| 1 | The zircon SHRIMP chronology and trace elementgeochemistry of the Carboniferous volcanic rocksin western Tianshan Mountains显示文摘The genesis of the Carboniferous volcanic rocks in the Dahalajunshan group, mainly consisting of trachytes and trachy-andesites and distributing widely in western Tianshan Mountains, remains to be controversial. It has been proposed to be relevant to “rift” or “plume”. Detailed pe-trology and geochemical data presented in this paper show that these volcanic rocks represent typical continental arc magmatism. The volcanic rocks are mainly trachy-andesitic, and the magma source is enriched in LILE, Th and Pb, and depleted in HFSE and Ce. Trace element geochemical study suggests that the basalts could be modeled by 7%-11% partial melt of garnet lherzolite. The volcanic rocks in the Dahala-junshan group are neither the products of “rift” nor so-called “plume” but represent the continental island arc of the Pa-leo-Southern Tianshan Ocean. The mantle wedge had been modified by the melt generating in subduction zone during a long evolution history of this island arc. The continental crust materials (i.e. mainly sediment on ocean floor) had been added into island arc through melt in subduction zone. Volcanic rocks occurring in different regions might represent magma eruption in different time. The zircon SHRIMP dat-ing indicates that the ages of the basalt varies between 334.0 Ma and 394.9 Ma. The 13 analyses give an average age of 353.7 ±4.5 Ma (MSWD = 1.7). The apparent ages of zircons in trachy-andesite vary between 293.0 Ma and 465.4 Ma. All analyses fall on the U-Pb concordant line and are divided into two groups. 8 analyses produce an average age of 312.8±4.2 Ma (MSWD = 1.7), which represents the crystal-lizing age of zircon rims in trachy-andesite. The acquired two ages (i.e. 354 and 313 Ma) belong to the Early Carboniferous and Late Carboniferous epochs, respectively. | 4 | An Efficient Multi-hop Broadcast Protocol for Emergency Messages Dissemination in VANETs显示文摘Black-burst based multi-hop broadcast protocols are effective means to disseminate Emergency messages(EMs)in Vehicular ad hoc networks(VANETs).However,Clear to broadcast(CTB)collision will happen and reduce propagation speed.Aiming at this problem,we propose a Black-burst and multi-channel based multihop broadcast(BMMB)protocol.Vehicles with multiple antennas can transmit and sense black-burst at different channels simultaneously based on multi-channel technology.Compared with existing black-burst based methods,BMMB shortens the iterative procedure to find out the optimal segment.Only one relay vehicle can be rapidly selected within the optimal segment without CTB collision.BMMB enables alternative broadcast methods,i.e.,unidirectional broadcast and multi-directional broadcast for straight roads and intersections respectively.Theoretical analysis is done for performance evaluation of BMMB,and simulation results demonstrate that BMMB performs better in terms of average one-hop delay and propagation speed. | WU Libing NIE Lei FAN Jing HE Yanxiang LIU Qin WU Dan | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2017,26,3: | 4 |
| 5 | Inhibitor of DNA binding 2 accelerates nerve regeneration after sciatic nerve injury in mice显示文摘Inhibitor of DNA binding 2(Id2)can promote axonal regeneration after injury of the central nervous system.However,whether Id2 can promote axonal regeneration and functional recovery after peripheral nerve injury is currently unknown.In this study,we established a mouse model of bilateral sciatic nerve crush injury.Two weeks before injury,AAV9-Id2-3×Flag-GFP was injected stereotaxically into the bilateral ventral horn of lumbar spinal cord.Our results showed that Id2 was successfully delivered into spinal cord motor neurons projecting to the sciatic nerve,and the number of regenerated motor axons in the sciatic nerve distal to the crush site was increased at 2 weeks after injury,arriving at the tibial nerve and reinnervating a few endplates in the gastrocnemius muscle.By 1 month after injury,extensive neuromuscular reinnervation occurred.In addition,the amplitude of compound muscle action potentials of the gastrocnemius muscle was markedly recovered,and their latency was shortened.These findings suggest that Id2 can accelerate axonal regeneration,promote neuromuscular reinnervation,and enhance functional improvement following sciatic nerve injury.Therefore,elevating the level of Id2 in adult neurons may present a promising strategy for peripheral nerve repair following injury.The study was approved by the Experimental Animal Ethics Committee of Jinan University(approval No.20160302003)on March 2,2016. | Zhong-Hai Huang Ai-Ying Feng Jing Liu Libing Zhou Bing Zhou Panpan Yu | 2021 | Neural Regeneration Research2021,16,12: | 2 |
| 6 | Synergistic effect enhances the peroxidase-like activity in platinum nanoparticle-supported metal—organic framework hybrid nanozymes for ultrasensitive detection of glucose显示文摘The metal—organic frameworks(MOFs)are expected as ideal biomimetic enzymes for colorimetric glucose detection because of their large surface areas,well defined pore structures,tunable chemical composition,and multi-functional sites.However,the intrinsically chemical instability and low mimetic enzyme activity of MOFs hinder the application of them in imitating the enzyme reactions.In this work,we demonstrated a metal-MOF synergistic catalysis strategy,by loading Pt nanoparticles(Pt NPs)on MIL-88B-NH2(Fe-MOF)to increase peroxidase-like activity for the detection of glucose.The induced electrons transfer from Pt atom to Fe atom accelerated the redox cycling of Fe^(3+)/Fe^(2+),improved the overall efficiency of the peroxidase-like reaction,and enabled the efficient and robust colorimetric glucose detection,which was proved by both experiments and density functional theory(DFT)calculation.Additionally,the sensitivity and chemical stability of this synergistic effect strategy to detect the glucose are not affected by the complex external factors,which represented a great potential in fast,easy,sensitive,and specific recognition of clinical diabetes. | Jing Li Jie Zhao Shengqiang Li Yang Chen Weiqiang Lv Jiahui Zhang Libing Zhang Zhen Zhang Xiaoquan Lu | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,12: | 2 |

| 11 | HvWRKY2 acts as an immunity suppressor and targets HvCEBiP to regulate powdery mildew resistance in barley显示文摘Plants use a sophisticated immune system to perceive pathogen infection and activate immune responses in a tightly controlled manner.In barley,Hv WRKY2 acts as a repressor in barley disease resistance to the powdery mildew fungus,Blumeria graminis f.sp.hordei(Bgh).However,the molecular features of Hv WRKY2 in its DNA-binding and repressor functions,as well as its target genes,are uncharacterized.We show that the W-box binding of Hv WRKY2 requires an intact WRKY domain and an upstream sequence of~75 amino acids,and the Hv WRKY2 W-box binding activity is linked to its repressor function in disease resistance.Chromatin immunoprecipitation(ChIP)-seq analysis identified HvCEBiP,a putative chitin receptor gene,as a target gene of Hv WRKY2 in overexpressing transgenic barley plants.ChIP-qPCR and Electrophoretic Mobility Shift Assay(EMSA)verified the direct binding of Hv WRKY2 to a W-boxcontaining sequence in the HvCEBiP promoter.Hv CEBiP positively regulates resistance against Bgh in barley.Our findings suggest that Hv WRKY2 represses barley basal immunity by directly targeting pathogen-associated molecular pattern(PAMP)recognition receptor genes,suggesting that Hv CEBiP and likely chitin signaling function in barley PAMP-triggered immune responses to Bgh infection. | Deshui Yu Renchun Fan Ling Zhang Pengya Xue Libing Liao Meizhen Hu Yanjun Cheng Jine Li Ting Qi Shaojuan Jing Qiuyun Wang Arvind Bhatt Qian-Hua Shen | 2023 | The Crop Journal2023,11,1: | 1 |

| 20 | Spatial-five coordination promotes the high efficiency of CoN_(4) moiety in graphene-based bilayer for oxygen reduction electrocatalysis: A density functional theory study显示文摘The searching of highly efficient catalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) has attracted particular attention. In this work, we construct the graphene-based bilayers BG/X that consists by the CoN_(4) embedded graphene as the upper layer and the X modified graphene as the bottom layer(X = Si, P, S). The interfacial bonding between CoN_(4) site and the X dopant is spontaneously formed due to the strong pd hybridization, which changes the Co ligand from the planar-four N_(4) coordination into spatial-five N_(4)+X one. The additive glue atom weakens too strong adsorptions of the ORR intermediates on CoN_(4) site and thereby improves the ORR activities in comparison with the monolayer counterpart. From the free energy profiles, the overpotentials η are 0.47, 0.49 and 0.45 V for BG/Si_(a), BG/P_(a) and BG/S_(a), respectively,being comparable to that of state-of-the-art Pt material. Besides, the kinetic barriers for the bilayers are less than 0.75 eV, an indicative of the room temperature activity. Furthermore, the combination of thermodynamic and kinetic analysis ensures the preference of 4e^(-)-OOH associative mechanism over 2e^(-)-H_(2)O_(2) mechanism, being beneficial for membrane stability against the H_(2)O_(2) corrosion.
