| 5 | Facile one-pot emulsion/sol-gel method for preparing wrinkled silica microspheres显示文摘The present manuscript describes a facile and versatile method for preparing uniform wrinkled silica microspheres with diameters of tens of microns.The method comprises a one-pot emulsion/sol-gel method using silica precursors of organosilane and tetraethoxysilane.By controlling the sol-to-gel transition of the silica precursors,a series of silica microspheres based on uniform emulsion droplets was synthesized by membrane emulsification.The silica microspheres had a variety of surface morphologies ranging from smooth,maze-like wrinkles to polygon-like ravines.It was possible to alter the surface morphologies of the microspheres by controlling the amount of organosilane in the dispersed phase and the amount of ammonia catalyst in the continuous phase of the emulsion.The grooves on the wrinkled microspheres were able to trap polymer nanoparticles of matching size,thereby demonstrating the potential usefulness of the microspheres in separation science and drug delivery. | Yuning Hu Dongxia Hao Fangling Gong Yuanyuan Gao Xingran Yan Guanghui Ma | 2021 | Particuology2021,19,3: | 2 |

| 11 | Upper Paleozoic total petroleum system and geological model of natural gas enrichment in Ordos Basin, NW China显示文摘Based on the analysis of Upper Paleozoic source rocks, source-reservoir-caprock assemblage, and gas accumulation characteristics in the Ordos Basin, the gas accumulation geological model of total petroleum system is determined. Then, taking the Carboniferous Benxi Formation and the Permian Taiyuan Formation and Shanxi Formation as examples, the main controlling factors of gas accumulation and enrichment are discussed, and the gas enrichment models of total petroleum system are established. The results show that the source rocks, faults and tight reservoirs and their mutual coupling relations control the distribution and enrichment of gas. Specifically, the distribution and hydrocarbon generation capacity of source rocks control the enrichment degree and distribution range of retained shale gas and tight gas in the source. The coupling between the hydrocarbon generation capacity of source rocks and the physical properties of tight reservoirs controls the distribution and sweet spot development of near-source tight gas in the basin center. The far-source tight gas in the basin margin is mainly controlled by the distribution of faults, and the distribution of inner-source, near-source and far-source gas is adjusted and reformed by faults. Generally, the Upper Paleozoic gas in the Ordos Basin is recognized in four enrichment models: inner-source coalbed gas and shale gas, inner-source tight sandstone gas, near-source tight gas, and far-source fault-transported gas. The stability and spatio-temporal structures of emulsions, as well as nano-structures formed on the surface of microspheres after polymerization, are affected by the molecular emulsifier/stabilizer structures and the adsorbed emulsifier/stabilizer nano-structures on the oil/water interface. The broad size distribution and variation of surface features of droplets are responsible for variations of the adsorbed emulsifier/stabilizer structures and the stability of the emulsions.On the other hand, preparation of a uniformly sized emulsion and employment of a combined emulsifier/stabilizer system can preserve the stability of the emulsions and microspheres. | 15 | A Comprehensive Evaluation Method for Sensing Characteristics of Multi-Peak Terahertz Metamaterials Sensor in Polarization Mode显示文摘In this study,the multi-peak terahertz metamaterials sensors are designed and fabricated,whose structures are the asymmetrical single split ring(SSR)and three split rings(TSR).The resonant formation and sensing mechanism of the two structures are investigated by using the finite-difference time-domain(FDTD)method.Vitamin B6(VB6)and its reactants with bovine serum protein(BSA)are tested as the medium,and the sensing experiments of the SSR and TSR are carried out.The experimental and simulation results indicate the consistent law,which is the sensitivity of the resonance in the transverse magnetic(TM)mode is much greater than that in the transverse electric(TE)mode.According to the weighted average method and the law for unequal precision measuring,the quality factor of the resonance is used as the weighting coefficient to calculate the comprehensive evaluation parameter(CEP)of the multi-peak metamaterials sensors in the TE and TM modes based on the experimental data.When the CEP and frequency shifts are as the evaluation parameter in experiments,the law’s variation of the CEP is consistent with that of the frequency shift,indicating that it is feasible to characterize the sensing characteristics of metamaterials with the CEP,which presents simplified characteristics of multi-peak metamaterials at different polarization modes.The method implies that the different influencing factors may be integrated into the CEP with the idea of weight,which promotes the practical application of the metamaterials sensor.The revelation of the sensing law also provides a method for the design of the terahertz metamaterials sensor with the high sensitivity. | Yuee WANG Dongxia LI Huiwen LUO Zhi LI Fangrong HU Huo ZHANG Lingyao YU | 2023 | Photonic Sensors2023,13,4: | 0 |
| 16 | Identification and evaluation of shale oil micromigration and its petroleum geological significance显示文摘Taking the Lower Permian Fengcheng Formation shale in Mahu Sag of Junggar Basin,NW China,as an example,core observation,test analysis,geological analysis and numerical simulation were applied to identify the shale oil micro-migration phenomenon.The hydrocarbon micro-migration in shale oil was quantitatively evaluated and verified by a self-created hydrocarbon expulsion potential method,and the petroleum geological significance of shale oil micro-migration evaluation was determined.Results show that significant micro-migration can be recognized between the organic-rich lamina and organic-poor lamina.The organic-rich lamina has strong hydrocarbon generation ability.The heavy components of hydrocarbon preferentially retained by kerogen swelling or adsorption,while the light components of hydrocarbon were migrated and accumulated to the interbedded felsic or carbonate organic-poor laminae as free oil.About 69% of the Fengcheng Formation shale samples in Well MY1 exhibit hydrocarbon charging phenomenon,while 31% of those exhibit hydrocarbon expulsion phenomenon.The reliability of the micro-migration evaluation results was verified by combining the group components based on the geochromatography effect,two-dimension nuclear magnetic resonance analysis,and the geochemical behavior of inorganic manganese elements in the process of hydrocarbon migration.Micro-migration is a bridge connecting the hydrocarbon accumulation elements in shale formations,which reflects the whole process of shale oil generation,expulsion and accumulation,and controls the content and composition of shale oil.The identification and evaluation of shale oil micro-migration will provide new perspectives for dynamically differential enrichment mechanism of shale oil and establishing a“multi-peak model in oil generation”of shale. | HU Tao JIANG Fujie PANG Xiongqi LIU Yuan WU Guanyun ZHOU Kuo XIAO Huiyi JIANG Zhenxue LI Maowen JIANG Shu HUANG Liliang CHEN Dongxia MENG Qingyang | 2024 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2024,51,1: | 0 |

| 18 | Modified Gexiazhuyu decoction(膈下逐瘀汤加减方)alleviates chronic salpingitis via p38 signaling pathway显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate pharmacodynamic effects of modified Gexiazhuyu decoction(MGXZYD)and explore the underlying mechanism in the treatment of chronic salpingitis METHODS:Chronic salpingitis model rats were firstly constructed and the blood was collected to detect the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity.Rat oviduct were collected to evaluate the macroscopic damage and the pathological injury and fibrosis of oviduct by hematoxylin-eosin(HE)and Masson staining.Elisa assay was to detect the production interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in serum and collagen I(COL-1),matrix metalloprotein 9(MMP-9),tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases 1(TIMP-1)in oviduct tissue.And immunohistochemical staining with MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in oviduct tissue were examined.Western blot was used to detect the expressions of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinases(p38MAPK),phosphop38MPAK(p-p38MPAK),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)in oviduct.The expression ofα-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA),p-p38MPAK,in oviduct tissue were detected by immunofluorescence method.The m RNA of p-p38MAPK,α-SMA,COL-1,MMP-9,TIMP-1 was measured by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS:Rats administrated with MGXZYD demonstrated decreased the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity.MGXZYD obviously improved the tubal wall thickening,swelling and pelvic adhesion.And HE and Masson staining showed MGXZYD improved the pathological injury and fibrosis of oviduct.The results of MTT assay and flow cytometry indicated that MGXZYD could decreased the NIN-3T3 cells viability and improved the apoptosis.Besides,MGXZYD inhibited the protein and/or m RNA of TGF-β1,IL-1β,COL-1,α-SMA,pp38MAPK expressions and increased the production of MMP-9/TIMP-1.CONCLUSION:MGXZYD could prevent the progression of chronic salpingitis by inhibited the fibrocyte and inflammation which via inhibited the p38 MAPK signaling pathway. | HU Xijiao LI Shuoxi YANG Dongxia GU Na LIU Jinzhe WANG Yawen LIU Li SUN Yiming | 2022 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2022,42,2: | 0 |
