| 1 | 高白细胞性急性白血病 244 例临床分析显示文摘为了解高白细胞性急性白血病(HAL)的临床规律和预后因素。对244例HAL和同期非HAL进行回顾性对照分析。结果显示:发现HAL构成比为8.5%,HAL中急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)较多,在急性髓细胞白血病(AML)中M5占的比例最多,为40.5%。HAL发病时肝、脾、淋巴结肿大,DIC,中枢神经系统白血病(CNSL)较非HAL为多。完全缓解(CR)率为41.4%,低于非HAL的54.2%,早期病死率是23.8%。早期死亡的主要原因是颅内出血,占50%。早期死亡的高危因素有发病时Hb≤40g/L,血小板≤30×109/L,DIC,感染,CNSL。结果显示:HAL完全缓解率低,早期死亡率高,预后差,特别是HAL-AML的早期死亡率明显高于HAL-ALL,要重视其早期处理。 | Shanghai Leukemia Cooperation Group Wang Xiaoqin, Lin Guowei, Wang Jun, et al. | 2 | Load diversity based optimal processing resource allocation for super base stations in centralized radio access networks显示文摘To reduce construction cost and energy consumption of cellular networks,the centralized radio access cellular network infrastructure with a Super BS(CSBS)architecture has been proposed.The CSBS architecture has the advantage that the centralized processing resource can be flexibly organized.However,the problem of low processing resource efficiency caused by load discrepancy of base stations still exists and the processing resource allocation methods for physical layer processing are not suitable for protocol processing.In this article,a framework for protocol processing resource management is designed and a load diversity based processing resource allocation(LDA)algorithm is proposed,which employs dynamic programming with the consideration of load discrepancy.Also,to support large mumber of BSs,a suboptimal algorithm hybrid load diversity based processing resource allocation(H-LDA)is also proposed.Simulation results show that LDA and H-LDA algorithm significantly outperforms the conventional methods,respectively,by more than 60%and 55%in the processing resource efficiency and the performance gap grows with the increasing BS number. | ZHAI GuoWei TIAN Lin ZHOU YiQing SHI JingLin | 2014 | Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,4: | 15 |
| 3 | A Computing Resource Adjustment Mechanism for Communication Protocol Processing in Centralized Radio Access Networks显示文摘The centralized radio access cellular network infrastructure based on centralized Super Base Station(CSBS) is a promising solution to reduce the high construction cost and energy consumption of conventional cellular networks. With CSBS, the computing resource for communication protocol processing could be managed flexibly according the protocol load to improve the resource efficiency. Since the protocol load changes frequently and may exceed the capacity of processors, load balancing is needed. However, existing load balancing mechanisms used in data centers cannot satisfy the real-time requirement of the communication protocol processing. Therefore, a new computing resource adjustment scheme is proposed for communication protocol processing in the CSBS architecture. First of all, the main principles of protocol processing resource adjustment is concluded, followed by the analysis on the processing resource outage probability that the computing resource becomes inadequate for protocol processing as load changes. Following the adjustment principles, the proposed scheme is designed to reduce the processing resource outage probability based onthe optimized connected graph which is constructed by the approximate Kruskal algorithm. | 20 | Chiral effect on Aβ fibrillation from molecular-scale to nanoscale显示文摘β-Amyloid(Aβ)peptide fibrillation,one of the characteristic hallmarks of Alzheimer’s disease,is determined by many interfacial physical-chemical factors,e.g.,charge,hydrophobicity,etc.Despite extensive research,chiral effect in different-scales on the fibrillation process of Aβremains unclear.Herein,molecular-scale,sub-nanoscale,and nanoscale chiral-structures were constructed to investigate their chiral effect on the fibrillation of Aβ_(40) peptides.Chiral structures from molecular-scale to nanoscale were obtained from the different periods of the chemosynthesis process of chiral ZnS quantum-dots(QDs),confirmed by real-time monitoring of circular dichroism spectra.For molecular-scale,both L-penicillamine(L-P)and D-P ligands accelerated the fibrillation of Aβ_(40),and the speed-up effect of D-P was slightly stronger than L-P.For sub-nanoscale,both two chiral Zncomplexes(L-Zn and D-Zn)induced the agglomeration of Aβ_(40) without chirality discrimination.For nanoscale,both L-ZnS and DZnS QDs inhibited the fibrillation of Aβ_(40),and the inhibition effect of L-ZnS was notably better than that of D-ZnS.In-situ kinetics experiments of Aβ_(40) co-incubated with two chiral QDs demonstrated that L-ZnS completely prevents the misfolding of Aβ_(40) from unfolded toβ-sheet,while D-ZnS cannot achieve this.Further site-replacement experiments and simulation results revealed the underlying molecular mechanisms of the different inhibition efficiency of chiral ZnS QDs on Aβ_(40) fibrillation,which mainly attribute to the stereoselectivity interaction between the chiral ligands of ZnS QDs and electro-positive amino acid residues(R5,K16,and K28)of Aβ_(40).This work offers a microscopic insight of chiral effect on Aβfibrillation exerted by structures in different-scales,and provides a guidance in precise regulation of protein fibrillation via manipulating chiral structures in different-scales. | Guanbin Gao Guowei Zhu Liangchong Yu Zijun Zhang Ting Zhang Xinglin Liu Cheng Zhang Lin Zhou Taolei Sun | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,7: | 0 |
