| 1 | Association between the level of CD4^+T lymphocyte microRNA-155 and coronary artery disease in patients with unstable angina pectoris显示文摘Objective To study the association between the expression of microRNA-155(miRNA-155)in peripheral blood CD4^+T lymphocytes and the level of semrn interferon-7(IFN-7)concentration and the severity of coronary artery disease (CAD).Methods After coronary angiography,252patients with suspected unstable angina pectoris (UAP)were divided into the UAP group (128patients with CAD confirmed by angiography)and the control group (124patients without CAD confirmed by angiography).Fresh peripheral blood was extracted 16-24h before coronary angiography,CD4^+T lymphocytes was tested using immunomagnetic beads,the expression ofmiRNA-155was tested using quantitative PCR and the expression of IFN-7was tested using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).According to the results of angiography,Gensini score of coronary artery lesions was analyzed.Furthermore,we also analysis the association between the level of miRNA-155in peripheral blood CD4^+T lymphocytes,the level of serum IFN-γand Gensini score of coronary lesion.Results The levels ofmiRNA-155(0.49±0.08vs.0.23±0.09)and IFN-7(227.58±26.01vs.141.23±17.89)in the UAP group were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.The level of miRNA-155and IFN-γwere positively correlated with Gensini score of CAD (r =0.534,r =0.713,respectively,all P <0.05).The level of miRNA-155was positively correlated with the level of IFN-γ,(r =0.686,P <0.05).Conclusions The level of miRNA-155in peripheral blood CD4^+T lymphocytes and the level of IFN-γ are closely correlated with the severity of CAD. | Zi-Liang WE Hai-Li LU Qiang SU Lang Li | 2018 | Journal of Geriatric Cardiology2018，15，10： | 16 |
| 2 | Induction of cytotoxic T lymphocyte respones in vivo after immunotherapy with dendritic cells in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma显示文摘The aim of the present study was to determine the efficacy of immunotherapy with dendritic cells to elicit EBV-specific CTL-immunity in advanced cases of EBV-positive patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and to determine the safety and toxicity of this preparation. Nine cases of histologically confirmed patients with NPC undergoing treatment with radiological therapy were enrolled in this study. Dendritic cells, generated in vitro from blood monocytes of patients were cultured and matured with cytokines and then infected with recombinant adenovirus vaccine containing EBV-latent membrane protein-2 (Ad-LMP2). On 9 days' cultivation of cells, the matured DCs were harvested, irradiated with Co and then injected intradermally to patients with NPC. The injections were performed 3 times totally. After immunization, the CTL responses were assayed by means of cytotoxicity and epitope-specific IFN-γproduction. The results of this trial showed that all patients could tolerate this kind of treatment without any side effect, during which marked increase of LMP2-specific CTL-responses could be demonstrated in 5 patients of this group. And the level of IgA/VCA antibody decreased in 8 of 9 patients, thus accounting for a better prognosis for these patients. All patients will be followed up for another one year. At least, the present work shows that intradermal vaccination with autologous DCs infected with recombinant Ad-LMP2 adenovirus is a safe procedure in NPC patients, in which this procedure can enhance the LMP2-specific CTL responses in patients. | 3 | Estimates of Tuberculosis Mortality Rates in China Using the Disease Surveillance Point System,2004-2010显示文摘Objective To understand the current status and trends of tuberculosis mortality rates in China.Methods In 2010,161 National Disease Surveillance Points representing all 31 mainland provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions of China collected tuberculosis mortality surveillance data,including age,sex,region,and type of tuberculosis(all,pulmonary,and extra-pulmonary).The mortality rates of the three types of tuberculosis were compared between 2004 and 2010.Results In 2010,the mortality rates due to all tuberculosis,pulmonary tuberculosis,and extra-pulmonary tuberculosis were 4.69(95% Cl 4.54-4.84),4.38(4.23-4.52),and 0.31(0.27-0.35) per 100 000 population,respectively.Mortality rates due to all tuberculosis and pulmonary tuberculosis were higher in males,the elderly,and those living in western and rural areas.From 2004 to 2010,the mortality rates due to all tuberculosis and pulmonary tuberculosis decreased by 36.02% and 37.70%,respectively,with an average annual rate of decline of 7.20% and 7.61%,respectively.Conclusion Mortality rates due to tuberculosis have declined rapidly in China.The target of reducing the 1990 mortality rate by 50% by 2015 has already been achieved.However,the tuberculosis control program should pay more attention to high-risk groups,including the elderly and those living in underdeveloped areas. | ZHANG Hui HUANG Fei CHEN We DU Xin ZHOU Mai Geng HU Jia WANG Li Xia | 2012 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2012，25，4： | 7 |

| 16 | Drp1-dependent remodeling of mitochondrial morphology triggered by EBV-LMP1 increases cisplatin resistance显示文摘Latent membrane protein 1(LMP1)is a major Epstein–Barr virus(EBV)-encoded oncoprotein involved in latency infection that regulates mitochondrial functions to facilitate cell survival.Recently,mitochondrial fission has been demonstrated as a crucial mechanism in oncovirus-mediated carcinogenesis.Mitochondrial dynamin-related protein 1(Drp1)-mediated mitochondrial fission has an impact on the chemoresistance of cancers.However,the mechanism by which oncogenic stress promotes mitochondrial fission,potentially contributing to tumorigenesis,is not entirely understood.The role of Drp1 in the oncogenesis and prognosis of EBV-LMP1-positive nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)was determined in our study.We show that EBV-LMP1 exhibits a new function in remodeling mitochondrial morphology by activating Drp1.A high level of p-Drp1(Ser616)or a low level of p-Drp1(Ser637)correlates with poor overall survival and disease-free survival.Furthermore,the protein level of p-Drp1(Ser616)is related to the clinical stage(TNM stage)of NPC.Targeting Drp1 impairs mitochondrial function and induces cell death in LMP1-positive NPC cells.In addition,EBV-LMP1 regulates Drp1 through two oncogenic signaling axes,AMPK and cyclin B1/Cdk1,which promote cell survival and cisplatin resistance in NPC.Our findings provide novel insight into the role of EBV-LMP1-driven mitochondrial fission in regulating Drp1 phosphorylation at serine 616 and serine 637.Disruption of Drp1 could be a promising therapeutic strategy for LMP1-positive NPC. | Longlong Xie Feng Shi Yueshuo Li We Li Xinfang Yu Lin Zhao Min Zhou Jianmin Hu Xiangjian Luo Min Tang Jia Fan Jian Zhou Qiang Gao Weizhong Wu Xin Zhang Weihua Liao Ann MBode Ya Cao | 2020 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020，5，1： | 1 |
