Processing of Ultralow Carbon Pipeline Steels with Acicular Ferrite显示文摘Acicular ferrite microstructure was achieved for an ultralow carbon pipeline steel through the improved thermomechanical control process (TMCP), which was based on the transformation process of deformed austenite of steel.Compared with commercial pipeline steels, the experimental ultralow carbon pipeline steel possessed the satisfied strength and toughness behaviors under the current improved TMCP, although it contained only approximately 0.025% C, which should mainly be attributed to the microstructural characteristics of acicular ferrite. | FurenXIAO MingchunZHAO YiyinSHAN BoLIAO KeYANG | 2004 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2004,20,6: | 4
Abnormal Brain Structure and Function in First-Episode Childhood- and Adolescence-Onset Schizophrenia: Association with Clinical Symptoms显示文摘Dear Editor,Schizophrenia is one of the most complicated and serious psychiatric disorders, and patients often show markedly disrupted structural and functional abnormalities during resting-state imaging scans of the brain. Patients with firstepisode childhood- and adolescence-onset schizophrenia (CAOS) refers to individuals under the age of 18 years whose first episode of illness had occurred before they were 13 years old [1]. The symptoms are similar to adultonset schizophrenia-auditory hallucinations or language deficits and abnormal cognition. However, CAOS patients often present with more severe psychotic symptoms and have a worse prognosis and treatment effect [2]. | Yanhong Xia Dan Lv Yinghui Liang Haisan Zhang Keyang Pei Rongrong Shao Yali Li Yan Zhang Yuling Li Jinghua Guo Luxian Lv Suqin Guo | 2019 | Neuroscience Bulletin2019,35,3: | 4
Hot Deformation Behavior of an As-cast Duplex Stainless Steel显示文摘The hot deformation behavior of an as-cast 0Cr17Mn14Mo2N duplex stainless steel has been studied by hot compression test at the temperature range from 1000℃ to 1200℃, and the strain rates are 0.1 s-1, 1 s-1 and 5 s-1,respectively. It was found that during hot deformation there is only dynamic recovery taking place within the δ-ferrite phase, but the γ-austenite phase undergoes dynamic recrystallization. The activation energy of the steel for hot compression is estimated to be 480 k J/mol. | PingliMAO KeYANG GuoyueSU | 2003 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2003,19,4: | 4
Multi-proxy evidence of environmental change related to collapse of the Liangzhu Culture in the Yangtze Delta,China显示文摘The Liangzhu Culture(5300–4300 cal.a BP)has been regarded as the culmination of the Neolithic Age in the Yangtze Delta and as an archaic state. However, the reason behind the collapse of the Liangzhu Culture remains controversial. Some scholars attributed it to social conflicts or foreign invasions, while others suggested that environmental deterioration, such as cold episodes, inundation and palaeo-typhoon events, disrupted the civilization.Notably, the yellowish silty sediments widely overlying the Liangzhu group sites have been presumed to be one of the vital clues to resolving these issues. The process and cause of their formation are key to understanding the decline in the Liangzhu Culture. In this study, two typical profiles composed of the Liangzhu cultural layer and yellowish silty sediments were collected in Liangzhu Ancient City.Multiple proxies, including pollen, phytoliths and diatoms, along with radiocarbon and optically stimulated luminescence dating and synthesized geochemical evidence from different sediments, were applied to reconstruct ecological and hydrological changes and discuss their linkage to cultural collapse. The regional ecology was typical freshwater wetlands during 4800–4400 cal.a BP,which facilitated rice farming and large-scale architectural engineering in Liangzhu Ancient City.Evidence from microfossils and dating of the yellowish silty sediments indicated that Liangzhu Ancient City was significantly affected by seawater after abandonment during 4300–3400 cal.a BP.Furthermore, geochemical evidence, including trace element and Sr-Nd isotopic compositions, suggested that the primary provenance of the yellowish silt was a mixture of sediments from the Qiantang River,East China Sea,Yangtze River and Yellow River, which had been transported to Liangzhu Ancient City by the Yellow Sea Coastal Current and a marine transgression. Therefore, based on evidence from archaeological sites and numerical simulation in the Yangtze Delta,it was supposed that the short-term accelerated relative sea-level rise at approximately 4400 cal.a BP caused a marine transgression around Taihu Lake, formed a large range of yellowish silty sediments, destroyed rice farming production, and ultimately led to the collapse of the Liangzhu Culture. | Keyang HE Houyuan LU Guoping SUN Xiang JI Yonglei WANG Kaikai YAN Xinxin ZUO Jiangping ZHANG Bin LIU Ningyuan WANG | 2021 | Science China Earth Sciences2021,64,6: | 3
Effect of different milling processes on the mineral distribution in a coal powder显示文摘Coal samples obtained from Wanbei(WB),Pingxiang(PX),Liupanshui(LP),and Datong(DT) mines were pulverized, using either a vibration mill or a ball mill,to different degrees of fineness. The effect of the different grinding methods on the mineral distribution within the pulverized coal was investigated by using proximate analysis, particle size analysis, and float-sink tests. The results show that the ash content in WB,PX,and DT coal increases with increasing particle size overall, while the ash content of the LP coal remain almost the same within each size fraction. In that case the ash in each fraction is similar to that of the raw coal. The ash versus size distributions for the same coal sample milled with the same grinding method to different degrees of fineness are similar. The ash versus size distribution of the coal powder with a 15% screen residue that was prepared with the vibration mill is different from the distribution of a similar sample prepared with a ball mill. The curves also vary between different coal samples. The grinding method has a great influence on the distribution of minerals across the various particle sizes. The float-sink tests and the laser particle size analysis results on PX and DT coal samples show that fines dominate the higher density fractions although the large +2.0 g/cm3 fraction was dominated by coarse particles. The size distribution of the low density fraction and +2.0 g/cm3 density fraction is bimodal. The size distribution of the intermediate density fraction is multimodal. | Hao Juan Zhang Hong Yang Keyang Lu Chao ChenJiabao Li Yanan | 2012 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,2: | 3
AC loss and contact resistance in highly flexible rebco cable for fusion applications显示文摘High Temperature Superconductor(HTS)materials can operate at higher magnetic fields up to 20 T with high critical current and higher operating temperature, compared to low temperature superconductors(LTS).A Highly Flexible REBCO Cable(HFRC)is introduced at the Institute of Plasma Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences(ASIPP);a cabling method that is suitable for REBCO HTS tape having anisotropic material properties in its thin REBCO layer. This type of HTS superconducting cable shows high potential for applications in nuclear fusion. The alternating currents and magnetic fields in tokamak type of fusion magnets, cause AC power losses in such cables, which can provoke instability of the conductor by induced currents and increase the temperature. As a first step in characterizing the electromagnetic(EM)performance of an HFRC cable, the AC loss and contact resistance of the HFRC prototype cable were measured at the University of Twente. The measurements were done in liquid helium(4.2 K)with AC magnetic fields, applied perpendicular to the cable's long axis. The AC loss was measured simultaneously by a calibrated gas flow calorimeter utilizing the helium boil-off method, and by the magnetization method using pick-up coils. For the applied test conditions,no coupling loss could be distinguished as a part of the overall AC loss.It is suggested that this might be explained by the shielding of the conductor interior from the applied magnetic field by the outer tape layer due to the high critical current density of the REBCO tape, leading to a high penetration field. | Zichuan Guo Jinggang Qin R.Lubkemann Keyang Wang Huan Jin Guanyu Xiao Jiangang Li Chao Zhou Arend Nijhuis | 2022 | Superconductivity2022,,2: | 2
Nanomaterial-based strategies in antimicrobial applications:Progress and perspectives显示文摘The dramatic increase of microbial resistances against conventional available antibiotics is a huge challenge to the effective treatment of infectious disease and thus becoming a daunting global threat of major concern, which necessitates the development of innovative therapeutics.Nanomaterial-based antimicrobial strategies have emerged as novel and promising tools to combat lethal bacteria and recalcitrant biofilm, featuring the abilities to evade existing drug resistance-related mechanisms. In this review, recent advances in“state-of-the-art”nanosystems which acting either as inherent therapeutics or nanocarriers for the precise delivery of antibiotics, are comprehensively summarized. Those nanosystems can effectively accumulate at the infectious sites, achieve multifunctional synergistic antibacterial efficacy, and provide controlled release of antibiotics in response to endogenous or exogenous stimulus(e.g.,low pH,enzymes,or illumination).Especially, the nanoplatform that integrated with photothermal/photodynamic therapy(PTT/PDT)can enhance the bacterial destruction and biofilm penetration or ablation. In addition,nanoparticle-based approaches with enzymatically promoting bacterial killing,anti-virulence,and other mechanisms were also involved.Overall, this review provides crucial insights into the recent progress and remaining limitations of various antimicrobial nanotherapeutic strategies, and enlightens the further developments in this field simultaneously, which eventually benefiting public health. | Yi Zhao Long Chen Yanan Wang Xinyu Song Keyang Li Xuefeng Yan Liangmin Yu Zhiyu He | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,12: | 1

Roles of the fibroblast growth factor signal transduction system in tissue injury repair显示文摘Following injury, tissue autonomously initiates a complex repair process, resulting in either partial recovery or regeneration of tissue architecture and function in most organisms. Both the repair and regeneration processes are highly coordinated by a hierarchy of interplay among signal transduction pathways initiated by different growth factors, cytokines and other signaling molecules under normal conditions. However, under chronic traumatic or pathological conditions, the reparative or regenerative process of most tissues in different organs can lose control to different extents, leading to random, incomplete or even flawed cell and tissue reconstitution and thus often partial restoration of the original structure and function, accompanied by the development of fibrosis, scarring or even pathogenesis that could cause organ failure and death of the organism.Ample evidence suggests that the various combinatorial fibroblast growth factor(FGF)and receptor signal transduction systems play prominent roles in injury repair and the remodeling of adult tissues in addition to embryonic development and regulation of metabolic homeostasis. In this review,we attempt to provide a brief update on our current understanding of the roles, the underlying mechanisms and clinical application of FGFs in tissue injury repair. | Keyang Chen Zhiheng Rao Siyang Dong Yajing Chen Xulan Wang Yongde Luo Fanghua Gong Xiaokun Li | 2022 | Burns & Trauma2022,10,1: | 1

Timing fluctuation correction for the front end of a 100-PW laser显示文摘The development of high-intensity ultrafast laser facilities provides the possibility to create novel physical phenomena and matter states. The timing fluctuation of the laser pulses is crucial for pump–probe experiments, which is one of the vital means to observe the ultrafast dynamics driven by intense laser pulses. In this paper,we demonstrate the timing fluctuation characterization and control of the front end of a 100-PW laser that is composed of a high-contrast optical parametric amplifier(seed)and a 200-TW optical parametric chirped pulse amplifier(preamplifier).By combining the timing jitter measurement with a feedback system, the laser seed and preamplifier are synchronized to the reference with timing fluctuations of 1.82 and 4.48 fs,respectively. The timing system will be a key prerequisite for the stable operation of 100-PW laser facilities and provide the basis for potential pump–probe experiments performed on the laser. | Hongyang Li Keyang Liu Xinliang Wang Xingyan Liu Xianze Meng Yanqi Liu Liwei Song Yuxin Leng Ruxin Li | 2023 | High Power Laser Science and Engineering2023,11,4: | 0
DRIB:Interpreting DNN with Dynamic Reasoning and Information Bottleneck显示文摘The interpretability of deep neural networks has aroused widespread concern in the academic and industrial fields. This paper proposes a new method named the dynamic reasoning and information bottleneck(DRIB)to improve human interpretability and understandability. In the method,a novel dynamic reasoning decision algorithmwas proposed to reduce multiply accumulate operations and improve the interpretability of the calculation. The information bottleneck was introduced to the DRIB model to verify the attribution correctness of the dynamic reasoning module. The DRIB reduces the burden approximately 50%by decreasing the amount of computation. In addition,DRIB keeps the correct rate at approximately 93%.The information bottleneck theory verifies the effectiveness of this method, and the credibility is approximately 85%.In addition, through visual verification of this method, the highlighted area can reach 50%of the predicted area, which can be explained more obviously. Some experiments prove that the dynamic reasoning decision algorithm and information bottleneck theory can be combined with each other.Otherwise, the method provides users with good interpretability and understandability, making deep neural networks trustworthy. | Yu Si Keyang Cheng Zhou Jiang Hao Zhou Rabia Tahir | 2022 | 国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2022,,1: | 0
Fabrication of a High-Performance and Reusable Planar Face Mask in Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic显示文摘The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has caused a surge in demand for face masks, with the massive consumption of masks leading to an increase in resource-related and environmental con-cerns.In this work,we fabricated meltblown polypropylene(mb-PP)-based high-performance planar face masks and investigated the effects of six commonly used disinfection methods and various mask-wearing periods on the reusability of these masks. The results show that, after three cycles of treatment using hot water at 70℃ for 30 min, which is one of the most scalable,user-friendly methods for viral disinfection, the particle filtration efficiency(PFE)of the mask remained almost unchanged. After mask wearing for 24 h and subsequent disinfection using the same treatment procedures, the PFE decreased to 91.3%;the average number of bacterial and fungal colonies was assessed to be 9.2 and 51.6 colony-forming units per gram(CFU∙g^(-1)),respectively;and coliform and pyogenic bacteria were not detected. Both the PFE and the microbial indicators are well above the standard for reusable masks after disinfection.Schlieren pho-tography was then used to assess the capabilities of used and disinfected masks during use;it showed that the masks exhibit a high performance in suppressing the spread of breathed air. | Shui Hu Hongchi Tian Shijia Zhang Dan Wang Guozhuo Gong Weihua Yue Keyang Liu Song Hong Rui Wang Qingqing Yuan Yonglai Lu Dong Wang Liqun Zhang Jianfeng Chen | 2022 | Engineering2022,8,2: | 0
