1Osthole inhibits proliferation of human breast cancer cells by inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis显示文摘Recent studies have revealed that osthole,an active constituent isolated from the fruit of Cnidium monnieri(L.) Cusson,a traditional Chinese medicine,possesses anticancer activity.However,its effect on breast cancer cells so far has not been elucidated clearly.In the present study,we evaluated the effects of osthole on the proliferation,cell cycle and apoptosis of human breast cancer cells MDA-MB 435.We demonstrated that osthole is effective in inhibiting the proliferation of MDA-MB 435 cells,The mitochondrion-mediated apoptotic pathway was involved in apoptosis induced by osthole,as indicated by activation of caspase-9 and caspase-3 followed by PARP degradation.The mechanism underlying its effect on the induction of G1 phase arrest was due to the up-regulation of p53 and p21 and down-regulation of Cdk2 and cyclin D1 expression.Were observed taken together,these findings suggest that the anticancer efficacy of osthole is mediated via induction of cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in human breast cancer cells and osthole may be a potential chemotherapeutic agent against human breast cancer.Lintao Wang Yanyan Peng Kaikai Shi Haixiao Wang Jianlei Lu Yanli Li Changyan Ma 2015The Journal of Biomedical Research2015,29,2:12
2Indocyanine Green Nanoparticles for Theranostic Applications显示文摘Theranostics is a concept that integrated imaging and therapy. As an emerging field, it embraces multiple techniques to arrive at an individualized treatment purpose. Indocyanine green(ICG) is a near infrared dye that has been approved by Food and Drug Administration(FDA) in USA for the use in indicator-dilution studies in humans. ICG nanoparticles(NPs) have attracted much attention for its potential applications in cancer theranostics. This review focuses on the preparation, application of ICG NPs for in vivo imaging(fluorescent imaging and photoacoustic imaging) and therapeutics(photothermal therapy, photodynamic therapy and photoacoustic therapy), and future directions based on recent developments in these areas. 4Full-scale study of removal effect on Cyclops of zooplankton with chlorine dioxide显示文摘Cyclops of zooplankton propagated excessively in eutrophic water body and could not be effectively inactivated by the conventional disinfections process like chlorination due to its stronger resistance to oxidation. In this paper, a full-scale study of chlorine dioxide preoxidation cooperating with routine clarification process for Cyclops removal was conducted in a waterworks. The experimental results were compared with that of the existing prechlorination process in several aspects: including the Cyclops removal efficiencies of water samples taken from the outlets of sedimentation tank and sand filter and the security of drinking water and so on. The results showed that chlorine dioxide might be more effective to inactivate Cyclops than chlorine and Cyclops could be thoroughly removed from water by pre-dosing chlorine dioxide process. The GC-MS examination and Ames test further showed that the sort and amount of organic substance in the treated water by chlorine dioxide preoxidation were evidently less than that of prechlorination and the mutagenicity of drinking water treated by pre-dosing chlorine dioxide was substantially reduced compared with prechlorination.LINTao CUIFu-yi LIUDong-mei ANDong 2004Journal of Environmental Sciences2004,16,5:8
5A new calculation model of cutterhead torque and investigation of its influencing factors显示文摘Cutterhead torque is a crucial parameter for the design and operation of earth pressure balance(EPB) shield tunneling machine.However,the traditional calculation models of cutterhead torque are too rough or exist gross errors under variable geological conditions.In order to improve the precision of the calculation model of cutterhead torque,dynamic operation parameters are considered and a new model is proposed.Experiment is carried out on a 1.8 m shield machine test rig and the calculating result with the new model is compared with the experimental data to verify the validity of the new model.The relative error of the new model is as low as 4% at smooth stage and is reduced to 5% at the end of trembling stage.Based on the results of the new model and the test data obtained from the 1.8 m test rig and the construction site,the inner relationships between several operation parameters and cutterhead torque are investigated and some quantitative conclusions are obtained.WANG LinTao GONG GuoFang SHI Hu YANG HuaYong 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,6:6
6Design and test of soft-pot-tray automatic embedding system for light-economical pot seedling nursery machine显示文摘Most of the commercially-available pot seedling nursery machines are incompatible with soft-pot-trays and are labor-intensive and low in productivity.A soft-pot-tray automatic embedding system was developed in this study to achieve automatic embedding of the soft pot tray into the hard tray following sowing and covering with soil.A control system was constructed using the Arduino program development environment.An embedded-hard-tray automatic lowering mechanism and conveyor-belt-based pot-tray embedding system were designed.Dynamics analysis was conducted to derive an equation to describe the embedding process of the soft pot tray into the embedded hard tray.A prototype of the soft-pot-tray automatic embedding system was manufactured and tested.The analytical equation suggested that a minimum linear velocity of 0.86 m/s was required for a complete embedding process.The experimental results showed that the embedded-hard-tray automatic lowering mechanism was reliable and stable as the tray placement success rate was greater than 99%.The successful tray embedding rate was 100%and the seed exposure rate was less than 1%with a linear velocity of the conveyor belt of 0.92 m/s.The experiment findings agreed well with the analytical results.The proposed soft-pot-tray automatic embedding system satisfied the technical specifications for a light-economical pot seedling nursery machine.Lintao Chen Xu Ma Cong Wang Hongwei Li Zehua Li Xueshen Chen Tao Chen 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,1:4

9High-performance all-polymer solar cells enabled by a novel low bandgap non-fully conjugated polymer acceptor显示文摘The non-fully conjugated polymer as a new class of acceptor materials has shown some advantages over its small molecular counterpart when used in photoactive layers for all-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs),despite a low power conversion efficiency(PCE)caused by its narrow absorption spectra.Herein,a novel non-fully conjugated polymer acceptor PFY-2TS with a low bandgap of~1.40 eV was developed,via polymerizing a largeπ-fused small molecule acceptor(SMA)building block(namely YBO)with a non-conjugated thioalkyl linkage.Compared with its precursor YBO,PFY-2TS retains a similar low bandgap but a higher LUMO level.Moreover,compared with the structural analog of YBO-based fully conjugated polymer acceptor PFY-DTC,PFY-2TS shows a similar absorption spectrum and electron mobility,but significantly different molecular crystallinity and aggregation properties,which results in optimal blend morphology with a polymer donor PBDB-T and physical processes of the device in all-PSCs.As a result,PFY-2TS-based all-PSCs achieved a PCE of 12.31%with a small energy loss of 0.56 eV enabled by the reduced non-radiative energy loss(0.24 eV),which is better than that of 11.08%for the PFY-DTC-based ones.Our work clearly demonstrated that non-fully conjugated polymers as a new class of acceptor materials are very promising for the development of high-performance all-PSCs.Qunping Fan Ruijie Ma Tao Liu Jianwei Yu Yiqun Xiao Wenyan Su Guilong Cai Yuxiang Li Wenhong Peng Tao Guo Zhenghui Luo Huiliang Sun Lintao Hou Weiguo Zhu Xinhui Lu Feng Gao Ellen Moons Donghong Yu He Yan Ergang Wang 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,8:3
10Quantitative effects of phase transition on solute partition coefficient,inclusion precipitation, and microsegregation for high-sulfur steel solidification显示文摘Segregation and inclusion precipitation are the common behaviours of steel solidification, which are resulted from the redistribution and diffusion of the solute elements at the solid-liquid interface. The effect of the phase transition of high-sulfur free-cutting steel is quantified in the present work for the solute partition coefficient(ki), inclusion precipitation, and microsegregation by establishing a coupling model of microsegregation and inclusion precipitation, wherein the quantified dependencies of ki in terms of temperature, phase and carbon(C) content were applied. Results showed that the solidification temperature range and phase transition of high-sulfur steel that under different solidification paths and C contents were quite different, leading to differences in ki and eventually in microsegregation. kC,kP, and kS were mainly affected by phase composition and kSi was primarily by temperature, while kMn depended on both phase composition and temperature during solidification. Increasing the C content within the interval 0.07-0.48 wt%, the ‘proportion of the δ phase maintained temperature region during solidification’(Pδ), kave Pand kave S(kiave, the average value of the ki across the whole stages of solidification)decreased monotonically, whereas kave Cincreased linearly. The peritectic reaction impacted on the phase composition and ki, leading to the change in microsegregation. Such effect of the peritectic reaction was more significant at the last stage of solidification. When the Pδ was between 75% and 100%(corresponding to 0.07-0.16 wt% C), the solidification path resulted in a greater effect on the microsegregation of solutes C, P, and S because of the peritectic reaction. The microsegregation of solutes Mn and S were comprehensively influenced by kMn, kS and Mn S precipitation as well. 11The Distribution of Petroleum Resources and Characteristics of Main Petroliferous Basins along the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road显示文摘The Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-century Maritime Silk Road Initiative,abbreviated as the Belt and Road Initiative,is a primary development strategy of China's future international cooperation.Especially,the energy resource cooperation,including oil and gas resources cooperation,is an important part of this initiative.The Belt and Road has undergone complicated geological evolution,and contains abundant mineral resources such as oil,gas,coal,uranium,iron,copper,gold and manganese ore resources.Among these,Africa holds 7.8% of the world's total proven oil reserves.The oil and gas resources in Africa are relatively concentrated,with an overall low exploration degree and small consumption demand.Nigeria and Libya contain the most abundant oil resources in Africa,accounting for 2.2%and 2.9%of the world's total reserves,respectively.Nigeria and Algeria hold the richest natural gas resources in Africa,occupying 2.8%and 2.4%of the world's total reserves,respectively.Africa's oil and gas resources are mainly concentrated in Egypt,Sultan and Western Sahara regions in the northern Africa,and the Gulf of Guinea,Niger River and Congo River area in the western Africa.The Russia-Central Asia area holds rich petroleum resources in Russia,Kazakhstan,Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.The potential oil and gas areas include the West Siberia Basin,East Siberia Basin and sea continental shelf in Russia,the northern and central Caspian Basin in Kazakhstan,the right bank of the Amu-Darya Basin,the East Karakum uplift and the South Caspian Basin in Turkmenistan,and the Amu-Daria Basin,Fergana Basin,Afghan-Tajik Basin and North Ustyurt Basin in Uzbekistan.The Middle East oil and gas resources are mainly distributed in the Zagros foreland basin and Arabian continental margin basin,and the main oil-producing countries include Saudi Arabia,Iran and Iraq.The Asia Pacific region is a new oil and gas consumption center,with rapid growth of oil and gas demand.In 2012,this region consumed about 33.6%of the world's total oil consumption and 18.9%of the world's total natural gas consumption,which has been ranked the world's largest oil and gas consumption center.The oil and gas resources are concentrated in China,Indosinian,Malaysia,Australia and India.The abundant European proven crude oil reserves are in Norway,Britain and Denmark and also rich natural gas resources in Norway,Holland and Britain.Norway and Britain contain about 77.5%of European proven oil reserves,which accounts for only 0.9%of the world's proven reserves.The Europe includes main petroliferous basins of the Voring Basin,Anglo-Dutch Basin,Northwest German Basin,Northeast German-Polish Basin and Carpathian Basin.According to the analysis of source rocks,reservoir rocks,cap rocks and traps for the main petroliferous basins,the potential oil and gas prospecting targets in the Belt and Road are mainly the Zagros Basin and Arabic Platform in the Middle East,the East Barents Sea Basin and the East Siberia Basin in Russia-Central Asia,the Niger Delta Basin,East African rift system and the Australia Northwest Shelf.With the development of oil and gas theory and exploration technology,unconventional petroleum resources will play an increasingly important role in oil and gas industry.HAO Qingqing ZUO Yinhui LI Lintao CHEN Weijun YI Junjie WU Lei 2017Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2017,91,4:3
12Structure characteristics and microwave dielectric properties of Pr_(2)(Zr_(1-x)Ti_(x))_(3)(MoO_(4))_(9) solid solution ceramic with a stable temperature coefficient显示文摘Pr_(2)(Zr_(1−x)Ti_(x))_(3)(MoO_(4))_(9)(x=0.1-1.0)ceramics were prepared via a conventional solid-state method,the dependence of crystal structure and bond characteristics on microwave dielectric properties was investigated systemically.The X-ray diffraction patterns indicated that the single-phase Pr_(2)Zr_(3)(MoO_(4))_(9)structure was formed in all the specimens.As the Ti^(4+)content increased,the lattice volume gradually decreased,which was ascribed to the fact that the ionic radius of Ti^(4+)was smaller than that of Zr^(4+).Notably,outstanding microwave dielectric properties withεr of 10.73-16.35,Q·f values of 80,696-18,726 GHz and minorτ_(f) values−14.1-−2.6 ppm/℃were achieved in Pr_(2)(Zr_(1−x)Ti_(x))_(3)(MoO_(4))_(9)ceramics.Theε_(r) increased with the rising x values,which was associated with the increase ofα/Vm values.The decreasing Q·f was affected by the decline of lattice energy of[Zr/TiO_(6)]octahedral.Theτf value was dominated by[Zr/TiO_(6)]octahedral distortion,Mo-O bond energy,bond strength and B-site bond valence.Furthermore,infrared reflection spectra suggested that the properties were mainly caused by the absorption of phonon,and the dielectric loss could be further reduced by optimizing the experimental process.Huanrong Tian Jinjie Zheng Lintao Liu Haitao Wu Hideo Kimura Yizhong Lu Zhenxing Yue 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,21:3

14Novel Mg-Bi-Mn wrought alloys:The effects of extrusion temperature and Mn addition on their microstructures and mechanical properties显示文摘Designing and developing the Mg alloys with low cost and high performance is of the great significance.Novel Mg-1Bi-xMn(x=0,1and 2 wt.%)extruded alloys,in this work,were fabricated at different extrusion temperatures(220,250 and 300℃).The effects of extrusion temperature and Mn addition on the microstructures and mechanical properties of extruded alloys at room temperature were investigated.The results showed that decreasing the extrusion temperature could refine the average grain size,weaken the basal fiber texture intensity and improve the microstructural homogeneity of extruded alloys.When the Mn element was added to the Mg-1Bi alloy,the average grain size further reduced.Simultaneously,the number fraction of low angle grain boundaries(LAGBs)increased,along with the occurrence of regions without dynamic recrystallization(unDRX).The combined effects of grain refinement and coarse unDRXed structure made the textures of the extruded Mg-1Bi-xMn alloys never obviously change.Besides few large size un-dissolved second phases,fine Mg_(3)Bi_(2) and α-Mn phases were precipitated in the extruded Mg-1Bi-xMn alloys and partial nano-scaleα-Mn particles pined at grain boundaries(GBs)to effectively impede the migration of GBs for grain refinement.Microstructural variations determined the extruded Mg-1Bi-2Mn alloy to exhibit the highest yield strength of~319.2 MPa with the appropriate elongation-to-failure of~13%at the extrusion temperature of 220℃,and they enabled the extruded Mg-1Bi-1Mn alloy to show the highest elongation-to-failure of~26%without the obvious loss of yield strength of~252.1 MPa.Qinghang Wang Haowei Zhai Lintao Liu Hongbo Xia Bin Jiang Jun Zhao Daolun Chen Fusheng Pan 2022Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2022,10,9:2

16Recent progress in Michael addition-based fluorescent probes for sulfur dioxide and its derivatives显示文摘Sulfur dioxide(SO_2) is a harmful environmental pollutant. Inhaled SO_2 can be rapidly hydrated into its derivatives, bisulfite(HSO_3^-) and sulfite(SO_3^(2-)). SO_2 derivatives are well known as preservatives and antioxidants, which are used in food and beverages to prevent oxidation and bacterial growth. Although SO_2 can be endogenously generated in mammals and exhibits unique bioactivities in regulating cardiovascular function, excessive SO_2 and its derivatives have toxic effects on humans and animals for triggering adverse reactions and diseases. A large number of fluorescent probes for SO_2 and its derivatives have been designed and reported due to their high sensitivity and selectivity, high temporal and spatial resolution, non-invasive and non-destructive detection as well as real-time visualization in situ. In this review, we have summarized the recent progress of Michael addition-based fluorescent probes for SO_2 and its derivatives. These probes are categorized and concluded according to the different α,β-unsaturated compounds(i.e., Michael acceptors). The design strategies, sensing performances, detection mechanisms and applications of these probes are discussed in detailed. 18A Software-Only Method for Measuring Execution Times显示文摘Requirements for embedded systems are very stringent and sometimes conflicting. The Traditional software-only methods (TSOMs) for measuring the execution time of real-time code are easy to use and low in cost, but provide low resolution and great overhead. The two drawbacks degrade accuracy of analyzing real-time performance of embedded systems. Because only the indispensable resources are employed, side effects of the drawbacks on analysis results are even more. So TSOMs don't qualify for accurately analyzing real-time performance, such as identifying whether a task set is schedulable. In order to overcome the two main obstacles, this paper presents a software-only method, which takes the information fusion idea of multi-source data to improve accuracy of the measurements, while it reserves the good features owned by traditional ones. This paper uses the measurements got by a hardware method as criterion to evaluate the softwareonly method experimentally.
