1Synthesis and Device Applications of High-Density Aligned Carbon Nanotubes Using Low-Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition and Stacked Multiple Transfer显示文摘For nanotube-based electronics to become a viable alternative to silicon technology,high-density aligned carbon nanotubes are essential.In this paper,we report the combined use of low-pressure chemical vapor deposition and stacked multiple transfer to achieve high-density aligned nanotubes.By using an optimized nanotube synthesis recipe,we have achieved high-density aligned carbon nanotubes with density as high as 30 tubes/μm.In addition,a facile stacked multiple transfer technique has been developed to further increase the nanotube density to 55 tubes/μm.Furthermore,high-performance submicron carbon nanotube field-effect transistors have been fabricated on the high-density aligned nanotubes.Before removing the metallic nanotubes by electrical breakdown,the devices exhibit on-current density of 92.4μA/μm and normalized transconductance of 13.3μS/μm.Moreover,benchmarking with the aligned carbon nanotube transistors in the literature indicates that our devices exhibit the best performance so far,which is attributed to both the increased nanotube density and scaling down of channel length.This study shows the great potential of using such high-density aligned nanotubes for high performance nanoelectronics and analog/RF applications.Chuan Wang Koungmin Ryu Lewis Gomez De Arco Alexander Badmaev Jialu Zhang Xue Lin Yuchi Che Chongwu Zhou 2010Nano Research2010,3,12:3
2Measurement of Temperature and Residual Strain during Fatigue of a CFRP Composite Using Fiber Bragg Grating Sensors显示文摘Fatigue behaviour has important implications for engineering composite structures in sectors ranging from automotive to aerospace. Optical sensing technology displays excellent performance in these fields for monitoring. In this paper, temperature and residual strain during fatigue of a carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) are investigated. Four autoclaved CFRP beam specimens, with fiber Bragg grating(FBG) sensors and thermocouples embedded at selected locations, are subjected to three-point bending cyclic loading on the BOSE testing machine for fatigue testing. Thermocouples are used to measure the temperature while FBGs can sense the temperature and strain as well. Seven tests in total are conducted at different frequencies, and each test lasts for several days. From the experimental results, transient steep peaks of temperature increases (up to 2.3 ℃) are discovered at the beginning of the load. The following constant temperature increments are around 1.0 ℃, which is not relevant to frequencies from 0.1 Hz to 20 Hz and suspected due to fatigue. Residual strains of 1×10?5-2×10?5 during fatigue, fading away rapidly when unloading, are also reported. Embedded FBGs here are validated to sense temperature and strains in composite structures, which demonstrates promising potentials in structure monitoring fields. 12An Investigation Report on Production Conditions of Sugarcane in Guangxi in 2016显示文摘To predict and assess production conditions of sugarcane in Guangxi in 2016,by using methods of field survey and data collection,the seedling situation,breed structure,planting area,planting period,plant diseases and insect pests of sugarcane in six major sugarcane producing cities of Guangxi were surveyed. The results show that the overall situation of sugarcane seedlings in Guangxi in 2016 became slightly worse than that in 2015,but there were enough good sugarcane seedlings in 2016. The dead heart rate of sugarcane decreased in most sugarcane regions from 2015 to 2016,that is,the comprehensive control of borers gave initial results; the smut infection rate of sugarcane rose from 2015 to 2016 and tended to increase. The situation of decrease in the planting area of sugarcane in three consecutive years was controlled,and the planting area of sugarcane increased slightly from 2015 to 2016. Due to the construction of ' double high' bases,the breed variety of sugarcane in Guangxi was improved further in 2016. 13Enhanced photodetector performance of black phosphorus by interfacing with chiral perovskite显示文摘Heterogeneous stackings of two-dimensional(2D)semiconductors and halide perovskites have attracted much attention owing to their respective superior optoelectronic properties.Black phosphorus(BP),as a unique 2D member with narrow bandgap,high mobility,and strong anisotropy,has never been combined with 2D layered perovskites.Herein,we construct a new BP-based van der Waals heterostructure combing with 2D chiral hybrid perovskite(i.e.,(MBA)_(2)PbI_(4))for promoting the performance and enriching the functionalities of BP.A series of BP characteristics,including carrier mobility,photoresponsivity,and polarization sensitivity,are synergistically enhanced when interfacing with(MBA)_(2)PbI_(4).For instance,the photodetector responsivity and photogain of BP in heterostructures are boosted by almost one order of magnitude with respect to BP alone,which is more obvious under excitation above the bandgap of perovskite.This is because the interfacing perovskite provides an inflow of numerous photogenerated carriers to BP,to reinforce the charge carrier transfer,separation,and transport processes.Additionally,the ability of both linearly and circularly polarized photodetection can be integrated into the BP/(MBA)_(2)PbI_(4)heterostructure.Our work sheds new insight on the heterostructure assembly for promising optoelectronic applications within 2D materials and perovskite families.Yang Cao Congzhou Li Jie Deng Tong Tong Yuchi Qian Guixiang Zhan Xu Zhang Kaiyue HeHuifang Ma Junran Zhang Jing Zhou Lin Wang 2022Nano Research2022,15,8:0
14Elderly smart medicine box based on NB_IOT显示文摘This paper will study and design a smart medicine box for the elderly based on NBIOT Internet of Things technology. The NBIOT has the characteristics of low power consumption, wide coverage and large number of connections, it supports the access of multiple intelligent medicine boxes in the same community[1].The set medication information is transmitted to the smart medicine box terminal through the NBIOT Internet of Things management platform, which sets the medication time and the medication dose. In order to prevent the mistake of taking medicine, the specifi ed medicine is opened by the medicine box electromagnetic lock device at the time of reaching the medication time, In order to remind the number of medications taken by the elderly during the medication, we use the voice module and the weighing module to provide services. At the same time, we installed a semiconductor refrigeration sheet in the medicine drawer of the medicine box, which can adjust the temperature of the medicine box to the set value to prevent the deterioration of the medicine. 15Comprehensive Evaluation of Main Traits of Sugarcane Germplasm Resources with High Sucrose Content显示文摘To evaluate main traits of sugarcane germplasm resources with high sucrose content and provide theoretical foundation for parental selection of sugarcane breeding,taking ROC22 as the control,the one-year plant and ratoon were planted in the field experiment with the collected 42 samples,and evaluation and survey were carried out on the agronomic traits.The results indicated that the effective stems of 35strains including GT07-104,GT08-743,and GT04-1029 were higher than that of ROC22,reaching the significant difference and reached extremely significant difference with GT08-1533.The average Brix of new ratoon of GT02-901,GT07-110 and GT09-53 was the highest in October,close to 21.89%,21.40%and 21.24%respectively,which was 17.3%higher than that of the control R22.The Brix weight of 39 samples including GT04-1001,GT08-898 and GT04-1029 was higher than that of the control group,but the Brix weight of GT02-901,GT08-221,GT07-548 and GT02-237 was lower.In conclusion,in 42 sugarcane germplasm samples with high sucrose,GT07-104,GT04-1029,GT04-1001,GT07-110,GT07-135,GT08-743 and GT07-5A have more effective stems,stronger ratoon ability,and excellent comprehensive earlymaturing traits.In view of characteristics of these samples,these germplasm resources can be used as parental crossing and combination ratio,to select target sugarcane varieties.Hairong HUANG Lin XU Lunwang WANG Hui ZHOU Xiang LI Yuchi DENG Yan JING Shiyun TANG Fang TAN Wu XIAN 2018Asian Agricultural Research2018,10,1:0
16Structural engineering of BaWO_(4)/CsPbX_(3)/CsPb_(2)X_(5)(X=Cl,Br,I)heterostructures towards ultrastable and tunable photoluminescence显示文摘Construction of lead halide perovskite nanocrystals(LHP NCs)heterostructures is essential to obtain highly stable photoluminescence and expand their applications.Herein,a novel self-assembly strategy combining with a solvent-free thermal-assisted synthesis and a water-triggered reaction is developed to subsequently grow BaWO_(4)/CsPbX_(3)/CsPb_(2)X_(5)(X=Cl,Br,I)heterostructures at low nucleation temperature with high crystallinity.The as-obtained ternary BaWO_(4)/CsPbX_(3)/CsPb_(2)X_(5)(X=Cl,Br,I)heterostructures exhibit remarkably enhanced panchromatic emission and ultrastable luminescence ascribing to the low-defect growth based on lattice matching.Stable white light-emitting diodes(WLEDs)have been constructed with a high correlated color temperature(CCT)of 7225 K and luminous efficiency of 74.4 lm·W-1.Ln^(3+)-doped BaWO_(4)/CsPbX_(3)/CsPb_(2)X_(5)(Ln^(3+)=Eu^(3+),Tb^(3+),Dy^(3+),Sm^(3+),Yb^(3+)/Er^(3+))nanocomposites are further designed with excitation-dependent photoluminescence and thermochromic properties,making them excellent candidates for high-level anti-counterfeiting and encryption.This work offers a green and universal approach in assembling CsPbX_(3)(X=Cl,Br,I)on lattice-matched tungstate with adjustable panchromatic emission for versatile optical applications.Peng Liu Yan Xu Bohan Li Yuchi Zhang Hongzhou Lian Jun Lin 2024Nano Research2024,17,3:0
17One-Dimensional(NH=CINH_(3))_(3)PbI_(5)Perovskite for Ultralow Power Consumption Resistive Memory显示文摘Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites(OIHPs)have proven to be promising active layers for nonvolatile memories because of their rich abundance in earth,mobile ions,and adjustable dimensions.However,there is a lack of investigation on controllable fabrication and storage properties of one-dimensional(1D)OIHPs.Here,the growth of 1D(NH=CINH_(3))_(3)PbI_(5)((IFA)_(3)PbI_(5))perovskite and related resistive memory properties are reported.The solution-processed 1D(IFA)_(3)PbI_(5)crystals are of welldefined monoclinic crystal phase and needle-like shape with the length of about 6 mm.They exhibit a wide bandgap of 3 eV and a high decomposition temperature of 206℃.Moreover,the(IFA)_(3)PbI_(5)films with good uniformity and crystallization were obtained using a dual solvent of N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)and dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO).To study the intrinsic electric properties of this anisotropic material,we constructed the simplest memory cell composed of only Au/(IFA)_(3)PbI_(5)/ITO,contributing to a high-compacted device with a crossbar array device configuration.The resistive random access memory(ReRAM)devices exhibit bipolar current-voltage(I-V)hysteresis characteristics,showing a record-low power consumption of~0.2 mW among all OIHP-based memristors.Moreover,our devices own the lowest power consumption and“set”voltage(0.2 V)among the simplest perovskite-based memory devices(inorganic ones are also included),which are no need to require double metal electrodes or any additional insulating layer.They also demonstrate repeatable resistance switching behaviour and excellent retention time.We envision that 1D OIHPs can enrich the low-dimensional hybrid perovskite library and bring new functions to low-power information devices in the fields of memory and other electronics applications.Xuefen Song Hao Yin Qing Chang Yuchi Qian Chongguang Lyu Huihua Min Xinrong Zong Chao Liu Yinyu Fang Zhengchun Cheng Tianshi Qin Wei Huang Lin Wang 2021Research2021,,1:0
