| 1 | A Combination of N2 and CO2 Adsorption to Characterize Nanopore Structure of Organic-Rich Lower Silurian Shale in the Upper Yangtze Platform, South China: Implications for Shale Gas Sorption Capacity显示文摘The pores in shales are mainly of nanometer-scale,and their pore size distribution is very important for the preservation and exploitation of shale gas.This study focused on the organic-rich Lower Silurian black shale from four wells in the Upper Yangtze Platform,and their TOC,mineralogical composition and pore characterization were investigated.Low pressure N_2 and CO_2 adsorption were conducted at 77.35 K and 273.15 K,respectively,and the pore structures were characterized by modified Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET),Dubinin-Radushkevich(DR),t-plot,BarrettJoyner-Halenda(BJH) and density functional theory(DFT) methods and then the relationship between pore structure and shale gas sorption capacity was discussed.The results indicate that(1) The Lower Silurian shale has high TOC content of 0.92%-4.96%,high quartz content of 30.6%-69.5%,and high clays content of 24.1%-51.2%.The total specific surface area varies from 7.56 m^2/g to 25.86 m^2/g.Both the total specific surface area and quartz content are positively associated with the TOC content.(2)Shale samples with higher TOC content have more micropores,which results in more complex nanopore structure.Micropore volumes/surface areas and non-micropore surface areas all increase with the increasing TOC content.(3) A combination of N_2 and CO_2 adsorption provides the most suitable detection range(~0.3-60 nm) and has high reliability and accuracy for nanopore structure characterization.(4) The TOC content is the key factor to control the gas sorption capacity of the Lower Silurian shale in the Upper Yangtze Platform. | CHEN Lei JIANG Zhenxue LIU Keyu GAO Fenglin WANG Pengfei | 2017 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2017,91,4: | 21 |
| 2 | Dynamic Field Division of Hydrocarbon Migration,Accumulation and Hydrocarbon Enrichment Rules in Sedimentary Basins显示文摘Hydrocarbon distribution rules in the deep and shallow parts of sedimentary basins are considerably different, particularly in the following four aspects. First, the critical porosity for hydrocarbon migration is much lower in the deep parts of basins: at a depth of 7000 m, hydrocarbons can accumulate only in rocks with porosity less than 5%. However, in the shallow parts of basins (i.e., depths of around 1000 m), hydrocarbon can accumulate in rocks only when porosity is over 20%. Second, hydrocarbon reservoirs tend to exhibit negative pressures after hydrocarbon accumulation at depth, with a pressure coefficient less than 0.7. However, hydrocarbon reservoirs at shallow depths tend to exhibit high pressure after hydrocarbon accumulation. Third, deep reservoirs tend to exhibit characteristics of oil (-gas)-water inversion, indicating that the oil (gas) accumulated under the water. However, the oil (gas) tends to accumulate over water in shallow reservoirs. Fourth, continuous unconventional tight hydrocarbon reservoirs are distributed widely in deep reservoirs, where the buoyancy force is not the primary dynamic force and the caprock is not involved during the process of hydrocarbon accumulation. Conversely, the majority of hydrocarbons in shallow regions accumulate in traps with complex structures. The results of this study indicate that two dynamic boundary conditions are primarily responsible for the above phenomena: a lower limit to the buoyancy force and the lower limit of hydrocarbon accumulation overall, corresponding to about 10%-12% porosity and irreducible water saturation of 100%, respectively. These two dynamic boundary conditions were used to divide sedimentary basins into three different dynamic fields of hydrocarbon accumulation: the free fluid dynamic field, limit fluid dynamic field, and restrain fluid dynamic field. The free fluid dynamic field is located between the surface and the lower limit of the buoyancy force, such that hydrocarbons in this field migrate and accumulate under the influence of, for example, the buoyancy force, pressure, hydrodynamic force, and capillary force. The hydrocarbon reservoirs formed are characterized as 'four high,' indicating that they accumulate in high structures, are sealed in high locations, migrate into areas of high porosity, and are stored in reservoirs at high pressure. The basic features of distribution and accumulation in this case include hydrocarbon migration as a result of the buoyancy force and formation of a reservoir by a caprock. The limit fluid dynamic field is located between the lower limit of the buoyancy force and the lower limit of hydrocarbon accumulation overall; the hydrocarbon migrates and accumulates as a result of, for example, the molecular expansion force and the capillary force. The hydrocarbon reservoirs formed are characterized as 'four low,' indicating that hydrocarbons accumulate in low structures, migrate into areas of low porosity, and accumulate in reservoirs with low pressure, and that oil(-gas)-water inversion occurs at low locations. Continuous hydrocarbon accumulation over a large area is a basic feature of this field. The restrain fluid dynamic field is located under the bottom of hydrocarbon accumulation, such that the entire pore space is filled with water. Hydrocarbons migrate as a result of the molecular diffusion force only. This field lacks many of the basic conditions required for formation of hydrocarbon reservoirs: there is no effective porosity, movable fluid, or hydrocarbon accumulation, and potential for hydrocarbon exploration is low. Many conventional hydrocarbon resources have been discovered and exploited in the free fluid dynamic field of shallow reservoirs, where exploration potential was previously considered to be low. | 3 | Detection of Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus in Guangxi Province from 2011 to 2014 and Sequence Analysis of Its M Gene显示文摘Detection of pigs epidemic diarrhea virus( PEDV) was conducted on 331 piglets diarrhea fecal samples collected in Nanning,Yulin and other 12 areas of Guangxi Province from January of 2011 to April of 2014 by the method of reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction( RT-PCR). The results showed that the positive samples of PEDV were 210 and the positive rate was 63. 44%. The clone and sequencing of M gene was carried out on 25 positive samples. PEDV reference strains were selected from Gene Bank to conduct the sequence homology alignment analysis and the phylogenetic tree of M gene. The M gene homology and amino acid sequence identity between 25 isolated strains and 51 reference strains were 96. 0%- 99. 6% and 94. 3%- 99. 6%,respectively. The genetic variation analysis of M gene showed that the genetic relationship of PEDV prevalent strains in Guangxi Province from 2013 to 2014 was close to that of the prevalent strains in Beijing,Anhui,Wuhan,Hebei and Guangdong from 2010 to 2013,and which were far from that of the Chinese early isolates CH / S( Gen Bank number: JN547228),vaccine strain CV777( Gen Bank number: AF353511) and Attenuated DR13( Gen Bank number: JQ023162). | 7 | Multi-level modulation scheme based on PAK algorithm for optical camera communications显示文摘In an optical camera communication(OCC) system, multi-level modulation is essential for data rate enhancement with the finite frame rate of the receiving camera constraint, where the K-means algorithm is widely used as a thresholding scheme. The result of K-means clustering is sensitive to initial cluster centers. In this paper, we propose a multi-level modulation scheme utilizing the pilot-aided K-means(PAK) algorithm. PAK algorithm innovates in both obtaining the state of the stripes propagated through the optical channel under different environments and overcoming the susceptibility of K-means. Our scheme could prompt data rate and improve the performance of OCC. | 13 | Flexible,stretchable,and transparent InGaN/GaN multiple quantum wells/polyacrylamide hydrogel-based light emitting diodes显示文摘Visualization is a direct,efficient,and simple interface method to realize the interaction between human and machine,whereas the flexible display unit,as the major bottleneck,still deeply hinders the advances of wearable and virtual reality devices.To obtain flexible optoelectronic devices,one of the effective methods is to transfer a high-efficient and long-lifetime inorganic optoelectronic film from its rigid epitaxial substrate to a foreign flexible/soft substrate.Additionally,piezo-phototronic effect is a fundamental theory for guiding the design of flexible optoelectronic devices.Herein,we demonstrate a flexible,stretchable,and transparent InGaN/GaN multiple quantum wells(MQWs)/polyacrylamide(PAAM)hydrogel-based light emitting diode coupling with the piezo-phototronic effect.The quantum well energy band and integrated luminous intensity(increased by more than 31.3%)are significantly modulated by external mechanical stimuli in the device.Benefiting from the small Young's modulus of hydrogel and weak Van der Waals force,the composite film can endure an extreme tensile condition of about 21.1%stretching with negligible tensile strains transmitted to the InGaN/GaN MQWs.And the stable photoluminescence characteristics can be observed.Moreover,the hydrogen-bond adsorption and excellent transparency of the hydrogel substrate greatly facilitate the packaging and luminescence of the optoelectronic device.And thus,such a novel integration scheme of inorganic semiconductor materials and organic hydrogel materials would help to guide the robust stretchable optoelectronic devices,and show great potential in emerging wearable devices and virtual reality applications. | Jiwei Chen Jiangwen Wang Keyu Ji Bing Jiang Xiao Cui Wei Sha Bingjun Wang Xinhuan Dai Qilin Hua Lingyu Wan Weiguo Hu | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,6: | 1 |
| 14 | Suspended solid abatement in a conical fluidized bed flocculator显示文摘With the random movement of silica gel beads in a conical fluidized bed, micro-vortices resulting from the fluidization promoted the collision and aggregation of suspended fine kaolin powders. The abatement efficiencies of the suspended fine solids under several hydrodynamic conditions were studied, and a suitable control strategy for operating the conical fluidized bed flocculators was identified. The suspended solids abatement efficiency was found to increase with increasing Camp Number and flocculation time (T), but decreased with the increase of velocity gradient (G) within the range studied in this research (165.1-189.6s-1). The abatement efficiencies were all more than 60% at the range of G = 165-180 s 1 and T = 15-33 s at an initial kaolin solid concentration of 150mg·L-1, polymer aluminum chloride dosage of 60 mg· L -1 and sedimentation time of 20 min. However, the formation of flocs was influenced by the liquid back- mixing. Excessive backmixing caused the breakup of ftocs and resulted in difficulty for the fine powders to aggregate and sediment to the reactor bottom. The results showed that the isolate grew well in rabbit blood agar plate and horse serum tryptone soybean agar( TSA) plate under aerobic condition,which could lead to mortality of mice and were susceptible to cephalosporin antibiotics and fluoroquinolone antibiotics. | 17 | Numerical modelling for leak oil flow in tunnel of the cave storage显示文摘Oil storage in cavern tank is one of the important ways of oil storage.More than 80%of the oil tanks in the cave storage have been used for around 30 years in China and leakage accidents are likely to occur.When it occurs,the motor closing facilities preventing leakage spreading should be set up.The leaking oil flow characteristic in tunnel must be known for setting up the motor closing facilities.Based on the open-channel unsteady flow theory,a numerical model of tank leakage coupling the oil flow in tunnel was developed,and the characteristic line method was used to solve the model under the given initial condition and boundary condition.The variation of the depth and flow rate with time of oil flowing in the tunnel can be obtained.In order to verify the accuracy of model,the measurement data of high accuracy experimental system for unsteady open-channel flow were conducted to compare with the calculation.It fully confirms the high precision of the numerical model and reflects the variation characteristics of each hydraulic parameter in the numerical model of unsteady open channel flow truly.And then,the leaking oil flow characteristic in tunnel was obtained.It is that the farther from the leaking tank,the lower depth and flow rate of the oil in the tunnel revealed.Furthermore,the effect of the size of oil tank crack on the depth and flow rate was investigated.The greater size of crack makes the oil flow rate higher and the oil deeper in the tunnel and flow faster. | Jimiao Duan Huishu Liu Shuo Xu Jiang Li Tingao Shen Keyu Lin Hao Yan | 2021 | Petroleum2021,7,3: | 0 |
| 18 | Cross‑sectional Exploration of the Relationship Between Glutamate Abnormalities and Tic Disorder Severity Using Proton Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy显示文摘Glutamate(Glu)has been reported to be closely related to the pathophysiology of Tic Disorders(TD).By using proton mag-netic resonance spectroscopy(1H-MRS),we aimed to investigate the relationship between in vivo Glu levels and the severity of TD.We performed a cross-sectional study in medication-free patients with TD and healthy controls aged between 5 and 13 years using 1H-MRS at 3 T.First,we measured the Glu levels in both patients and controls and observed the difference in subgroups,including mild TD patients and moderate TD patients.We then examined the correlations between the Glu levels and clinical features of the patients.Finally,we assessed the diagnostic value of 1H-MRS and the influencing factors.Our results show that the Glu levels in the striatum of all patients with TD were not significantly different from those of the healthy controls.Subgroup analysis revealed that the Glu levels in the moderate TD group were higher than those in the mild TD group and healthy controls.The correlation analysis showed that Glu levels are strongly positive correlated with TD severity.The optimal cutoff value of Glu levels to differentiate mild tics from moderate tics was 1.244,with a sensitivity of 88.2%and a specificity of 94.7%.Multiple linear regression models revealed that the severity of TD is one of the important factors that affect Glu levels.We conclude that Glu levels are mainly associated with the severity of tics,thus it could serve as a key biomarker for TD classification. | Juanjuan Hao Xin Zhang Ying Liu Zhongyang Zhang Keyu Jiang Xiao‑Yong Zhang Min Wu | 2023 | Phenomics2023,3,2: | 0 |

To this end, we propose pilot-based stripe area estimation(P-SAE) decoding algorithm, and design a pixels rearrangement(PR) scheme and stripes separation logic decision method(SSLD) to improve the decoding performance under sway or receiving position offset. Finally, we build a practical OCC system and carry out experiments to verify the effectiveness of the decoding algorithm.
