| 1 | 中国妇女妊娠前后单纯服用叶酸对神经管畸形的预防效果显示文摘目的 评价妇女在妊娠前后服用单纯 40 0 μg叶酸增补剂对胎 /婴儿神经管畸形 (NTDs)的预防效果。方法 1993~ 1995年在中国北方的NTDs高发地区和南方的NTDs低发地区妇女增补叶酸的推广项目中 ,共募集从孕前或孕后任何时间开始服药的妇女 130 142名 ,未服药的妇女 1176 89名 ;设计的服药方法从婚检时开始到孕满 3个月为止 ,每天服用单纯叶酸片 40 0 μg ;最后对妇女的分娩结局进行监测并进行预防效果的对比评价研究。结果 服药组妇女生育的胎婴儿中共发现 10 2例NTDs ,对照组胎婴儿中共发现 173例NTDs。末次月经前募集的未服药妇女在孕 2 0周以后分娩的胎婴中NTDs发生率 ,北方为 4 8‰ (16 / 3 318) ,南方为 1 0‰ (2 8/ 2 82 6 5 ) ,而妊娠前后服药妇女组则分别为1 0‰ (13/ 13 0 12 )和 0 6‰ (34/ 5 86 38)。与末次月经前募集的未服药妇女组相比 ,北方服药妇女NTDs发生率明显降低 ,其中依从性大于 80 %的服药组妇女预防率达 85 % (95 %CI为 6 2 %~ 94% ) ,南方地区服叶酸的预防率为 41% (95 %CI为 3 %~ 6 4% )。结论 妇女在妊娠前后每天服用单纯叶酸 40 0 | 李竹 RobertJ Berry 李松 J David Erickson 王红 Cynthia A Moore 赵平 Joseph Mulinare 洪世欣 Lee-Yang C Wong 呼和牧人 Jacqueline Gindler 郝玲 Adolfo Correa 朱慧萍 Elaine Gunter | 2000 | 中华医学杂志2000，80，7： | 185 |
| 2 | A new feathered maniraptoran dinosaur fossil that fills a morphological gap in avian origin显示文摘Recent fossil discoveries have substantially reduced the morphological gap between non-avian and avian dinosaurs, yet avians including Archaeopteryx differ from non-avian theropods in their limb proportions. In particular, avians have proportionally longer and more robust forelimbs that are capable of supporting a large aerodynamic surface. Here we report on a new maniraptoran dinosaur, Anchiornis huxleyi gen. et sp. nov., based on a specimen collected from lacustrine deposits of uncertain age in western Liaoning, China. With an estimated mass of 110 grams, Anchiornis is the smallest known non-avian theropod dinosaur. It exhibits some wrist features indicative of high mobility, presaging the wing-folding mechanisms seen in more derived birds and suggesting rapid evolution of the carpus. Otherwise, Anchiornis is intermediate in general morphology between non-avian and avian dinosaurs, particularly with regard to relative forelimb length and thickness, and represents a transitional step toward the avian condition. | 3 | Resveratrol engages selective apoptotic signals in gastric adenocarcinoma cells显示文摘AIM: To investigate the intracellular apoptotic signals engaged by resveratrol in three gastric adenocarcinoma cancer cell lines, two of which (AGS and SNU-1) express p53 and one (KATO-Ⅲ) with deleted p53. METHODS: Nuclear fragmentation was used to quanti- tate apoptotic cells; caspase activity was determined by photometric detection of cleaved substrates; formation of oxidized cytochrome C was used to measure cytochrome C activity, and Western blot analysis was used to determine protein expression. RESULTS: Gastric cancer cells, irrespective of their p53 status, responded to resveratrol with fragmentation of DNA and cleavage of nuclear lamins A and B and PARP. Resveratrol, however, has no effect on mitochondria-associated apoptotic proteins Bcl-2, Bcl- xl, Bax, Bid or Smac/Diablo, and did not promote sub- cellular redistribution of cytochrome C, indicating that resveratrol-induced apoptosis of gastric carcinoma cells does not require breakdown of mitochondrial membrane integrity. Resveratrol up-regulated p53 protein in SNU-1 and AGS cells but there was a difference in response of intracellular apoptotic signals between these cell lines. SNU-1 cells responded to resveratrol treatment with down-regulation of survivin, whereas in AGS and KATO- Ⅲ cells resveratrol stimulated caspase 3 and cytochrome C oxidase activities. | 5 | Ionospheric longitudinal variations at midlatitudes: Incoherent scatter radar observation at Millstone Hill显示文摘Incoherent scatter radar (ISR) extra-wide coverage experiments during the period of 1978-2011 at Millstone Hill are used to investigate longitudinal differences in electron density. This work is motivated by a recent finding of the US east-west coast difference in TEC suggesting a combined effect of changing geomagnetic declination and zonal winds. The current study provides strong supporting evidence of the longitudinal change and the plausible mechanism by examining the climatology of electron density Ne on both east and west sides of the radar with a longitude separation of up to 40o for different heights within 300-450 km. Main findings include: 1) The east-west difference can be up to 60% and varies over the course of the day, being positive (East side Ne > West side Ne) in the late evening, and negative (West side Ne > East side Ne) in the pre-noon. 2) The east-west difference exists throughout the year. The positive (relative) difference is most pronounced in winter; the negative (relative) difference is most pronounced in early spring and later summer. 3) The east-west difference tends to enhance toward decreasing solar activity, however, with some seasonal dependence; the enhancements in the positive and negative differences do not take place simultaneously. 4) Both times of largest positive and largest negative east-west differences in Ne are earlier in summer and later in winter. The two times differ by 12-13 h, which remains constant throughout the year. 5) Variations at different heights from 300-450 km are similar. Zonal wind climatology above Millstone Hill is found to be perfectly consistent with what is expected based on the electron density difference between the east and west sides of the site. The magnetic declination-zonal wind mechanism is true for other longitude sectors as well, and may be used to understand longitudinal variations elsewhere. | 11 | Incidence of kidney stones in kidney transplant recipients:A systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘AIM To evaluate the incidence and characteristics of kidney stones in kidney transplant recipients. METHODS A literature search was performed using MEDLINE, EMBASE, and Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews from the inception of the databases through March 2016. Studies assessing the incidence of kidney stones in kidney transplant recipients were included. We applied a randomeffects model to estimate the incidence of kidney stones.RESULTS Twenty one studies with 64416 kidney transplant patients were included in the analyses to assess the incidence of kidney stones after kidney transplantation. The estimated incidence of kidney stones was 1.0%(95%CI: 0.6%-1.4%). The mean duration to diagnosis of kidney stones after kidney transplantation was 28 ± 22 mo. The mean age of patients with kidney stones was 42 ± 7 years. Within reported studies, approximately 50% of kidney transplant recipients with kidney stones were males. 67% of kidney stones were calcium-based stones(30% mixed CaO x/CaP, 27%CaO x and 10%CaP), followed by struvite stones(20%) and uric acid stones(13%).CONCLUSION The estimated incidence of kidney stones in patients after kidney transplantation is 1.0%. Although calcium based stones are the most common kidney stones aftertransplantation, struvite stones(also known as 'infection stones') are not uncommon in kidney transplant recipients.
