| 1 | Grey matter volume abnormalities in patients with bipolar I depressive disorder and unipolar depressive disorder:a voxelbased morphometry study显示文摘Bipolar disorder and unipolar depressive disorder(UD) may be different in brain structure. In the present study,we performed voxel-based morphometry(VBM) to quantify the grey matter volumes in 23 patients with bipolar I depressive disorder(BP1) and 23 patients with UD,and 23 age-,gender-,and educationmatched healthy controls(HCs) using magnetic resonance imaging. We found that compared with the HC and UD groups,the BP1 group showed reduced grey matter volumes in the right inferior frontal gyrus and middle cingulate gyrus,while the UD group showed reduced volume in the right inferior frontal gyrus compared to HCs. In addition,correlation analyses revealed that the grey matter volumes of these regions were negatively correlated with the Hamilton depression rating scores. | 2 | 洛铂联合依托泊苷与顺铂联合依托泊苷一线治疗广泛期小细胞肺癌随机对照临床研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of Lobaplatin plus Etoposide (EL) and Cisplatin plus Etoposide (EP) regimens in chemonaive with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (SCLC). Methods: Between July 2010 and July 2011, a total of 62 patients with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer who received initial treatment in our hospital and 309 hospital of PLA. 31 patients were randomly assigned to the EL Group: Lobaplatin was given intravenously at a dose of 30 mg/m2 on day 1 and Etoposide 100 mg/m2 on days 1 to 3 of 21-day cycles for a maximum of six cycles. Another 31 patients were assigned to the EP Group: Cisplatin was given intravenously at a dose of 75 mg/m2 on day 1 and Etoposide 100 mg/m2 on days 1 to 3 of 21-day cycles for a maximum of six cycles. We evaluated the efficacy, overall response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), the progression-free survival (PFS) and toxicity between the patients of the two groups. Results: All 62 patients were eligible. In the EL group, 2 (6.5%) patients had complete response, 20 (64.5%) patients had partial response, 5 (16.1%) patients had stable disease and 4 (12.9%) patients had progress disease. In the EP group, 2 (6.5%) patients had complete response, 22 (70.9%) patients had partial response, 4 (12.9%) patients had stable disease and 3 (9.7%) patients had progress disease. The ORR of EL and EP group were 70.9% and 77.4%, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.562). The DCR of both groups were 87% and 90%, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.688). Median PFS of patients with EL and EP regimens were 5.5 months and 5 months, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.637). Adverse events were observed in all 62 patients. Grade 1 to 4 anemia was higher in the EP group than in EL group, showing significant difference (P = 0.02). Grade 3 and 4 thrombocytopenia was seen in 4 patients (12.9%) in EL group and 1 patient (3.2%) in EP group. Although one patient had platelet transfusion owing to Grade 4 thrombocytopenia in EL group, no significant difference (P = 0.637) were shown. The incidence of nausea/vomiting was higher in the EP group than in the EL group (96.7% vs 51.6%, P = 0.00). | 3 | Sensitivity analysis of CO_2 sequestration in saline aquifers显示文摘Carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology has been considered as an important method for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and for mitigating global climate change. Three primary options are being considered for large-scale storage of CO 2 in subsurface formations: oil and gas reservoirs, deep saline aquifers, and coal beds. There are very many large saline aquifers around the world, which could make a big contribution to mitigating global warming. However, we have much less understanding of saline aquifers than oil and gas reservoirs. Several mechanisms are involved in the storage of CO 2 in deep saline aquifers, but the ultimate goal of injection of CO 2 into the aquifers containing salt water is to dissolve the CO 2 in the water. So it is important to study the solubility trapping and sensitivity factors of CO 2 in saline aquifers. This paper presents results of modeling CO 2 storage in a saline aquifer using the commercial reservoir simulator ECLIPSE. The objective of this study was to better understand the CO 2 /brine phase behavior (PVT properties) and quantitatively estimate the most important CO 2 storage mechanism in brine-solubility trapping. This would provide a tool by performing theoretical and numerical studies that help to understand the feasibility of CO 2 geological storage. A 3-dimensional, 2-phase (water/gas) conceptional reservoir model used finite, homogenous and isothermal formations into which CO 2 is injected at a constant rate. The effects of main parameters were studied, including the vertical to horizontal permeability ratio k v /k h , salinity, and residual phase saturations. The results show that the vertical to horizontal permeability ratio has a significant effect on CO 2 storage. In particular, grain boundaries (GBs) have been oftenobserved in single-layer MoS2 grown via chemical vapor deposition, which cansignificantly influence the material properties. In this study, we examined theelectronic structures of various GBs in single-layer MoS2 grown on highlyoriented pyrolytic graphite using low-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy. | 9 | Tuning the optoelectronic properties of vinylene linked perylenediimide dimer by ring annulation at the inside or outside bay positions for fullerene-free organic solar cells显示文摘Among various perylenediimide(PDI)-based small molecular non-fullerene acceptors(NFAs),PDI dimer can effectively avoid the excessive aggregation of single PDI and improve the photovoltaic performance.However,the twist of perylene core in PDI dimer will destroy the effective conjugation.Thus,ring annulation of PDI dimer is a feasible method to balance the film quality and electron transport,but the systematic study has attracted few attentions.Herein,we choose a simple vinylene linked PDI dimer,V-PDI2,and then conduct further studies on the structure-property-performance relationship of four kinds of derived fused-PDI dimers,namely V-TDI2,V-FDI2,V-PDIS2 and V-PDISe2 respectively.The former two are incorporated thianaphthene and benzofuran at the inside bay positions,and the latter two are fused thiophene and selenophene at the outside bay positions,respectively.Theoretical calculations reveal the inside-and outside-fused structures largely affect the skeleton configuration,the former two tend to be planar structure and the latter two maintain the distorted backbone.The photovoltaic characterizations show that the inside-fused PDI dimers offer high open circuit voltage(VOC),while the outside-fused PDI dimers afford large short-circuit current density(JSC).This variation tendency results from the reasonably tunable energy levels,light absorption,molecular crystallinity and film morphology.As a result,PBDB-T:V-PDISe2 device exhibits the highest power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 6.51%,and PBDB-T:VFDI2 device realizes the highest VOC of 1.00 V.This contribution indicates that annulation of PDI dimers in outside or inside bay regions is a feasible method to modulate the properties of PDI-based non-fullerene acceptors. | Jing Yang Fan Chen Peiqing Cong Hongjun Xiao Yanfang Geng Zhihui Liao Lie Chen Bao Zhang Erjun Zhou | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,1: | 0 |
