2Effectiveness and safety of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE50)in the treatment of dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis:a multi-center,double-blind,randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE50)in the treatment of dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis.METHODS:This was a multi-center,double-blind,double-dummy,positive-controlled,parallel randomized controlled clinical trial with 1∶1 allocation.We recruited 404 patients with dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis(blood stasis symptom pattern)in 10 hospitals in China.GBE50 group received GBE50 and Naoxinqing tablet(NXQ)of mimetic agent,control group received NXQ and GBE50 of mimetic agent.The main outcome was Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom pattern score of blood stasis after 6 weeks.The secondary outcomes were changes in the dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)score,vertigo visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the university of California vertigo questionnaire(UCLA-DQ)score and single-item symptom score of TCM from baseline to 2,4 and 6 weeks.Safety indicators included the incidence of adverse events,severe adverse events and laboratory examination including blood routine,liver function,renal function,and so forth.RESULTS:The total effective rate of TCM symptom pattern score in the GBE50 group after 6 weeks of treatment was higher than that in the control group,the difference in rate was statistically significant(92.67%vs 83.07%,P=0.004).Compared with the control group,there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(9.95%vs 14.85%,P=0.136).CONCLUSION:The treatment of dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis with GBE50 is effective,safe and reliable.SHA Rina TANG Lu DU Yawei WU Shengxian SHI Huawei ZOU Hongxin ZHANG Xuran DONG Xinglu ZHOU Li 2022Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2022,42,1:5
3Polymer nanoparticles as adjuvants in cancer immunotherapy显示文摘Immunotherapy is a promising strategy to inhibit cancer progression viaactivation of the immune system. In immunotherapy, adjuvants as immunologicstimulants or delivery systems play a critical role in inducing the antitumorimmune response and decreasing the side effects of immune stimulants. Polymernanoparticles have attracted increasing attention as an indispensable componentof immunotherapy, owing to their favorable properties, such as excellentbiocompatibility and biodegradability, flexible size, high activity as immunestimulants, large surface area for binding multivalent immune ligands, and highloading capacity for immune-related components. In cancer immunotherap^polymer nanoparticles can protect cargo from the surrounding milieu, deliverthe antigens and immunostimulatory molecules to antigen-presenting cells,or stimulate robust T cell response. 4Recent advances in metal-organic frameworks for catalytic CO_(2) hydrogenation to diverse products显示文摘Selective hydrogenation of CO_(2) to high value-added chemicals,not only gives an effective way to reduce the concentration of CO_(2),but also provides the precursors to advance the industrial manufacturing of chemicals and fuels.With the well-defined reticular frameworks and flexible modifiability,metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)can be the ideal platform to construct the enabled catalysts for CO_(2) hydrogenation,because they have shown the great potential for the enhancement of catalytic activity,the precise control of selectivity,and the excellent stability.In this review,we systematically summarize the recent advances in MOFs based catalysts for CO_(2) hydrogenation towards diverse products.Firstly,synthesis strategies for different kinds of MOFs based catalysts are described.Secondly,selective hydrogenation of CO_(2) towards CO and methane is discussed over various metal nanoparticles/MOFs composites.Thirdly,heterogenization and isolation of molecular catalysts by MOFs are elaborated for producing formic acid.Fourthly,selective hydrogenation of CO_(2) toward methanol is discussed in terms of interface structures of Cu,Zn,and metal nodes of MOFs,the synergy between auxiliary sites and noble metal,and tandem catalytic systems of molecular catalysts and Lewis acid sites.Subsequently,the integration of multiple metal sites,promoters,and cocatalysts into MOFs is described for the selective hydrogenation of CO_(2) to C2+products.After those,the key issue about the stability of MOFs based catalysts for CO_(2) hydrogenation reaction is discussed.Finally,the summary and perspective about MOFs based catalysts for selective CO_(2) hydrogenation and mechanism research are proposed.Shengxian Shao Chengqian Cui Zhiyong Tang Guodong Li 2022Nano Research2022,15,12:2

6Micromagnetic studies of perpendicular recording FePt media with controllable grain size distributions显示文摘A 3-dimensional (3D) micromagnetic model combined with Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) method was built up to study the writability in the L10 FePt perpendicular medium. The effects of controllable grain size distributions were studied by grain growth simulation. 19Research progress on isotopic fractionation in the process of shale gas/coalbed methane migration显示文摘The research progress of isotopic fractionation in the process of shale gas/coalbed methane migration has been reviewed from three aspects: characteristics and influencing factors, mechanism and quantitative characterization model, and geological application. It is found that the isotopic fractionation during the complete production of shale gas/coalbed methane shows a four-stage characteristic of “stable-lighter-heavier-lighter again”, which is related to the complex gas migration modes in the pores of shale/coal. The gas migration mechanisms in shale/coal include seepage, diffusion, and adsorption/desorption. Among them, seepage driven by pressure difference does not induce isotopic fractionation, while diffusion and adsorption/desorption lead to significant isotope fractionation. The existing characterization models of isotopic fractionation include diffusion fractionation model, diffusion-adsorption/desorption coupled model, and multi-scale and multi-mechanism coupled model. Results of model calculations show that the isotopic fractionation during natural gas migration is mainly controlled by pore structure, adsorption capacity, and initial/boundary conditions of the reservoir rock. So far, the isotope fractionation model has been successfully used to evaluate critical parameters, such as gas-in-place content and ratio of adsorbed/free gas in shale/coal etc. Furthermore, it has shown promising application potential in production status identification and decline trend prediction of gas well. Future research should focus on:(1) the co-evolution of carbon and hydrogen isotopes of different components during natural gas migration,(2) the characterization of isotopic fractionation during the whole process of gas generation-expulsion-migration-accumulation-dispersion, and(3) quantitative characterization of isotopic fractionation during natural gas migration in complex pore-fracture systems and its application.LI Wenbiao LU Shuangfang LI Junqian WEI Yongbo ZHAO Shengxian ZHANG Pengfei WANG Ziyi LI Xiao WANG Jun 2022Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,5:1
