| 1 | Collagen-binding basic fibroblast growth factor improves functional remodeling of scarred endometrium in uterine infertile women: a pilot study显示文摘Intrauterine adhesion(IUA) is a common cause of uterine infertility and one of the most severe clinical features is endometrial fibrosis namely endometrial scarring for which there are few cures currently. Blocked angiogenesis is the main pathological change in the scarred endometrium. The fibroblast growth factor 2(b FGF), a member of FGF family, is usually applied to promote healing of refractory ulcer and contributes to angiogenesis of tissues. In this study, the sustained-release system of b FGF100 μg was administrated around scarred endometrium guiding by ultrasound every 4 weeks in 18 patients(2–4 times). Results showed that after treatment, the menstrual blood volume, endometrial thickness and the scarred endometrial area were improved.Histological study showed blood vessel density increased obviously. Three patients(3/18) achieved pregnancy over 20 gestational weeks. | 5 | Molecular cloning and expression under abiotic stresses and hormones of the ethylene response factor Ⅶ gene FmRAP2.12 from Fraxinus mandshurica显示文摘RELATED TO AP2.12(RAP2.12)is one of the Ethylene Response Factors(ERF)transcription factor and plays a key role in controlling plant root bending and responding to multiple abiotic stresses including hypoxia stress.In this study,FmRAP2.12 gene was isolated and characterized from Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr.The open reading frame(ORF)of FmRAP2.12 was 1170 bp and encoded a protein of 389 amino acids.The conserved domains,three-dimensional phylogenetic relationship of FmRAP2.12 was also investigated.Quantitative real-time(qRT-PCR)analyzed the expression of FmRAP2.12 in different tissues.The expression level of FmRAP2.12 was highest in roots followed by leaves,and lowest in male flowers.Abiotic stress and hormone signal-induced expression was established using qRT-PCR.Salt stress induced FmRAP2.12 to a double peak pattern:the first peak value was at 6 h and the second at 72 h.Drought stress also induced FmRAP2.12 to a double peak pattern:the first at6 h and the second at 48 h.FmRAP2.12 was up-regulated after initiation of gibberellic acid(GA3)treatment,with a one peak pattern at 24 h.FmRAP2.12 may not respond to cold stress and Abscisic acid(ABA)treatment.The transient overexpression of FmRAP2.12 caused the up-expression of downstream key genes of abiotic stress response and gibberellin pathway.Our research reveals the molecular characteristic and expression patterns under abiotic stress and hormone condition of FmRAP2.12,providing support for the genetic improvement of F.mandshurica at a molecular level. | Nansong Liang Lei Yu Chunhao Liu Ziqing Wang Xingtang Zhao Yaguang Zhan | 2019 | Journal of Forestry Research2019,30,4: | 3 |

| 10 | The prognostic landscape of genes and infiltrating immune cells in cytokine induced killer cell treated-lung squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma显示文摘Objective:Patients with non–small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)respond differently to cytokine-induced killer cell(CIK)treatment.Therefore,potential prognostic markers to identify patients who would benefit from CIK treatment must be elucidated.The current research aimed at identifying predictive prognostic markers for efficient CIK treatment of patients with NSCLC.Methods:Patients histologically diagnosed with NSCLC were enrolled from the Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital.We performed whole-exome sequencing(WES)on the tumor tissues and paired adjacent benign tissues collected from 50 patients with NSCLC,and RNA-seq on tumor tissues of 17 patients with NSCLC before CIK immunotherapy treatment.Multivariate Cox proportional hazard regression analysis was used to analyze the association between clinical parameters and prognostic relevance.WES and RNA-seq data between lung squamous cell carcinoma(SCC)and adenocarcinoma(Aden)were analyzed and compared.Results:The pathology subtype of lung cancer was the most significantly relevant clinical parameter associated with DFS,as analyzed by multivariate Cox proportional hazard regression(P=0.031).The patients with lung SCC showed better CIK treatment efficacy and extended DFS after CIK treatment.Relatively low expression of HLA class II genes and checkpoint molecules,and less immunosuppressive immune cell infiltration were identified in the patients with lung SCC.Conclusions:Coordinated suppression of the expression of HLA class II genes and checkpoint molecules,as well as less immune suppressive cell infiltration together contributed to the better CIK treatment efficacy in lung SCC than lung Aden. | Jian Wang Fan Yang Qian Sun Ziqing Zeng Min Liu Wenwen Yu Peng Zhang Jinpu Yu Lili Yang Xinwei Zhang Xiubao Ren Feng Wei | 2021 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,4: | 1 |

| 15 | Distributed Gas Ignition Using Injection Strategy for High Efficiency and Clean Combustion Under Lean Condition显示文摘Jet ignition is an efficient way to achieve lean burn of the engine and a promising strategy to meet the stringent emission regulations in the future.This paper presents a distributed gas ignition(DGI)combustion concept and realizes a DGI combustion mode using a newly designed DGI igniter.The igniter integrates a fuel injector and a spark plug to achieve minimum volume and easy installation.As the mixture preparation within the jet chamber is essential for the performance of the igniter,different jet chamber injection strategies were tested with varying excess air-fuel ratio ranging from 1.4 to 2.0.By addressing the dual injection strategy,the ignition delay and combustion duration were improved evidently.Compared with the single injection strategy,dual injection strategy improves the flexibility when preparing the mixture inside the jet chamber and therefore retains more fuel.The increased energy density of the jet chamber helps to generate more energetic jets under dual injection strategy,resulting in the improvement of ignition and combustion performance with lean burn.A higher thermal efficiency and a leaner limit of the engine are attained with dual injection than that with single injection.Dual injection exhibits its potential in reducing CO and THC emissions to an acceptable level with leaner mixture.Based on dual injection strategy,the maximum indicated thermal efficiency of 45%is achieved. | Ziqing Zhao Wei Liu Fubai Li Qinhao Fan Zhi Wang | 2020 | Automotive Innovation2020,3,4: | 1 |
| 16 | Mining intrinsic information of convalescent patients after suffering coronavirus disease 2019 in Wuhan显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To summarize the potential characteristics of convalescent patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in China based on emerging clinical tongue data and guide the treatment and recovery of COVID-19 patients from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine tongue diagnosis.METHODS:In this study,we developed and validated radiomics-based and lab-based methods as a novel approach to provide individualized pretreatment evaluation by analyzing different features to mine the orderliness behind tongue data of convalescent patients.In addition,this study analyzed the tongue features of convalescent patients from clinical tongue qualitative values,including thick and thin,fur,peeling,fat and lean,tooth marks and cracked,and greasy and putrid fur.RESULTS:We included 2164 tongue images in total(34%from day 0,35.4%from day 14 and 30.6%from day 28)from convalescent patients.The significance results are shown as follows.Firstly,as the recovery time prolongs,the L average values of tongue and coat decrease from 60.21 to 57.18 and from 60.06 to 57.03 respectively.Secondly,the decrease of abnormality rate of tongue coat,included greasy tongue fur,putrid fur,teeth-mark,thick-thin fur,are of significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Thirdly,the average value of gray-level cooccurrence matrices increases from 0.173 to 0.194,the average value of entropy increases from 0.606 to 0.665,the average value of inverse difference normalized decrease from 0.981 to 0.979,and the average value of dissimilarity decrease from 0.1576 to 0.1828.The details of other radiomics features are describe in results section.CONCLUSIONS:Our experiment shows that patients in different recovery periods have a relationship with quantitative values of tongue images,including L color space of the tongue and coat radiomics features analysis.This relationship can help clinical doctors master the recovery and health of patients as soon as possible and improve their understanding of the potential mechanisms underlying the dynamic changes and mechanisms underlying COVID-19. | YAN Shixing LüYi LIU Ziqing REN Meng HE Haiyang XIAO Li GUO Feng PENG Miao LI Xiaoxia WANG Yong XU Xi YANG Tao SHAO Zuoyu HUANG Jingjing XIAO Mingzhong | 2022 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2022,42,2: | 1 |
