies were conducted. The frequency of islet-specific autoantibody in newly diagnosed T1 DM patients(duration shorter than half year) was 73% in East China. According to binary logistic regressions, autoantibody positivity, longer duration and lower Body Mass Index were the risk factors of islet failure. As the disease developed, autoantibodies against glutamic acid decarboxylase declined as well as the other two autoantibodies against zinc transporter 8 and islet antigen 2. The decrease of autoantibodies was positively correlated with aggressive beta cell destruction. Autoantibodies can facilitate the identification of classic T1 DM from other subtypes and predict the progression of islet failure. 5A D-optimal Multi-position Calibration Method for Dynamically Tuned Gyroscopes显示文摘This paper presents a novel experimental design to greatly improve the calibration accuracy of the acceleration-insensitive bias and the acceleration-sensitive bias of the dynamically tuned gyroscopes(DTGs).In order to reduce experimental cost,the D-optimal criteria with constraints are constructed.The turntable positions and the number of test points are chosen to build D-optimal experimental designs.The D-optimal experimental designs are tested by multi-position calibration experiment for tactical-grade DTGs.Test results show that,with the same cost,the fit uncertainty is reduced by about 50% by using the D-optimal 8-position experimental procedure,compared to using a defacto standard experimental procedure in ANSI/IEEE Std 813-1988.Furthermore,the new experimental procedure almost achieves optimal accuracy with only 12-position which is half the cost of the widely adopted 24-position experimental procedure for achieving optimal accuracy.FU Li ZHU Yongquan WANG Lingling WANG Xinling 2011Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2011,24,2:5
6Association of myostatin Variants with Growth Traits of Zhikong Scallop(Chlamys farreri)显示文摘Scallop is a popular sea food and an important aquaculture shellfish.Identification of genes and genetic variants relating to scallop growth could benefit high-yielding scallop breeding.Myostatin(MSTN) is a conservative regulator of muscle growth,and has become one of the most important target genes for genetic improvement of the production of farmed animals.In this study,four single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) were identified in the 5' flanking region of MSTN gene(Cf MSTN) in Zhikong scallop(Chlamys farreri).The association of these SNPs with scallop growth traits,including shell length,shell height,body weight and striated muscle weight was analyzed.The SNP g-1162G>T was found to associate with shell length,shell height,and striated muscle weight.The TT type scallops showed significantly higher trait values than those of GT type,and the GG type individuals exhibited median values.On the contrary,significantly more Cf MSTN transcripts were detected in the striated muscle of GT type scallops than in those of TT and GG type ones.Our results suggested that Cf MSTN might regulate the scallop muscle growth negatively,and SNP g-1162G>T can be used as a candidate marker for the selective breeding of high-yielding scallop.FU Qiang GUO Huihui FENG Liying LI Xue ZHANG Lingling WANG Shi HU Xiaoli BAO Zhenmin 2016Journal of Ocean University of China2016,15,1:2

8CDK6 inhibits lymphoid cell infiltration and represents a prognostic marker in HPV+ squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck显示文摘Objective:We investigated the correlations between cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6(CDK4/6)levels and human papillomavirus(HPV)infection state in head and neck squamous cell cancer(HNSCC).The aim was to explore the potential value of CDK4/6 inhibitors in the treatment of HNSCC.Methods:Multiomic sequencing data for HNSCC were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA),and the mRNA levels and copy number variations(CNVs)of CDK4 and CDK6 were strictly analyzed.Overall survival(OS)curves were produced using the Kaplan-Meier method,and survival differences between groups were assessed by the log-rank test.Next,gene set enrichment analysis(GSEA)was applied to interrogate CDK4/6-associated molecular pathways in HPV-positive(HPV+)and HPV-negative(HPV-)HNSCC.Last,lymphoid cell infiltrates in each type of HNSCC were explored,and the correlations between CDK4/6 expression and lymphoid infiltrates were explored by Tumor Immune Estimation Resource(TIMER)analysis.Results:Overexpression of either CDK6 or CDK4 was not a relevant factor for OS in HPV-HNSCC(CDK6:top 40%vs.bottom 40%,P=0.885;CDK4:top 40%vs.bottom 40%,P=0.267).In HPV+HNSCC,CDK6 but not CDK4 was a relevant factor for OS(CDK6:top 40%vs.bottom 40%,P=0.002;CDK4:top 40%vs.bottom 40%,P=0.452).GSEA found that overexpressed CDK6 in HPV+HNSCC inhibited pathways involved in the tumor immune response,suggesting its roles in antitumor immunity.TIMER analysis results revealed that CDK6 but not CDK4 accumulation was negatively correlated with the number of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes specific for HPV+HNSCC,which led to tumor response suppression.Conclusions:CDK6,but not CDK4,is a poor prognostic marker specific in HPV+HNSCC patients.Overexpressed CDK6 might stimulate tumor progression by suppressing lymphocytes infiltration independent of its kinase activity.Only abrogating its kinase activity using current CDK4/6 inhibitors was not enough to block its tumor promotion function.Chuanhao Tang Li Lin Wei Zhou Xiang Liu Yali Fu Lingling Zhang Li Li Xiangyi Wang Libo Zhao Jun Liang Libo Zhao Jun Liang 2019Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2019,31,6:1

13An ACE/CRIS-observation-based Galactic Cosmic Rays heavy nuclei spectra model Ⅱ显示文摘An observation-based Galactic Cosmic Ray(GCR)spectral model for heavy nuclei is developed.Zhao and Qin[J.Geophys.Res.Space Phys.118,1837(2013)]proposed an empirical elemental GCR spectra model for nuclear charge 5≤z≤28 over the energy range^30 to 500 Me V/nuc,which is proved to be successful in predicting yearly averaged GCR heavy nuclei spectra.Based on the latest highly statistically precise measurements from ACE/CRIS,a further elemental GCR model with monthly averaged spectra is presented.The model can reproduce the past and predict the future GCR intensity monthly by correlating model parameters with the continuous sunspot number(SSN)record.The effects of solar activity on GCR modulation are considered separately for odd and even solar cycles.Compared with other comprehensive GCR models,our modeling results are satisfyingly consistent with the GCR spectral measurements from ACE/SIS and IMP-8,and have comparable prediction accuracy as the Badhwar&O’Neill 2014 model.A detailed error analysis is also provided.Finally,the GCR carbon and iron nuclei fluxes for the subsequent two solar cycles(SC 25 and 26)are predicted and they show a potential trend in reduced flux amplitude,which is suspected to be relevant to possible weak solar cycles.Shuai Fu LingLing Zhao Gary PZank Miao Wang Yong Jiang 2020Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2020,63,1:1

16The current status of community mental health services in three northern areas of China显示文摘Objective:This study investigated and discussed the current status of community mental health service in three northern areas of China(Beijing,Harbin,and Karamay)in an effort to improve the community mental health services in China.Methods:In this study 176 residents from communities of the three northern areas of China were involved and divided into 18 groups.The study was conducted according to a self-prepared structured interview outline.Results:The analysis was conducted based on the following four perspectives:1.commu-nity residents’understanding of the mental health problems and how they treated psychiatric patients;2.community residents’access to and application of mental health information;3.com-munity residents’attitude to accept mental health services and the factors influencing community residents to seek help from mental health services;and 4.community residents’attitude and will-ingness to participate in the activities of community mental health services.Conclusion:Based on the investigation and analysis regarding the current status of the com-munity mental health services in three northern areas of China,it is concluded that the residents do not have s clear and complete understanding of mental health.The characteristics of mental health services had a regional correlation.Currently,the mental health services do not work effectively,and the residents are somewhat passive in obtaining information about mental health.Community mental health services should be offered according to different individual needs of the residents and the actual situations of each region.Xiaoyi Yang Fengchi Yang Wenqing Fu Lingling Guo Lihua Xu Hui Zhang 2014Family Medicine and Community Health2014,2,1:1

19Structure and Magnetic Properties of ZnO:Cr Prepared by CrIonIm plantation into ZnO Crystals显示文摘ZnO:Cr layer was prepared by Cr ion implantation into ZnO bulk crystals. The structural, optical, and magnetic properties of the ZnO:Cr layer were studied with X-ray diffraction, photoluminescence, and superconductor quantum interferometer, respectively. The ZnO:Cr layer implanted Cr with a dose of 5 10 16 cm 2 remained wurtzite structure and exhibited near-band-edge photoluminescence at 3.365 eV with full-width at half-maximum of 8.4 meV at 10 K. The magnetic measurement showed that the ferromagnetism changed at room temperature by different Cr concentration. For samples implanted to high doses, remanent magnetization reached 1.805 10 -4 emu/g and coercive field was 244.5 Oe. Hall effect measurement showed a decrease of the resistivity from 251.7 cmto 28.6 cmafter annealing at 800 ℃.
