3The design and synthesis of dextran-doxorubicin prodrug-based pH-sensitive drug delivery system for improving chemotherapy efficacy显示文摘Tumor cells show acidic conditions compared with normal cells,which further inspires scientist to build nanocarrier responsive to tumor microenvironment(TME)for enhancing tumor therapeutic efficacy.Here,we report a pH-sensitive and biocompatible polyprodrug based on dextran-doxorubicin(DOX)prodrug(DOXDT)for enhanced chemotherapy.Highdensity DOX component was covalently decorated on the nanocarrier and the drug molecules could be effectively released in the acidic tumor tissue/cells,improving chemotherapy efficacy.Specifically,a dextran-based copolymer was preliminarily prepared by one-step atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP);then DOX was conjugated on the copolymer component via pH-responsive hydrazone bond.The structure of DOXDT can be well-controlled.The resulting DOXDT was able to further self-assemble into nanoscale micelles with a hydration diameter of about 32.4 nm,which presented excellent micellar stability.Compared to lipid-based drug delivery system,the DOXDT prodrug showed higher drug load capacity up to 23.6%.In addition,excellent stability and smaller size of the nanocarrier contributed to better tissue permeability and tumor suppressive effects in vivo.Hence,this amphipathic DOXDT prodrug is promising in the development of translational DOX formulations,which would be widely applied in cancer therapy.Xiaoli Zhang Tian Zhang Xianbin Ma Yajun Wang Yi Lu Die Jia Xiaohua Huang Jiucun Chen Zhigang Xu Feiqiu Wena 2020Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2020,15,5:3
4Stochastic stability of viscoelastic system under non-Gaussian colored noise excitation显示文摘This article examines a viscoelastic plate that is driven parametrically by a non-Guassian colored noise,which is simplified to an Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process based on the approximation method.To examine the moment stability property of the viscoelastic system,we use the stochastic averaging method,Girsanov theorem and Feynmann-Kac formula to derive the approximate analytic expansion of the moment Lyapunov exponent.Furthermore,the Monte Carlo simulation results for the original system are given to check the accuracy of the approximate analytic results.At the end of this paper,results are presented to show some quantitative pictures of the effects of the system parameters,noise parameters and viscoelastic parameters on the stability of the viscoelastic plate.Yong Huang XianBin Liu 2012Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,3:3
5Architecture of Sandstone Bodies of Paleogene Shahejie Formation in Northern Qikou Sag, Northeast China显示文摘The conception of special geologic bodies has been applied in this study to define and illustrate economic oil and gas reservoirs in sandbodies, which is helpful for hydrocarbon forecast and exploration. Using the comprehensive analysis of drilling, logging, seismic, seismic attribute extraction, and logging constrained inversion in 3D data volume, the special geologic bodies of the Shahejie Formation(Ps^1_s) in northern Qikou sag, which have good hydrocarbon potential, are identified and described under the constraint of sequence stratigraphic framework. The dimensions, geometry, and spatial distribution features of the special geologic bodies, as well as their inner architectures and sequence-structure patterns, are also ascertained. The geologic bodies evolved from relative centralization in the middle part of the lacustrine basin in the early stage of Ps_1~s Formation, to several dispersive isolated parts in the later stage. This shows a small cycle interval(~2.5 Ma) at the end of the whole transgressive depositional process of Ps_1(~7.5 Ma) during the expansion of the lake and relative lake level rise, with the control of sediments supply and fault-related subsidence, which effect the evolution of the sedimentary system. According to the relevance and regularity of the geologic bodies' development, different types of potential profitable reservoir traps, including the lithologic lenticular traps, lithologic updip pinchout traps, and structural-lithologic composite traps, can be preserved in the study area. 11Development of key additives for organoclay-free oil-based drilling mud and system performance evaluation显示文摘Traditional oil-based drilling muds(OBMs) have a relatively high solid content, which is detrimental to penetration rate increase and reservoir protection. Aimed at solving this problem, an organoclay-free OBM system was studied, the synthesis methods and functioning mechanism of key additives were introduced, and performance evaluation of the system was performed. The rheology modifier was prepared by reacting a dimer fatty acid with diethanolamine, the primary emulsifier was made by oxidation and addition reaction of fatty acids, the secondary emulsifier was made by amidation of a fatty acid, and finally the fluid loss additive of water-soluble acrylic resin was synthesized by introducing acrylic acid into styrene/butyl acrylate polymerization. The rheology modifier could enhance the attraction between droplets, particles in the emulsion via intermolecular hydrogen bonding and improve the shear stress by forming a three-dimensional network structure in the emulsion. Lab experimental results show that the organoclay-free OBM could tolerate temperatures up to 220 ?C and HTHP filtration is less than 5 m L. 12Fabrication of a Hydrophobic Hierarchical Surface on Shale Using Modified Nano-SiO_(2)for Strengthening the Wellbore Wall in Drilling Engineering显示文摘Wellbore stability is essential for safe and efficient drilling during oil and gas exploration and development.This paper introduces a hydrophobic nano-silica(HNS)for use in strengthening the wellbore wall when using a water-based drilling fluid(WBF).The wellbore-strengthening performance was studied using the linear swelling test,hot-rolling recovery test,and compressive strength test.The mechanism of strengthening the wellbore wall was studied by means of experiments on the zeta potential,particle size,contact angle,and surface tension,and with the use of a scanning electron microscope(SEM).The surface free energy changes of the shale before and after HNS treatment were also calculated using the contact angle method.The experimental results showed that HNS exhibited a good performance in inhibiting shale swelling and dispersion.Compared with the use of water,the use of HNS resulted in a 20%smaller linear swelling height of the bentonite pellets and an 11.53 times higher recovery of water-sensitive shale—a performance that exceeds those of the commonly used shale inhibitors KCl and polyamines.More importantly,the addition of HNS was effective in preventing a decrease in shale strength.According to the mechanism study,the good wellbore-strengthening performance of HNS can be attributed to three aspects.First,the positively charged HNS balances parts of the negative charges of clay by means of electrostatic adsorption,thus inhibiting osmotic hydration.Second,HNS fabricates a lotus-leaf-like surface with a micro-nano hierarchical structure on shale after adsorption,which significantly increases the water contact angle of the shale surface and considerably reduces the surface free energy,thereby inhibiting surface hydration.Third,the decrease in capillary action and the effective plugging of the shale pores reduce the invasion of water and promote wellbore stability.The approach described herein may provide an avenue for inhibiting both the surface hydration and the osmotic hydration of shale.Xianbin Huang Jinsheng Sun He Li Ren Wang Kaihe Lv Haichao Li 2022Engineering2022,8,4:1
13Evaluation of urban underground space resources using digitalization technologies显示文摘Exploitation and utilization of urban underground space resources is gaining increasing attention in cities’sustainable development.Due to the attributes of fragility and irreversibility,urban underground space resources can be extremely vulnerable to damage and it is often difficult in restoring their original state once damaged.Therefore,scientific and reasonable evaluation of urban underground space resources is of vital importance in urban planning and development.This paper first describes the content and methods for the evaluation of urban underground space resources,and introduces the digitalization technologies to handle the problems of strong subjectivity,low efficiency and rough precision encountered when using traditional evaluation tools.Then,the related concepts and main technologies for digitalization were demonstrated and an intelligent GIS-based engineering geology system was built.Based on the drilling information in Changzhou City,stratum standardization and 3D modeling of strata,underground structures and pipelines were conducted in the built intelligent system.Finally,with the help of spatial overlay analysis in the GIS-based platform and a combination of other digitalization technologies,the urban underground space resources of Changzhou City were evaluated.Maps of geological suitability were produced,which provide scientific guidance and reference for the exploitation and planning of urban underground space resources in Changzhou City.In addition,site selection for key projects was conducted based on the evaluation results using this platform.Hehua Zhu Xianbin Huang Xiaojun Li Lianyang Zhang Xuezeng Liu 2016Underground Space2016,1,2:1
14A high-temperature resistant and high-density polymeric saturated brine-based drilling fluid显示文摘Three high-temperature resistant polymeric additives for water-based drilling fluids are designed and developed:weakly cross-linked zwitterionic polymer fluid loss reducer(WCZ),flexible polymer microsphere nano-plugging agent(FPM)and comb-structure polymeric lubricant(CSP).A high-temperature resistant and high-density polymeric saturated brine-based drilling fluid was developed for deep drilling.The WCZ has a good anti-polyelectrolyte effect and exhibits the API fluid loss less than 8 mL after aging in saturated salt environment at 200°C.The FPM can reduce the fluid loss by improving the quality of the mud cake and has a good plugging effect on nano-scale pores/fractures.The CSP,with a weight average molecular weight of 4804,has multiple polar adsorption sites and exhibits excellent lubricating performance under high temperature and high salt conditions.The developed drilling fluid system with a density of 2.0 g/cm^(3)has good rheological properties.It shows a fluid loss less than 15 mL at 200°C and high pressure,a sedimentation factor(SF)smaller than 0.52 after standing at high temperature for 5 d,and a rolling recovery of hydratable drill cuttings similar to oil-based drilling fluid.Besides,it has good plugging and lubricating performance.HUANG Xianbin SUN Jinsheng LYU Kaihe DONG Xiaodong LIU Fengbao GAO Chongyang 2023Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,5:0

17Minimizing the filtration loss of water-based drilling fluid with sustainable basil seed powder显示文摘Filtration control is important to ensure safe and high efficient drilling.The aim of the current research is to explore the feasibility of using basil seed powders(BSPs)to reduce filtration loss in water-based drilling fluid.The effect of BSP concentration,thermal aging temperature,inorganic salts(NaCl and CaCl_(2))on the filtration properties of bentonite/basil suspensions was investigated.The filtration control mechanism of BSP was probed via water absorbency test,zeta potential measurement,particle size distribution measurement,and filter cake morphologies observation by scanning electron microscope.The incorporation of BSPs into the bentonite suspension generated acceptable rheology below 1.0 w/v%.The BSPs exhibited effective filtration control after thermal aging at 120C,but less efficiency at 150C.After thermal aging at 120℃,the bentonite suspension containing 1.0 w/v%BSPs could resist NaCl and CaCl_(2) pollution of 5.0 w/v%and 0.3 w/v%respectively.Besides general filtration control behaviors,the exceptional water retaining capability formed by numerous nanoscale 3D networks in the basil seed gum and considerable insoluble small particles in BSPs might further contribute to the filtration control.The excellent filtration properties bring basil seed a suitable and green candidate for the establishment of high-performance drilling fluids.Hanyi Zhong Xin Gao Xianbin Zhang Anliang Chen Zhengsong Qiu Xiangzheng Kong Weian Huang 2022Petroleum2022,8,1:0
18METTL14 is a chromatin regulator independent of its RNA N^(6)-methyladenosine methyltransferase activity显示文摘METTL3 and METTL14 are two components that form the core heterodimer of the main RNA m^(6)A methyltransferase complex(MTC)that installs m^(6)A.Surprisingly,depletion of METTL3 or METTL14 displayed distinct effects on stemness maintenance of mouse embryonic stem cell(mESC).While comparable global hypo-methylation in RNA m^(6)A was observed in Mettl3 or Mettl14 knockout mESCs,respectively.Mettl14 knockout led to a globally decreased nascent RNA synthesis,whereas Mettl3 depletion resulted in transcription upregulation,suggesting that METTL14 might possess an mA-independent role in gene regulation.We found that METTL14 colocalizes with the repressive H3K27me3 modification.Mechanistically,METTL14,but not METTL3,binds H3K27me3 and recruits KDM6B to induce H3K27me3 demethylation independent of METTL3.Depletion of METTL14 thus led to a global increase in H3K27me3 level along with a global gene suppression.The effects of METTL14 on regulation of H3K27me3 is essential for the transition from self-renewal to differentiation of mESCs.This work reveals a regulatory mechanism on heterochromatin by METTL14 in a manner distinct from METTL3 and independently of m^(6)A,and critically impacts transcriptional regulation,stemness maintenance,and differentiation ofmESCs.Xiaoyang Dou Lulu Huang Yu Xiao Chang Liu Yini Li Xinning Zhang Lishan Yu Ran Zhao Lei Yang Chuan Chen Xianbin Yu Boyang Gao Meijie Qi Yawei Gao Bin Shen Shuying Sun Chuan He Jun Liu 2023Protein & Cell2023,14,9:0
19The Geographical Rotation of Local Officials and Enterprise Cross-city Mergers and Acquisitions in China显示文摘The economic impact of the geographical rotation of local officials is important in China's official management system.This study used a zero-inflated Poisson regression model and found that the geographical rotation of local officials significantly increased cross-city mergers and acquisitions(M&As)of enterprises.The impact of local officials'geographical rotation on M&As was more pronounced under certain conditions.These conditions included:(i)when officials were transferred from cities with a higher development level to cities with a lower development level;(ii)when the outflow cities were municipalities directly governed by the central government,provincial capitals,or separately listed cities;(iii)when the transfers of officials occurred within the same province;(iv)when the transfers took place before 2012;and(v)when the transfers happened in the years following significant central government conferences,which provided strong political incentives for M&As.Liangxiong Huang Peilun Li Xianbin Wang Caiting Yang 2023China & World Economy2023,31,4:0
