In this paper, we experimentally investigated the mutual effects between the discrete-variable QKD(DVQKD) and the continuous-variable QKD(CVQKD) via a fiber channel. | 12 | Highly Flexible and Broad‑Range Mechanically Tunable All‑Wood Hydrogels with Nanoscale Channels via the Hofmeister Effect for Human Motion Monitoring显示文摘Wood-based hydrogel with a unique anisotropic structure is an attractive soft material,but the presence of rigid crystalline cellulose in natural wood makes the hydrogel less flexible.In this study,an all-wood hydrogel was constructed by cross-linking cellulose fibers,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)chains,and lignin molecules through the Hofmeister effect.The all-wood hydrogel shows a high tensile strength of 36.5 MPa and a strain up to~438%in the longitudinal direction,which is much higher than its tensile strength(~2.6 MPa)and strain(~198%)in the radial direction,respectively.The high mechanical strength of all-wood hydrogels is mainly attributed to the strong hydrogen bonding,physical entanglement,and van der Waals forces between lignin molecules,cellulose nanofibers,and PVA chains.Thanks to its excellent flexibility,good conductivity,and sensitivity,the all-wood hydrogel can accurately distinguish diverse macroscale or subtle human movements,including finger flexion,pulse,and swallowing behavior.In particular,when“An Qi”was called four times within 15 s,two variations of the pronunciation could be identified.With recyclable,biodegradable,and adjustable mechanical properties,the all-wood hydrogel is a multifunctional soft material with promising applications,such as human motion monitoring,tissue engineering,and robotics materials. | Guihua Yan Shuaiming He Gaofeng Chen Sen Ma Anqi Zeng Binglin Chen Shuliang Yang Xing Tang Yong Sun Feng Xu Lu Lin Xianhai Zeng | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,5: | 0 |

We first extend the so-called normalized equilibrium concept to the stationarity sense and then, we propose an approach to solve the normalized stationary points by reformulating the GNEP as a single optimization problem. | 20 | Visual processing of word and image in the fusiform gyrus显示文摘BACKGROUND: The role of the left midfusiform gyrus as a target for visual word processing has been a topic of discussion.Numerous studies have utilized alphabetic writing for subject matter.However,few have addressed visual processing of Chinese characters in the left midfusiform gyrus.OBJECTIVE: To verify visual processing of Chinese characters and images in the left midfusiform gyrus using functional magnetic resonance imaging.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING: A blocked design paradigm study.Experiments were performed at the Room of Magnetic Resonance,Guangdong Provincial Second People's Hospital,China from May to June 2009.PARTICIPANTS: A total of eight undergraduate students were recruited from Guangzhou University of China,comprising two females and six males,aged 20-23 years.The subjects were right-handed,which was determined by a Chinese standard questionnaire.None of the subjects had a history of psychoneurosis,familial disease,color blindness,or color weakness.METHODS: A total of eight undergraduates were enrolled as subjects.Picture-naming and verb generation tasks were employed through the use of functional magnetic resonance imaging.Analysis of Functional NeuroImages software was used to process the data.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Visual processing of Chinese characters and images in the left midfusiform gyrus was measured.RESULTS: Picture-naming and verb generation tasks were shown to significantly activate the bilateral midfusiform gyrus.Activation occurred in the visual word form area of the left midfusiform gyrus.CONCLUSION: The left midfusiform gyrus plays a general role in visual processing of Chinese characters and images. | Guihua Jiang Junzhang Tian Yingwei Qiu Hongchang Zhai Jing Ren Xudong Xu Chulan Lin Lianbao Liang | 2010 | Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,5: | 0 |
