1Determination of the Observation Area for Metallographic Microstructure of GH4033 Superalloy in a Uniaxially Thermo-Mechanical Compression Experiment显示文摘Based on two-dimensional(2D) rigid-plastic finite element(FE) method, the optimum observation area for metallographic microstructure and the influence of the height–diameter ratio on which were analyzed for the cylindrical samples with the diameter of 8 mm and different heights from 8 to 16 mm in nonuniform compressive experiments. It is shown that the representative metallographic observation area relevant to the applied deformation condition is located at about 0.835 of the radius from the center of the sample to the solder joint between the sample and the thermocouples. At the same time, the microstructure in that area is more appropriate as the height of the sample is 12 mm. 2Temperature field analysis and its application in hot continuous rolling of Inconel 718 superalloy显示文摘A coupled thermo-mechanical model containing metal flow and temperature field for calculating temperature variation has been developed on fourteen-pass hot continu-ous rolling of round rod for Inconel 718 alloy using 3D elastic-plastic finite element method(FEM).The temperature of characteristic analysis points in the intermedi-ate cross-section of the workpiece has been simulated at initial temperature ranging from 960 to 1000 °C and initial velocity in range of 0.15-0.55 m·s-1.Based on fi-nite element analysis and microstructural observation in cylindrical hot compression experiments,the appropriate hot continuous rolling technologies have been designed for rod products with different diameters.For a real rolling practice,the simulated surface temperature was examined and is in good agreement with the measured one.Fengli SUI Liqing CHEN Xianghua LIU Lintao WANG Wei LI 2009Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2009,22,2:2
3Development of corrector magnet power supply for high energy photon source显示文摘Purpose High Energy Photon Source(HEPS)requires high quality,high energy beam and ultra-low emittance of 0.1 nm·rad,which puts forward high demand for power supply.In this paper,a high-performance corrector magnet power supply is developed to calibrate and adjust beam track within a certain bandwidth range to ensure the stability of beam track.Methods The prototype of power supply adopts the new'One control Two'control mode,which adjusts the performance of two power supplies simultaneously based on digital control.Results The experimental results show that the stability of the power supply is lower than 20 ppm,which is far better than the design index.Voltage ripple is less than 10 mV,and other performance indexes meet the physical design requirements,which can well meet the requirements of HEPS construction.Conclusions After a lot of experiments and tests,all the parameters passed the design indicators.The successful development of this power supply has laid a foundation for the successful application of HEPS.Han Chao Long Fengli Gao Yao Wei Pengfei Liu Yuting Guo Xiaoling Chen Suying Du Yunze 2022Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2022,6,4:1
