2Efficacy of acupuncture on fibromyalgia syndrome:a Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of acupuncture as a treatment for fibromyalgiasyndrome.METHODS: Two review authors independently selected the trials for the Meta-analysis, assessed their methodological quality and extracted relevant data. A quality assessment was conducted according to the Cochrane Review Handbook 5.0.RevMan 5.0.20 software was used in the statistical analysis.RESULTS: A total of 523 trials were reviewed and 9trials were selected for Meta-analysis.(a) Compared acupuncture with sham acupuncture, there was a significant difference in the visual analogue scale,but no difference in the pressure pain threshold.Additionally,and there was a difference in the fibromyalgia impact questionnaire and the multidisciplinary pain inventory after 4 weeks of treatment,but no difference after 7 weeks of therapy. There was no difference in the numerical rating scale in weeks 3, 8 and 13.(b) Acupuncture versus drugs.There were differences in the VAS after 20 days of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment comparing with the drug amitriptyline, and after 4 weeks of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment comparing with the drug fluoxetine and amitriptyline.There were also differences in the number of tender points when comparing acupuncture with amitriptyline or fluoxetine. There was no difference in total efficiency when comparing acupuncture with amitriptyline after 4 weeks of treatment, but there were differences between the two groups 45 days after treatment.There were also differences in total efficiency comparing acupuncture with fluoxetine,and when comparing 4 weeks post-treatment of acupuncture with a combination of amitriptyline,oryzanol and vitamin B.(c) A comparison of acupuncture, drugs and exercise with drugs and exercise showed PPT differences in months 3 and 6.There was no difference between the two comparison groups after follow-up visits in months 12 and 24.CONCLUSION: Compared with sham acupuncture,there was not enough evidence to prove the efficacy of acupuncture therapy for the treatment of fibromyalgia. 3Thermodynamic simulations of pellet internal target in CSRm显示文摘Pellet target with a close to 4π detector configuration is an optional effective internal target in the storage ring CSRm. Thermodynamic simulations are carried out to describe the hydrogen microsphere behaviors in the whole moving path, and the temperature and mass changes of hydrogen microspheres are clearly indicated. 4A bulk metal/ceramic composite material with a cellular structure显示文摘A bulk metal/ceramic composite material with a honeycomb-like micro-cell structure has been prepared by sintering the spherical Al90Mn9Ce1 alloy powders clad by Al2O3 nano-powder with the spark plasma sintering (SPS) technique. The as-prepared material consists of Al90Mn9Ce1 alloy cell and closed Al2O3 ceramic cell wall. The diameter of the cells is about 20―40 μm, while a thickness of the cell wall is about 1―2 μm. The ultimate compressive strength of the as-sintered materials is about 514 MPa, while its fracture strain is up to about 0.65 %. This composite material might possess good anti-corrosion, thermal endurance and other potential properties due to its unique microstructure. The result shows that the Al90Mn9Ce1/Al2O3 composite powders can be sintered by spark plasma sintering technique despite the large difference in their sintering temperature. 5β-delayed proton decays near the proton drip line显示文摘We briefly reviewed the experimental study on a-delayed proton decays near the proton drip line published by our group during the period of 1996―2004, namely the first observation of the a-delayed proton decays of 9 new nuclides in the rare-earth region and the new measurements of a-delayed proton decays of 5 nuclides in the mass ~90 region near the N = Z line with the aid of the “p-?” coincidence in combination with a He-jet tape transport system. In the meantime some important experimental technique details were supplemented. The experimental results, including the half -lives, spins, parities, deformations and production reaction cross sections for the 14 nuclei were summarized and compared with the current nuclear-model predictions, and then the following points were represented. (1) The experimental half-lives for 85Mo and 92Rh as well as the predicted “waiting point” nuclei 89Ru and 93Pd are 5―10 times longer than the theoretical predictions given by M?ller et al. using a macroscopic-microscopic model. It considerably influences the predictions of the abundances of the nuclides produced in the rp-process. (2) The current-model predictions are not consistent with the experimental assignments of the spins and parities for the proton drip-line nuclei 142Ho and 128Pm. However, the nuclear potential energy surface (PES) calculated by using a Woods- Saxon-Strutinsky method reproduced the experimental results. 13Automatic greenhouse pest recognition based on multiple color space features显示文摘Recognition and counting of greenhouse pests are important for monitoring and forecasting pest population dynamics.This study used image processing techniques to recognize and count whiteflies and thrips on a sticky trap located in a greenhouse environment.The digital images of sticky traps were collected using an image-acquisition system under different greenhouse conditions.If a single color space is used,it is difficult to segment the small pests correctly because of the detrimental effects of non-uniform illumination in complex scenarios.Therefore,a method that first segments object pests in two color spaces using the Prewitt operator in I component of the hue-saturation-intensity(HSI)color space and the Canny operator in the B component of the Lab color space was proposed.Then,the segmented results for the two-color spaces were summed and achieved 91.57%segmentation accuracy.Next,because different features of pests contribute differently to the classification of pest species,the study extracted multiple features(e.g.,color and shape features)in different color spaces for each segmented pest region to improve the recognition performance.Twenty decision trees were used to form a strong ensemble learning classifier that used a majority voting mechanism and obtains 95.73%recognition accuracy.The proposed method is a feasible and effective way to process greenhouse pest images.The system accurately recognized and counted pests in sticky trap images captured under real greenhouse conditions.Zhankui Yang Wenyong Li Ming Li Xinting Yang 2021International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,2:1
