1Numerical simulation of bubble plumes in overlying water of gas hydrate in the cold seepage active region显示文摘To study the seismic responses produced by gas hydrate bubble plumes in the cold seepage active region, we constructed a plume water body model based on random medium theory and acoustic velocity model of bubble medium. The plume water body model was forward simulated by finite difference. Seismic records of single shot show the scattered waves produced by the plume. The scattered wave energy is strong where the plume exists. Where the scattered wave energy is stronger, the minimum of travel time is always above the plume, which has no relationship with the shot's position. Seismic records of shot gathers were processed by prestack time migration. The migration section shows that the scattered waves produced by plumes can be imaged distinctly with higher accuracy. 2Further studies on the numerical simulation of bubble plumes in the cold seepage active region显示文摘Using the occurrence characteristics of bubble plumes in the South China Sea as a reference, this paper continues to study the seismic responses produced by bubble plumes in the cold seepage active region. To make the plume modelling scheme more reasonable, we modified the original modelling scheme and reconstructed a plume water body model based on the variation of its radius as bubbles rise in seawater. The plume seismic records of shot gathers were obtained by forward simulation. The seismic records of single shot show obvious characteristics of a scattering wave field and the periodic characteristics of the model. Seismic records of shot gathers were processed using prestack depth migration. The boundary of its imaging section has a good convergence effect.The migration sections can be imaged distinctly with higher accuracy. The aforementioned studies once again laid a foundation for the further study of the seismic responses produced by plumes. 3Numerical Simulation of Bubble Plumes and an Analysis of Their Seismic Attributes显示文摘To study the bubble plume's seismic response characteristics,the model of a plume water body has been built in this article using the bubble-contained medium acoustic velocity model and the stochastic medium theory based on an analysis of both the acoustic characteristics of a bubble-contained water body and the actual features of a plume.The finite difference method is used for forward modelling,and the single-shot seismic record exhibits the characteristics of a scattered wave field generated by a plume.A meaningful conclusion is obtained by extracting seismic attributes from the pre-stack shot gather record of a plume.The values of the amplitude-related seismic attributes increase greatly as the bubble content goes up,and changes in bubble radius will not cause seismic attributes to change,which is primarily observed because the bubble content has a strong impact on the plume's acoustic velocity,while the bubble radius has a weak impact on the acoustic velocity.The above conclusion provides a theoretical reference for identifying hydrate plumes using seismic methods and contributes to further study on hydrate decomposition and migration,as well as on distribution of the methane bubble in seawater.LI Canping GOU Limin YOU Jiachun 2017Journal of Ocean University of China2017,16,2:4

11Forward modeling and inversion of the relation model between the gas content of plume and its seismic attribute显示文摘The methane bubble plume attracts interest because it offers direct evidence of seafloor gas leakage and plays an indirect role in the exploration and identification of natural gas hydrate.In this study,based on established plume models and their migration sections,three amplitude-class attributes were extracted from three formations for the migration sections of five plumes,and the correlation between the gas content and seismic attribute was obtained.As the gas content increases,the amplitude attribute correspondingly increases,and the linear correlation is relatively good.Moreover,correlation coefficients between gas content and amplitude attributes are close to 1.0.By using linear fitting,the relation model between the gas content of the plume and the seismic attribute was obtained.The relation model was subsequently used to invert the gas content from a real databearing plume.Comparison of the gas content section of the plume with the attribute section and real seismic section reveals common distribution characteristics,namely,the color of the section in the lower right corner is dark.If the amplitude value is large in the seismic section of the real plume,the amplitude attribute value is also large in the corresponding attribute section,and the inverted value of the gas content is also large(because gas content and amplitude are linearly correlated),which indicates that the plume bubbles of the section in the lower right corner is intensively distributed.Finally,the obtained gas content section of the plume can reflect the distribution of the plume bubble content more simply and intuitively,from which the distribution law of seafloor bubbles can be deduced,and this lays a foundation for the further estimation of the gas content of the plume and hydrate reserves.Canping Li Jiachun You Yanchun Tan Fengying Chen Yilin Liu Zihao Guo Xinyu Tian 2021Acta Oceanologica Sinica2021,40,5:1

13The persistent prevalence and evolution of cross-family recombinant coronavirus GCCDC1 among a bat population:a two-year follow-up显示文摘Bats are connected with the increasing numbers of emerging and re-emerging viruses that may break the species barrier and spread into the human population. Coronaviruses are one of the most common viruses discovered in bats, which were considered as the natural source of recent human-susceptible coronaviruses, i.e. SARS-COV and MERS-CoV. Our previous study reported the discovery of a bat-derived putative cross-family recombinant coronavirus with a reovirus gene p10, named as Ro-BatCoV GCCDC1. In this report, through a two-year follow-up of a special bat population in one specific cave of south China, we illustrate that Ro-BatCoV GCCDC1 persistently circulates among bats. Notably, through the longitudinal observation, we identified the dynamic evolution of Ro-BatCoV GCCDC1 in bats represented by continuously recombination events. 15Effect of inguinal hernia on the thickness and blood flow of spermatic cord in boys显示文摘Objective To evaluate the effect of inguinal hernia(IH)on the spermatic cord using spermatic cord ultrasonography(SCU).Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,boys with IH who received SCU at the start of open herniorrhaphy(OH)were enrolled in this study.The age and weight at SCU,width of the spermatic cord(SC-W),peak systolic velocity(PSV)in the spermatic artery(SA-PSV)and velocity in the pampiniform plexus(PP-V),and the interval between the initial and the second OH in boys with metachronous inguinal hernia(MIH)were recorded,and the relationship among them was studied.Boys with unilateral IH comprised the IH group,and boys with MIH comprised the MIH group.Boys with polydactylism served as the control.One-way analysis of variance tested the differences among groups.Spearman’s r tested the relationship between SC-W in the MIH group and the interval.results A total of 80 boys were enrolled in this study(IH group 29,MIH group 26,and control group 25).SA-PSV and PP-V in the hernia side were faster and slower than the control,respectively.There was no significant difference in PP-V and SA-PSV of the treated side in the MIH group and in the control group.After herniorrhaphy,SC-W was tapered down to normal size.SC-W,SA-PSV,and PP-V in the treated side were all highly correlated to the interval in a curvilinear manner.Conclusion PSV was positively correlated with SC-W in boys with IH,and PP-V was negatively correlated;herniorrhaphy could reverse the impairment.Shoujiang Huang Canping Li Xiuzhen Yang Jianfeng Liang Dongpi Wang 2019World Journal of Pediatric Surgery2019,2,2:0
