| 1 | Genetic Structure and Diversity of Parental Cultivars Involved in China Mainland Sugarcane Breeding Programs as Inferred from DNA Microsatellites显示文摘To understand genetic structure and diversity of parental cultivars involved in China Mainland sugarcane breeding programs,92 elite parents and 4 wild relatives were genotyped with 18 microsatellite DNA markers.The genetic similarity(GS) values among the cultivars ranged from 0.346 to 0.960 with an average of 0.533.Among the introduced cultivars,India accessions had the closest genetic distance to China Mainland accessions(0.447),while Australia accessions have the furthest distance(0.503).A comparison of allelic diversity among geographical origins showed that there were 22 China Mainland specific alleles,of which 28% were derived from native S.spontaneaum germplasm in China.Model-based genetic structure,clustering,and principal components analyses consistently revealed there were five groups within the 96 accessions.Groups 1,2,4,and 5 consisted of all cultivars and group 3 only contained wild germplasm.Group 2 was characterized as the Introduction group with 46 cultivars predominantly introduced from Australia,Taiwan of China,India,and USA.Groups 1,4,and 5 consisted of cultivars mostly originated from China Mainland,defined as the Complex group,Yacheng lines group,and F134/CP72-1210 group,respectively,upon their pedigree.By understanding the genetic relationships among the parental cultivars,breeders can gain a rational basis for expanding the gene pool and select the best parental accessions for crossing. | QI Yong-wen PAN Yong-bao LAO Fang-ye ZHANG Chui-ming FAN Li-na HE Hui-yi LIU Ruin WANG Qin-nan LIU Shao-mou LIU Fu-ye LI Qi-wei DENG Hai-hua | 2012 | Journal of Integrative Agriculture2012,11,11: | 6 |

| 5 | Efficient purification of cell culture-derived classical swine fever virus by ultrafiltration and size-exclusion chromatography显示文摘Large-scale production of cell culture-based classical swine fever virus(CSFV)vaccine is hampered by the adverse reactions caused by contaminants from host cell and culture medium.Hence,we have developed an efficient method for purifying CSFV from cell-culture medium.Pure viral particles were obtained with two steps of tangential-flow filtration(TFF)and size-exclusion chromatography(SEC),and were compared with particles from ultracentrifugation by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),infectivity and recovery test,and real time fluorescent quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR).TFF concentrated the virus particles effectively with a retention rate of 98.5%,and 86.2%of viral particles were obtained from the ultrafiltration retentate through a Sepharose 4 F F column on a biological liquid chromatography system.CSFV purified by TFF-SEC or ultracentrifugation were both biologically active from 1.0×10–4.25 TCID50·mL^(–1) to 3.0×10^(–6.25) TCID50·mL^(–1),but the combination of TFF and SEC produced more pure virus particles than by ultracentrifugation alone.In addition,pure CSFV particles with the expected diameter of 40–60 nm were roughly spherical without any visible contamination.Mice immunized with CSFV purified by TFF-SEC produced higher antibody levels compared with immunization with ultracentrifugation-purified CSFV(P<0.05).The purification procedures in this study are reliable technically and feasible for purification of large volumes of viruses. | Ruining WANG Yubao ZHI Junqing GUO Qingmei LI Li WANG Jifei YANG Qianyue JIN Yinbiao WANG Yanyan YANG Guangxu XING Songlin QIAO Mengmeng ZHAO Ruiguang DENG Gaiping ZHANG | 2015 | Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2015,2,3: | 1 |

| 8 | Demystifying the Salt‑Induced Li Loss:A Universal Procedure for the Electrolyte Design of Lithium‑Metal Batteries显示文摘Lithium(Li)metal electrodes show significantly different reversibility in the electrolytes with different salts.However,the understanding on how the salts impact on the Li loss remains unclear.Herein,using the electrolytes with different salts(e.g.,lithium hexafluorophosphate(LiPF_(6)),lithium difluoro(oxalato)borate(LiDFOB),and lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)amide(LiFSI))as examples,we decouple the irreversible Li loss(SEI Li^(+)and“dead”Li)during cycling.It is found that the accumulation of both SEI Li^(+)and“dead”Li may be responsible to the irreversible Li loss for the Li metal in the electrolyte with LiPF_(6)salt.While for the electrolytes with LiDFOB and LiFSI salts,the accumulation of“dead”Li predominates the Li loss.We also demonstrate that lithium nitrate and fluoroethylene carbonate additives could,respectively,function as the“dead”Li and SEI Li^(+)inhibitors.Inspired by the above understandings,we propose a universal procedure for the electrolyte design of Li metal batteries(LMBs):(i)decouple and find the main reason for the irreversible Li loss;(ii)add the corresponding electrolyte additive.With such a Li-loss-targeted strategy,the Li reversibility was significantly enhanced in the electrolytes with 1,2-dimethoxyethane,triethyl phosphate,and tetrahydrofuran solvents.Our strategy may broaden the scope of electrolyte design toward practical LMBs. | Zhenglu Zhu Xiaohui Li Xiaoqun Qi Jie Ji Yongsheng Ji Ruining Jiang Chaofan Liang Dan Yang Ze Yang Long Qie Yunhui Huang | 2023 | Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,12: | 0 |
| 9 | Clinical features of 162 fatal cases of COVID-19:a multi-center retrospective study显示文摘Background:The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has affected approximately 2 million individuals worldwide;however,data regarding fatal cases have been limited.Objective:To report the clinical features of 162 fatal cases of COVID-19 from 5 hospitals in Wuhan between December 30,2019 and March 12,2020.Methods:The demographic data,signs and symptoms,clinical course,comorbidities,laboratory findings,computed tomographic(CT)scans,treatments,and complications of the patients with fatal cases were retrieved from electronic medical records.Results:The median patient age was 69.5(interquartile range:63.0–77.25)years,and 80%of the patients were over 61 years.A total of 112(69.1%)patients were men.Hypertension(45.1%)was the most common comorbidity,while 59(36.4%)patients had no comorbidity.At admission,131(81.9%)patients had severe or critical COVID-19,whereas 39(18.1%)patients with hypertension or chronic lung disease had moderate COVID-19.In total,126(77.8%)patients received antiviral treatment,while 132(81.5%)patients received glucocorticoid treatment.A total of 116(71.6%)patients were admitted to the intensive care unit(ICU),and 137(85.1%)patients received mechanical ventilation.Most patients received mechanical ventilation before ICU admission.Approximately 93.2%of the patients developed respiratory failure or acute respiratory distress syndrome.There were no significant differences in the inhospital survival time among the hospitals(P=0.14).Conclusion:Young patients with moderate COVID-19 without comorbidity at admission could also develop fatal outcomes.The in-hospital survival time of the fatal cases was similar among the hospitals of different levels in Wuhan. | Xianlong Zhou Guoyong Ding Qing Fang Jun Guo Luyu Yang Ping Wang Shou-Zhi Fu Ang Li Jian Xia Jiangtao Yu Jianyou Xia Min Ma Zhuanzhuan Hu Lei Huang Ruining Liu Cheng Jiang Shaoping Li Mingxia Yu Xizhu Xu Yan Zhao Quan Hu Weijia Xing Zhigang Zhao | 2022 | Emergency and Critical Care Medicine2022,2,3: | 0 |
| 10 | Classification and Summarization of Solar Irradiance and Power Forecasting Methods:A Thorough Review显示文摘Solar forecasting is of great importance for ensuring safe and stable operations of the power system with increased solar power integration,thus numerous models have been presented and reviewed to predict solar irradiance and power forecasting in the past decade.Nevertheless,few studies take into account the temporal and spatial resolutions along with specific characteristics of the models.Therefore,this paper aims to demonstrate a comprehensive and systematic review to further solve these problems.First,five classifications and seven pre-processing methods of solar forecasting data are systematically reviewed,which are significant in improving forecasting accuracy.Then,various methods utilized in solar irradiance and power forecasting are thoroughly summarized and discussed,in which 128 algorithms are elaborated in tables in the light of input variables,temporal resolution,spatial resolution,forecast variables,metrics,and characteristics for a more fair and comprehensive comparison.Moreover,they are categorized into four groups,namely,statistical,physical,hybrid,and others with relevant application conditions and features.Meanwhile,six categories,along with 30 evaluation criteria,are summarized to clarify the major purposes/applicability of the different methods.The prominent merit of this study is that a total of seven perspectives and trends for further research in solar forecasting are identified,which aim to help readers more effectively utilize these approaches for future in-depth research. | Bo Yang Tianjiao Zhu Pulin Cao Zhengxun Guo Chunyuan Zeng Danyang Li Yijun Chen Haoyin Ye Ruining Shao Hongchun Shu Tao Yu | 2023 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,3: | 0 |
