1Experimental Study of Corner Stall in a Linear Compressor Cascade显示文摘In order to gain a better knowledge of the mechanisms and to calibrate computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tools including both Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) and large eddy simulation (LES),a detailed and accurate experimental study of corner stall in a linear compressor cascade has been carried out.Data are taken at a Reynolds number of 382 000 based on blade chord and inlet velocity.At first,inlet flow boundary layer is surveyed using hot-wire anemometry.Then in order to investigate the effects of incidence,measurements are acquired at five incidences,including static pressures on both blade and endwall surfaces measured by pressure taps and the total pressure losses of outlet flow measured by a five-hole pressure probe.The maximum losses as well as the extent of losses of the corner stall are presented as a function of the investigated incidences.MA Wei OTTAVY Xavier LU Lipeng LEBOEUF Francis GAO Feng 2011Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2011,24,3:8
2A new free-hand pedicle screw placement technique with reference to the supraspinal ligament显示文摘We sought to compare the safety and accuracy of a new free-hand pedicle screw placement technique to that of the conventional technique.One hundred fifty-three consecutive adult patients with simple fracture in the thoracic or/and lumbar spine were alternately assigned to either the new free-hand or the conventional group.In the new free-hand technique group,preoperative computerized tomography(CT) images were used to calculate the targeted medial-lateral angle of each pedicle trajectory and the pedicle screw was inserted perpendicular to the corresponding supraspinal ligament.In the conventional technique group,the medial-lateral and cranial-caudal angle of each pedicle trajectory was determined by intraoperatively under fluoroscopic guidance.The accuracy rate of pedicle screw placement,the time of intraoperative fluoroscopy,the operating time and the amount of blood loss during operation were respectively compared.All screws were analyzed by using intraoperative radiographs,intraoperative triggered electromyography(EMG) monitoring data,postoperative CT data and clinical outcomes.The accuracy rate of pedicle screw placement in the new free-hand technique group and the conventional technique group was 96.3% and 94.2%(P < 0.05),respectively.The intraoperative fluoroscopy time of the new technique group was less than that of the conventional technique group(5.37 seconds vs.8.79 seconds,P < 0.05).However,there was no statistical difference in the operating time and the amount of blood loss during operation(P > 0.05).Pedicle screw placement with the free-hand technique which keeps the screw perpendicular to the supraspinal ligament is an accurate,reliable and safe technique to treat simple fracture in the thoracic or lumbar spine.Juming Li Hong Zhao Hao Xie Lipeng Yu Jifu Wei Min Zong Feng Chen Ziqiang Zhu Ning Zhang Xiaojian Cao 2014The Journal of Biomedical Research2014,28,1:7

6Investigation on overvoltage caused by vacuum circuit breaker switching off shunt reactor in offshore wind farms显示文摘The multiple reignitions of vacuum circuit braker(VCB)while switching off the shunt reactor in an offshore wind farm(OWF)would produce a high overvoltage.The post-arc process of ion movement in the vacuum interrupter is analysed.Considering the sheath growth and ion concentration variation,the expression for dielectric recovery strength inside the VCB interrupter is derived.A novel VCB model is implemented in the environment of electromagnetic transient programme based on the new reignition criterion.Then,the switching overvoltage is computed and analysed in detail.For the OWF with high rising rate of transient recovery voltage,the sheath growth must be considered in the VCB model;otherwise,the overvoltage may be underestimated.Using resistor–capacitor(RC)snubber,a new installation scheme is proposed to suppress the overvoltage in the OWF.The results indicate that the proposed scheme can not only reduce the peak and steepness of overvoltage but also damp the high-frequency oscillation.It would not affect the steady-state operation of OWF.Besides,the capacitor of RC snubber normally does not bear the electric stress,and its life expectancy would be greatly enhanced.Zhi Zheng Qiuqin Sun Jianlan Yang She Chen Feng Wang Lipeng Zhong 2022High Voltage2022,7,5:2

9An Efficient Certificateless Aggregate Signature Scheme Designed for VANET显示文摘The Vehicular Ad-hoc Network(VANET)is the fundamental of smart transportation system in the future,but the security of the communication between vehicles and vehicles,between vehicles and roadside infrastructures have become increasingly prominent.Certificateless aggregate signature protocol is used to address this security issue,but the existing schemes still have many drawbacks in terms of security and efficiency:First,many schemes are not secure,and signatures can be forged by the attacker;Second,even if some scheme are secure,many schemes use a large number of bilinear pairing operation,and the computation overhead is large.At the same time,the length of the aggregated signature also increases linearly with the increase of user numbers,resulting in a large communication overhead.In order to overcome the above challenges,we propose a new certificateless aggregate signature scheme for VANET,and prove the security of the scheme under the random oracle model.The new scheme uses pseudonym to realize the conditional privacy protection of the vehicle’s information.The new scheme does not use bilinear pairing operation,and the calculation efficiency is high.At the same time,the length of the aggregate signature of the new scheme is constant,thereby greatly reducing the communication and storage overhead.The analysis results demonstrate that the new scheme is not only safer,but also superior in performance to the recent related schemes in computation overhead and communication cost.Cui Li Gang Wu Lipeng Xing Feng Zhu Liang Zhao 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,5:1
10All-fiber generation of arbitrary cylindrical vector beams on the first-order Poincare sphere显示文摘We propose a linear mapping relationship between the polarization of the fundamental mode and the cylindrical vector(CV)modes on the first-order Poincaresphere(FOPS)in fiber.The new method is based on the fourdimensional complex Jones matrices in terms of the linearly polarized mode bases.With our theoretical model,an all-fiber approach to generate arbitrary CV beams on the FOPS is proposed theoretically and verified experimentally.In the experiment,through the combination of a mode converter and a two-segment cascaded few-mode fiber with fixed stresses,it is possible to generate all CV modes on the FOPS by only adjusting the polarization of the fundamental mode.The Stokes parameters of the output light are measured to verify our scheme,which shows good agreement with the theoretical prediction.The method may provide a convenient way to generate CV beams and evolve the polarization states in any path on the FOPS,which is expected to have potential applications in encoding information and quantum computation.LIPENG FENG YAN LI SIHAN WU XUN GUAN CHEN YANG WEIJUN TONG WEI LI JIFANG QIU XIAOBIN HONG YONG ZUO HONGXIANG GUO ERHU CHEN JIAN WU 2020Photonics Research2020,8,8:1
11Parameter study on numerical simulation of corner separation in LMFA-NACA65 linear compressor cascade显示文摘Large-eddy simulation(LES) is compared with experiment and Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS), and LES is shown to be superior to RANS in reproducing corner separation in the LMFA-NACA65 linear compressor cascade, in terms of surface limiting streamlines,blade pressure coefficient, total pressure losses and blade suction side boundary layer profiles. However, LES is too expensive to conduct an influencing parameter study of the corner separation.RANS approach, despite over-predicting the corner separation, gives reasonable descriptions of the corner separated flow, and is thus selected to conduct a parametric study in this paper. 15Transformation of Coal Gangue to Sodalite and Faujasite Using Alkali-hydrothermal Method显示文摘The coal gangue as the only source of silicon and aluminum was employed to synthesize sodalite and faujasite using hydrothermal method,which directly treated the mixture of pre-treated coal gangue and NaOH solution under hydrothermal environment.X-ray powder diffraction analysis(XRD),thermogravimetry analysis(TG)and differential thermogravimetry analysis(DTG),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),N_(2)adsorption-desorption technique,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),etc.were used to characterize the samples.Cd^(2+) ion was used to evaluate the heavy metal ions removal performance of the samples.The experimental results show that the coal gangue,which consists of quartz,calcium feldspar,potassium feldspar and kaolinite,can transform to sodalite and faujasite under alkali-hydrothermal condition at 150 and 180℃,respectively.The as-prepared sodalite and faujasite can effectively remove the simulated Cd2+ion wastewater and actual industrial wastewater containing As^(3+),Cd^(2+),and Cr^(3+)ions,and the good heavy metal ion removal performance of the zeolites is mainly attributed to their low Si/Al ratio and high Na+content.This alkali-hydrothermal method appears to be a simple and efficient method for transformation of coal gangue to high purity zeolites.WANG Cheng FENG Kai WANG Lipeng YU Qianru DU Fuling LI Yan YU Kaining 2023Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,6:0
16Synthesis of DNP-modified GM3-based anticancer vaccine and evaluation of its immunological activities for cancer immunotherapy显示文摘Tumor-associated carbohydrate antigens(TACAs) are attractive targets for vaccine development. In this context, we described a strategy combining artificial TACA and glycoengineering for cancer vaccine development. A 2,4-ditrophenyl(DNP)-modified GM3 intermediate was synthesized chemoenzymatically and conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin(KLH), and the resulting bioconjugate was tested for its potential as a vaccine candidate. Mice immunological studies revealed that the DNP-modified GM3(GM3-NHDNP) analog elicited strong and rapid immune responses by recruiting anti-DNP antibodies to facilitate the targeted delivery of the vaccine construct to antigen processing cells(APCs).
