1Evolution of boundary layer ozone in Shijiazhuang,a suburban site on the North China Plain显示文摘The structure of the boundary layer affects the evolution of ozone(O3), and research into this structure will provide important insights for understanding photochemical pollution.In this study, we conducted a one-month observation(from June 15 to July 14, 2016) of the boundary layer meteorological factors as well as O3 and its precursors in Luancheng County,Shijiazhuang(37°53′N, 114°38′E). Our research showed that photochemical pollution in Shijiazhuang is serious, and the mean hourly maximum and mean 8-hr maximum O3 concentrations are 97.9 ± 26.1 and 84.4 ± 22.4 ppbV, respectively. Meteorological factors play a significant role in the formation of O3. High temperatures and southeasterly winds lead to elevated O3 values, and at moderate relative humidity(40%–50%) and medium boundary layer heights(1200–1500 m), O3 production sensitivity occurred in the transitional region between volatile organic compounds(VOC) and nitrogen oxides(NOx) limitations,and the O3 concentration was the highest. The vertical profiles of O3 were also measured by a tethered balloon. The results showed that a large amount of O3 was stored in the residual layer, and the concentration was positively correlated with the O3 concentration measured the previous day. 2Convergence proof of the DSMC method and the Gas-Kinetic Unified Algorithm for the Boltzmann equation显示文摘This paper investigates the convergence proof of the Direct Simulation Monte Carlo(DSMC) method and the Gas-Kinetic Unified Algorithm in simulating the Boltzmann equation.It can be shown that the particle velocity distribution function obtained by the DSMC method converges to a modified form of the Boltzmann equation,which is the equation of the gas-kinetic unified algorithm to directly solve the molecular velocity distribution function.Their convergence is derived through mathematical treatment.The collision frequency is presented using various molecular models and the local equilibrium distribution function is obtained by Enskog expansion using the converged equation of the DSMC method.These two expressions agree with those used in the unified algorithm.Numerical validation of the converging consistency between these two approaches is illustrated by simulating the pressure driven Poiseuille flow in the slip transition flow regime and the two-dimensional and three-dimensional flows around a circular cylinder and spherical-cone reentry body covering the whole flow regimes from low speed micro-channel flow to high speed non-equilibrium aerothermodynamics.LI Zhi Hui FANG Ming JIANG XinYu WU JunLin 2013Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2013,56,2:10
3Development of Genomic Microsatellite Multiplex PCR Using Dye-Labeled Universal Primer and Its Validation in Pedigree Analysis of Pacific Oyster(Crassostrea gigas)显示文摘There is an increasing requirement for traceability of aquaculture products, both for consumer protection and for food safety. There are high error rates in the conventional traceability systems depending on physical labels. Genetic traceability technique depending on DNA-based tracking system can overcome this problem. Genealogy information is essential for genetic traceability, and microsatellite DNA marker is a good choice for pedigree analysis. As increasing genotyping throughput of microsatellites, microsatellite multiplex PCR has become a fast and cost-effective technique. As a commercially important cultured aquatic species, Pacific oyster Crassostrea gigas has the highest global production. The objective of this study was to develop microsatellite multiplex PCR panels with dye-labeled universal primer for pedigree analysis in C. gigas, and these multiplex PCRs were validated using 12 full-sib families with known pedigrees. Here we developed six informative multiplex PCRs using 18 genomic microsatellites in C. gigas. Each multiplex panel contained a single universal primer M13(-21) used as a tail on each locus-specific forward primer and a single universal primer M13(-21) labeled with fluorophores. The polymorphisms of the markers were moderate, with an average of 10.3 alleles per locus and average polymorphic information content of 0.740. The observed heterozygosity per locus ranged from 0.492 to 0.822. Cervus simulations revealed that the six panels would still be of great value when massive families were analysed. Pedigree analysis of real offspring demonstrated that 100% of the offspring were unambiguously allocated to their parents when two multiplex PCRs were used. 4Thermal studies of novel molecular perovskite energetic material(C_(6)H_(14)N_(2))[NH_(4)(ClO_(4))_(3)]显示文摘(C6H(14)N2)[NH4(ClO4)3] is a newly developed porous hybrid inorganic-organic framework material with easy access and excellent detonation performances,however,its thermal properties is still unclear and severely hampered further applications.In this study,thermal behaviors and non-isothermal decomposition reaction kinetics of(C6H(14)N2)[NH4(ClO4)3] were investigated systematically by the combination of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and simultaneous thermal analysis methods.In-situ FTIR spectroscopy technology was applied for investigation of the structure changes of(C6H(14)N2) NH4(ClO4)3]and some selected referents for better understanding of interactions between different components during the heating process.Experiment results indicated that the novel molecular perovskite structure renders(C6H(14)N2)[NH4(ClO4)3] better thermal stability than most of currently used energetic materials.Underhigh temperature s,the stability of the cage skeleton constructed by NH4^+and ClO4^-ions determined the decomposition process rather than organic moiety confined in the skeleton.The simple synthetic method,good detonation performances and excellent thermal properties make(C6H(14)N2)[NH4(ClO4)3] an ideal candidate for the preparation of advanced explosives and propellants.Jing Zhou Li Ding Fengqi Zhao Bozhou Wang Junlin Zhang 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,2:5

6绵阳市规范管理的精神分裂症患者治疗效果的回顾性分析显示文摘背景在过去的6年里,中国开展r世界t最大规模的重性精神病社区管理治疗项目(简称686项目),但项目实施的效果并未得到详细的评估。目的对参与该项目的精神分裂症患者的临床有效者与临床无效者的特征进行比较。方法从陔顺口的伞同臀记系统电子数据库中,提取2011年在四川省绵阳市(农村人口占60%)参加该项目的精冲分裂症患者的资料,共3090份。根据精神科医生2011年的末次评估,将患者的疗效为“治愈”或“好转”者归为有效组(n=1866).将“无变化”或“加重”者归为无效组(n=1224),比较两组之间的社会人口学特征和治疗特点。收集的资料包括性别、年龄、民族、职业、文化程度、家庭经济状况、婚姻状况、精神疾病家族史、患病时间、参加686项目的时间以及治疗依从性等。;结果单㈧素分析结果显示,除性别、民族和精神疾病家族史外,其他因素的组间差异均有统计学意义。年龄’小、病程短、受教育时间长、家庭经济状况好、治疗依从性好、参与686项目时间短的患者疗效更好。Logistic回归分析结采艟永。服药依从性差、家庭贫困以及参加686项目时间长等因素更多见于疗效“无变化”或“加重”的患者结论治疗依从性差和家庭贫斟严重地影响了686项目的效果。想方设法提高精神疾病患者的治疗依从性,向患者家庭提供綦本的经济支持,将有助于提高该项目的成效。Qingjin LI Xuanyin HUANG Hong WEN Xiaoqiong LIANG Lei LEI Junlin WU 2012上海精神医学2012,24,3:3
7Collection efficiency in a three-dimensional randomly arranged dual-layer granular bed filter显示文摘The dual-layer granular bed filter packed with randomly arranged granules was simulated to study the effects of bed depth of the lower layer of fine granules and the inlet gas velocity on the collection mechanism.The computational results show that the collection efficiency is much better from this granular bed than a single-layer granular bed,especially for particle diameters of 1-10μm.The inlet gas velocity has less effect on the grade collection efficiency of the dual-layer granular bed than of the single-layer granular bed.The dual-layer granular bed provides a high collection efficiency and low pressure drop.The relationship between the grade collection efficiency and the Stokes number(St)based on the inlet gas velocity is obtained.If St is below a threshold,the grade collection efficiency remains stable;if St is in value above threshold,the grade collection efficiency increases linearly with lg(St).As the bed depth of the lower layer of fine granules increases,the threshold for St shifts forward.Junlin Chen Xunfeng Li Xiulan Huai Jingzhi Zhou 2020Particuology2020,18,2:3
8Effect of Aluminum Addition on Microstructure and Properties of SiO_2-B_2O_3-Al_2O_3-CaO Vitrified Bond显示文摘Influence of aluminum addition on the structures and properties of SiO_2-B_2O_3-Al_2O_3-CaO vitrified bond at low sintering temperature and high strength was discussed. FTIR and XRD analyses were used to characterize the structures of the basic vitrified bond with different contents of aluminum. The bending strength and the thermal expansion coefficients were also tested. Meanwhile, the microstructures of composite specimens at sintering temperature of 660 ℃ were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). 9CircRNA expression profiles in decidual tissue of patients with early recurrent miscarriage显示文摘Circular RNAs(circRNAs)are a novel class of endogenous noncoding RNAs that play important roles in gene expression regulation.This study aimed to evaluate the potential role of circRNAs in decidual tissue of patients with early recurrent miscarriage(RM).We constructed circRNA expression profiles in decidual tissue using microarray data.A total of 123 differentially expressed circRNAs,including 78 upregulated and 45 downregulated circRNAs were detected in the early RM group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analysis also revealed the enrichment of specific circRNAs.The verified circRNA-targeted miRNA-mRNA network was constructed,most of the circRNAs harbored miRNA binding sites.The network involved 3 circRNAs,27 microRNAs and 82 mRNAs.Hsa_circRNA_103092-miR-224-PRLR network was selected to verify by qRT-PCR.These results showed that circRNAs are aberrantly expressed in the decidual tissue in early RM patients and play potential roles in the development of early RM.It gives new insights into the mechanism of recurrent miscarriage.Chunli Li Xuemei Chen Xueqing Liu Xiaoli Liu Junlin He Yubin Ding Chao Tong Chuan Peng Yingxiong Wang Rufei Gao 2020Genes & Diseases2020,7,3:3
10A novel sparse feature extraction method based on sparse signal via dual-channel self-adaptive TQWT显示文摘Sparse signal is a kind of sparse matrices which can carry fault information and simplify the signal at the same time.This can effectively reduce the cost of signal storage,improve the efficiency of data transmission,and ultimately save the cost of equipment fault diagnosis in the aviation field.At present,the existing sparse decomposition methods generally extract sparse fault characteristics signals based on orthogonal basis atoms,which limits the adaptability of sparse decomposition.In this paper,a self-adaptive atom is extracted by the improved dual-channel tunable Q-factor wavelet transform(TQWT)method to construct a self-adaptive complete dictionary.Finally,the sparse signal is obtained by the orthogonal matching pursuit(OMP)algorithm.The atoms obtained by this method are more flexible,and are no longer constrained to an orthogonal basis to reflect the oscillation characteristics of signals.Therefore,the sparse signal can better extract the fault characteristics.The simulation and experimental results show that the selfadaptive dictionary with the atom extracted from the dual-channel TQWT has a stronger decomposition freedom and signal matching ability than orthogonal basis dictionaries,such as discrete cosine transform(DCT),discrete Hartley transform(DHT)and discrete wavelet transform(DWT).In addition,the sparse signal extracted by the self-adaptive complete dictionary can reflect the time-domain characteristics of the vibration signals,and can more accurately extract the bearing fault feature frequency.Junlin LI Huaqing WANG Liuyang SONG 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,7:2
11Fracture analysis near the interface crack tip for mode Ⅰ of orthotropic bimaterial显示文摘The mechanical behaviors near the interface crack tip for mode Ⅰ of orthotropic bimaterial are researched. With the help of the complex function method and the undetermined coefficient method, non-oscillatory field if the singularity exponent is a real number, and oscillatory field if the singularity exponent is a complex number are discussed, respectively. For each case, the stress functions are constructed which contain twelve undetermined coefficients and an unknown singularity exponent. Based on the boundary conditions, the system of non-homogeneous linear equations is obtained. According to the necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of solution for the system of non-homogeneous linear equations, the singularity exponent is determined under appropriate condition using bimaterial parameters. Both the theoretical formulae of stress intensity factors and analytic solutions of stress or displacement field near the interface crack tip are given. 12Characteristics of black carbon aerosol in Jiaxing,China during autumn 2013显示文摘We conducted measurements of black carbon(BC) aerosol in Jiaxing,China during autumn from September 26 to November 30,2013.We investigated temporal and diurnal variations of BC,and its correlations with meteorological parameters and other major pollutants.Results showed that hourly mass concentrations of BC ranged from 0.2 to 22.0 μg/m^3,with an average of 5.1 μg/m^3.The diurnai variation of BC exhibited a bimodal distribution,with peaks at 07:00 and 18:00.The morning peak was larger than the evening peak.The mass percentages of BC in PM_(2.5) and PM_(10) were 7.1%and 4.8%,respectively.The absorption coefficient of BC was calculated to be 44.4 Mm^(-1),which accounted for 11.1%of the total aerosol extinction.BC was mainly emitted from local sources in southwestern Jiaxing where BC concentrations were generally greater than 11 μg/m^3 during the measurement period.Correlation analysis indicated that the main sources of BC were motor vehicle exhaust,and domestic and industrial combustion.Lijuan Shen Li Li Sheng Lu Xiaohan Zhang Jie Liu Junlin An Guojun Zhang Bo Wu Fei Wang 2015Particuology2015,13,3:2
13Numerical study of collection efficiency and heat-transfer characteristics of packed granular filter显示文摘The collection mechanism and heat-transfer characteristics of a packed granular filter were investigated using a three-dimensional randomly packed granular filter model. The bridging method was introduced to optimize the grids of contact points between granules. The influences of granular bed depth, gas velocity, and gas temperature on grade collection efficiency were investigated. The results indicated that a decrease of temperature improved collection efficiency when the particle diameter was greater than 5 |xm. The grade collection efficiency maintained a stable value when the Stokes number, St, was less than 0.009, but increased linearly with ig(St) when St > 0.009. A logarithmic mean temperature difference method was used to obtain overall heat-transfer coefficients of gas-solid two-phase flow through the packed granular filter. The results showed that convective heat transfer was enhanced due to the intro-duction of solid particles in the bed. The overall heat-transfer coefficient increased approximately linearly with an increase in particle loading ratio. 17Influence of Sintering Temperature on the Structure and High-temperature Discharge Performance of Li Ni_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)Co_(1/3)O_2 Cathode Materials显示文摘Layered cathode materials of high-temperature lithium batteries, Li Ni1/3Mn1/3Co1/3O2 are synthesized by a sol-gel method with variation in final sintering temperature for borehole applications. The structure, morphology and high-temperature discharge performance of these resulting products are investigated by X-Ray Diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), laser particle size analysis, galvanostatic and pulse discharge. The results of structural analysis indicate that the sample sintered at 800 ℃ has the characteristics of good crystallinity, narrow size distribution and large specific surface area at the same time.
