1Component analysis of Chinese medicine and advances in fuming-washing therapy for knee osteoarthritis via unsupervised data mining methods显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To analyze the component law of Chinese medicines in fuming-washing therapy for knee osteoarthritis(KOA), and develop new fuming-washing prescriptions for KOA through unsupervised data mining methods.METHODS: Chinese medicine recipes for fuming-washing therapy for KOA were collected and recorded in a database. The correlation coefficient among herbs, core combinations of herbs, andnew prescriptions were analyzed using modified mutual information, complex system entropy cluster, and unsupervised hierarchical clustering, respectively.RESULTS: Based on analysis of 345 Chinese medicine recipes for fuming-washing therapy, 68 herbs occurred frequently, 33 herb pairs occurred frequently, and 12 core combinations were found.Five new fuming-washing recipes for KOA were developed.CONCLUSION: Chinese medicines for fuming-washing therapy of KOA mainly consist of wind-dampness-dispelling and cold-dispersing herbs, blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs,and wind-dampness-dispelling and heat-clearing herbs. The treatment of fuming-washing therapy for KOA also includes dispelling wind-dampness and dispersing cold, activating blood and resolving stasis, and dispelling wind-dampness and clearing heat. 2Positive impact of adding No.14v lymph node to D2 dissection on survival for distal gastric cancer patients after surgery with curative intent显示文摘Background:D2 lymphadenectomy has been increasingly regarded as standard surgical procedure for advanced gastric cancer(GC),while the necessity of No.14 v lymph node(14v) dissection for distal GC is still controversial.Methods:A total of 920 distal GC patients receiving at least a D2 lymph node dissection in Department of Gastric Cancer,Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital were enrolled in this study,of whom,243 patients also had the 14 v dissected.Other 677 patients without 14 v dissection were used for comparison.Results:Forty-five(18.5%) patients had 14 v metastasis.There was no significant difference in 3-year overall survival(OS) rate between patients with and without 14 v dissection.Following stratified analysis,in TNM stages I,II,IIIa and IV,14 v dissection did not affect 3-year OS;in contrast,patients with 14 v dissection had a significant higher 3-year OS than those without in TNM stages IIIb and IIIc.In multivariate analysis,14 v dissection was found to be an independent prognostic factor for GC patients with TNM stage IIIb/IIIc disease [hazard ratio(HR),1.568;95% confidence interval(CI):1.186-2.072;P=0.002].GC patients with 14 v dissection had a significant lower locoregional,especially lymph node,recurrence rate than those without 14 v dissection(11.7 % vs.21.1%,P=0.035).Conclusions:Adding 14 v to D2 lymphadenectomy may be associated with improved 3-year OS for distal GC staged TNM Ⅲb/Ⅲc.Yuexiang Liang Liangliang Wu Xiaona Wang Xuewei Ding Hongmin Liu Bin Li Baogui Wang Yuan Pan Rupeng Zhang Ning Liu Han Liang 2015Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2015,27,6:22
3Quantitative description of characteristics of high-capacity channels in unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs using in situ production data显示文摘Quantitative description of the high-capacity channels in unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs,into which water was injected to improve oil recovery,is a hot topic in the fi eld of reservoir development. This paper presents a novel approach to describing quantitatively the characteristics of connected macropores in unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs using in situ production data. Based on physical simulation for formation mechanisms of high capacity channels and interwell tracer test data,a mathematical model was established to describe high-capacity channels by grey correlation theory,glow mechanism of fluid in porous media and reservoir engineering,and a program was developed to describe quantitatively the channel characteristics. 7Fractal model of lightning channel for simulating lightning strikes to transmission lines显示文摘How to accurately evaluate the direct-strike lightning protection is one of the key issues in the design of transmission lines. In this paper, three important issues in applying the fractal simulation to the lightning protection of transmission lines were discussed, including the criteria and implementation of upward leader inception, the connection with the magnitude of lightning current, and the calculation and control of fractal dimensions. Then we conducted the simulation iterately, leading to statistical results, which indicate that even if the transmission line satisfies the perfect shielding condition, shielding failure fault remains possible. Furthermore, we calculated the shielding failure fault rates of an EHV line with different ground obliquities and distribution of strike points over the interval between two neighboring towers along a UHV-DC line to find out the weak point of transmission-line lightning protection. 8Numerical simulation of bubble plumes in overlying water of gas hydrate in the cold seepage active region显示文摘To study the seismic responses produced by gas hydrate bubble plumes in the cold seepage active region, we constructed a plume water body model based on random medium theory and acoustic velocity model of bubble medium. The plume water body model was forward simulated by finite difference. Seismic records of single shot show the scattered waves produced by the plume. The scattered wave energy is strong where the plume exists. Where the scattered wave energy is stronger, the minimum of travel time is always above the plume, which has no relationship with the shot's position. Seismic records of shot gathers were processed by prestack time migration. The migration section shows that the scattered waves produced by plumes can be imaged distinctly with higher accuracy. 12Further studies on the numerical simulation of bubble plumes in the cold seepage active region显示文摘Using the occurrence characteristics of bubble plumes in the South China Sea as a reference, this paper continues to study the seismic responses produced by bubble plumes in the cold seepage active region. To make the plume modelling scheme more reasonable, we modified the original modelling scheme and reconstructed a plume water body model based on the variation of its radius as bubbles rise in seawater. The plume seismic records of shot gathers were obtained by forward simulation. The seismic records of single shot show obvious characteristics of a scattering wave field and the periodic characteristics of the model. Seismic records of shot gathers were processed using prestack depth migration. The boundary of its imaging section has a good convergence effect.The migration sections can be imaged distinctly with higher accuracy. The aforementioned studies once again laid a foundation for the further study of the seismic responses produced by plumes. 13Multi-scale simulation of single crystal hollow turbine blade manufactured by liquid metal cooling process显示文摘Liquid metal cooling(LMC) process as a powerful directional solidification(DS) technique is prospectively used to manufacture single crystal(SC) turbine blades. An understanding of the temperature distribution and microstructure evolution in LMC process is required in order to improve the properties of the blades. For this reason, a multi-scale model coupling with the temperature field, grain growth and solute diffusion was established. The temperature distribution and mushy zone evolution of the hollow blade was simulated and discussed.According to the simulation results, the mushy zone might be convex and ahead of the ceramic beads at a lower withdrawal rate, while it will be concave and laggard at a higher withdrawal rate, and a uniform and horizontal mushy zone will be formed at a medium withdrawal rate. Grain growth of the blade at different withdrawal rates was also investigated. Single crystal structures were all selected out at three different withdrawal rates.Moreover, mis-orientation of the grains at 8 mm/min reached ~30°, while it was ~5° and ~15° at 10 mm/min and 12 mm/min, respectively. The model for predicting dendritic morphology was verified by corresponding experiment. 15A draft sequence of the rice (Oryza sativa ssp. indica) genome显示文摘The sequence of the rice genome holds fundamental information for its biology, including physiology, genetics, development, and evolution, as well as information on many beneficial phenotypes of economic significance. Using a 'whole genome shotgun' approach, we have pro-duced a draft rice genome sequence of Oryza sativa ssp. in-dica, the major crop rice subspecies in China and many other regions of Asia. The draft genome sequence is constructed from over 4.3 million successful sequencing traces with an accumulative total length of 2214.9 Mb. The initial assembly of the non-redundant sequences reached 409.76 Mb in length, based on 3.30 million successful sequencing traces with a total length of 1797.4 Mb from an indica variant cultivar 93-11, giving an estimated coverage of 95.29% of the rice genome with an average base accuracy of higher than 99%. 16Analysis of edge microstructural characteristics and stamping formability of low carbon pickled steel sheets显示文摘The microstructural characteristics and formability at the edges of low carbon pickled steel sheets have been investigated based on the generation of earing and cracking defects while drawing. The microstructure of the edge features coarse grains and mixed sized grains. The strength of the sheet edge is slightly lower than that at the center. Besides,the formability is obviously worsened. The plastic strain ratios along the longitudinal and transverse orientations are 0.31 and 0.6,respectively,with distinct anisotropy. The plastic strain ratio at the edge is obviously lower than that at the middle of the steel sheet. The observed microstructural characteristics and mechanical properties at the edge of the steel sheet can be attributed to the lower rolling temperature in the two-phase region of pro-eutectoid ferrite and austenite. These differences in microstructure and mechanical properties at the edge of the steel sheet lead to the generation of earing and cracking defects while drawing. 17Theories,technologies and practices of lacustrine shale oil exploration and development:A case study of Paleogene Kongdian Formation in Cangdong sag,Bohai Bay Basin,China显示文摘As the main factors affecting stable and high production and the production regularity of lacustrine shale oil are unclear,the theoretical understandings,key exploration and development technologies,development effect and production regularity of lacustrine shale oil have been analyzed and summarized based on 700 m cores taken systematically from Paleogene Kong 2 Member of 4 wells in Cangdong sag,over 100000 analysis data and formation testing data.Three theoretical understandings on shale oil enrichment and high production have been reached:(1)High-quality shale with“three highs and one low”is the material base for shale oil enrichment.(2)Medium-slightly high thermal evolution degree is the favorable condition for shale oil enrichment.(3)Laminar felsic shale is the optimal shale layer for oil enrichment in semi-deep lake facies.Key exploration and development technologies such as shale oil enrichment layer and area evaluation and prediction,horizontal well pattern layout,shale oil reservoir fracturing,optimization of shale oil production regime have been established to support high and stable shale oil production.Under the guidance of these theoretical understandings and technologies,shale oil in Cangdong sag has achieved high and stable production,and 4 of them had the highest production of over 100 tons a day during formation testing.In particular,Well GY5-1-1 L had a daily oil production of 208 m^(3).By April,2022,the 28 wells combined have a stable oil production of 300–350 tons a day,and have produced 17.8×10^(4) t of oil cumulatively.It is found that the shale oil production of horizontal well declines exponentially in natural flow stage,and declines in step pattern and then tends stable in the artificial lift stage.Proportion of light hydrocarbons in produced shale oil is in positive correlation with daily oil production and decreases regularly during production test.ZHAO Xianzheng ZHOU Lihong PU Xiugang JIN Fengming HAN Wenzhong SHI Zhannan CHEN Changwei JIANG Wenya GUAN Quansheng XU Jing LIU Xuewei ZHANG Wei MA Jianying 2022Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,3:4
18Multi-scale modeling of liquid-metal cooling directional solidification and solidification behavior of nickel-based superalloy casting显示文摘Liquid-metal cooling(LMC)process can offer refinement of microstructure and reduce defects due to the increased cooling rate from enhanced heat extraction,and thus an understanding of solidification behavior in nickel-based superalloy casting during LMC process is essential for improving mechanical performance of single crystal(SC)castings.In this effort,an integrated heat transfer model coupling meso grain structure and micro dendrite is developed to predict the temperature distribution and microstructure evolution in LMC process.An interpolation algorithm is used to deal with the macro-micro grids coupling issues.The algorithm of cells capture is also modified,and a deterministic cellular automaton(DCA)model is proposed to describe neighborhood cell tracking.In addition,solute distribution is also considered to describe the dendrite growth.Temperature measuring,EBSD,OM and SEM experiments are implemented to verify the proposed model,and the experiment results agree well with the simulation results.Several simulations are performed with a range of withdrawal rates,and the results indicate that 12 mm·min^(-1)is suitable for LMC process in this work,which can result in a fairly narrow and flat mushy zone and correspondingly exhibited fairly straight grains.The mushy zone length is about 4.8 mm in the steady state and the average deviation angle of grains is about 13.9°at the height 90 mm from the casting base under 12 mm·min^(-1)withdrawal process.The competitive phenomenon of dendrites at different withdrawal rates is also observed,which has a great relevant to the temperature fluctuation.Xuewei Yan Qjngyan Xu Guoqiang Tian Quanwei Liu Junxing Hou Baicheng Liu 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,8:4
19Alterations in cecal microbiota of Jinhua piglets fostered by a Yorkshire sow显示文摘Gut microbiota play important roles in host health and diseases.Several factors,in particular antibiotics,affect the gut microbiota of pigs.Cross-fostering has been applied as a regular practice to equalize litter size,reduce pre-weaning mortality and increase body weight.However,the effect of cross-fostering on cecal microbiota is unclear.In this study,we fostered three Jinhua pigs to a Yorkshire sow.The fostered Jinhua piglets grew significantly faster than their biological siblings.To explore whether the cecal microbiota of piglets will alter during fostering,we characterized the cecal microbiota of allpiglets by examining the V3 hypervariable region of 16S rDNA.We observed altered cecal microbiota in these piglets using the Illumina HiSeq 2000 platform,and this was accompanied with an increase in growth rate after fostering.The relative abundance of Bacteroidetes in the fostered Jinhua piglets was decreased compared with their biological siblings,although still higher in comparison with their new littermates.Beta-diversity analysis also showed that the cecal microbiota of the adopted Jinhua piglets differed from their biological siblings with a shift toward their step-siblings.Our data show that cecal microbiota of piglets were altered after cross-fostering while the growth rate increased.Lingjin Xian Ying Li Zhi Jiang Jideng Ma Long Jin Lei Chen Chaowei Zhou Jie Zhang Yingkai Liu Li Zhu An-an Jiang Guoqing Tang Jian Xiao Jinyong Wang Bo Zeng Mingzhou Li Xuewei Li 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,32:4
20Factors influencing the porosity of gas hydrate bearing sediments显示文摘Porosity is a key parameter in calculating the velocity of gas hydrate bearing sediments and quantifying the amount of gas hydrate. The variation of porosity is affected by many factors. The influences of different factors on porosity are distinct. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the main factors that affect the overall and local change of porosity in marine sediments where gas hydrate was sampled. Porosity logs were collected from ODP Leg 164, Blake Ridge, ODP Leg 204, Hydrate Ridge, and IODP expedition 311, Cascadia Margin. Based on the characteristic of porosity variation in depth, porosity was divided into three components: low frequency component, middle frequency component, and high frequency component. The factors influencing each component were discussed. From the analysis, we observed that the porosity of unconsolidated sediment was very high, and the decreasing trend of low frequency component versus depth was affected by compaction. In addition, the initial porosity and slope of low frequency component variation were affected by the content of fine grain and geothermal gradient respectively. The middle component could reflect the variation of lithology, which was affected by the content variation of different sized grains and gas hydrate. The high frequency component was affected by the frequent change of grain size. The existence of volcanic ash-rich sand caused a high value to the high frequency component.
