1Catalytic oxidation of low concentration formaldehyde over Pt/TiO_(2) catalyst显示文摘Formaldehyde(HCHO) is an important indoor pollutant.Catalytic oxidize low concentration HCHO is an effective way to eliminate indoor pollution.In this study,a series of Pt/TiO_(2) catalysts are prepared by impregnation and reduced by NaBH_4.The effects of loading amount of Pt and cry stal type of TiO_(2) on the physical and chemical properties and the catalytic performance in HCHO oxidation reaction are investigated.The results show that the quantity of active site and the oxygen vacancy of catalysts increa sed with increasing Pt content,which is beneficial to promote the further performance of catalysts.Nevertheless,with the further rises of Pt content,the specific surface area further decreases,and the proportion of Pt^(2+) species on the catalyst surface which is significant to catalytic properties also decreases,causing catalytic performance decreases.Compared with the catalyst supporting on rutile,the Pt/α-TiO_(2) catalyst supporting on anatase has larger specific surface area,more Pt^(2+) phase and easier to form oxygen vacancy in the support,which cause better catalytic performance.The catalyst with Pt content of0.1 wt% and supported by anatase TiO_(2) has the best catalytic performance.The HCHO conversion efficiency reaches 98% and 100% at 50℃ and 100 ℃, and the stabilization time is longer than 140 h.Yuan Su Keming Ji Jiayao Xun Kan Zhang Ping Liu Liang Zhao 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,1:6

4The geometric simulation and analysis of the blind growth fold in the overthrust belt of the southern section of the frontier Longmen Mt.during Late Triassic显示文摘The seismic profiles processed by high-resolution display that a blind growth fault-bend fold emerges in depth of seismic exploration area in Dayi in the southern section of the frontier Longmen Mt.This paper presents a detailed structural interpretation to seismic section,then describes the deformed geometry related to the pre-growth strata,the growth strata and the post-growth strata on both limbs of the fold.The computer geometric simulation,based on the model of fault-bend fold,is utilized to stimulate the geometry of the blind growth fold at different sedimentation rates in Dayi.These structural features are subsequently extracted and compared with the actual seismic reflection section.Our research suggests that a low angle overthrust formed during Late Triassic also appears in the southern section of the frontier Longmen Mt.The event of structure took place at the depositional stage of a portion of the middle and upper fourth member of Xujiahe Formation(T3x4),which corresponds to thrusting in the northern section of the frontier Longmen Mt.However,the thrusting displacement here is smaller than one of the northern section.CHEN Wei YANG KeMing LI ShuBin JIAN GaoMing TANG Jin ZHAO Yiao SU Qian 2009Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,8:3
5Ecophysiological responses of two closely related Magnoliaceae genera to seasonal changes in subtropical China显示文摘Aims Plants use a variety of hydraulic strategies to adapt to seasonal drought that differ by species and environmental conditions.The early-diverging Magnoliaceae family includes two closely related genera with contrasting leaf habits,Yulania(deciduous)and Michelia(evergreen),which naturally inhabit temperate and tropi-cal regions,respectively.Here,we evaluate the hydraulic strategy of species from both genera that have been ex situ conserved in a subtropical region to determine how they respond to the novel cool-dry season climatic pattern.Methods We measured ecophysiological traits in five Michelia and five Yulania species conserved in the South China Botanical Garden in both wet and dry season conditions and monitored the whole-year sap flow for four of these species.Important Findings We found that Magnoliaceae species that have been ex situ con-served in a subtropical climate did not suffer from excessive water stress due to the mild drought conditions of the dry season and the ecophysiological adjustments the species made to avoid this stress,which differed by leaf habit.Specifically,deciduous species com-pletely shed their leaves during the dry season,while evergreen species decreased their turgor loss points,dry mass based photo-synthetic rates,stomatal conductance and specific leaf areas(SLAs)compared to wet season measurements.In comparing the two dis-tinct leaf habits during the wet season,the leathery-leaved evergreen species had higher leaf hydraulic conductance and leaf to sapwood area ratios than the papery-leaved deciduous species,while the deciduous species had greater hydraulic conductivity calculated on both a stem and leaf area basis,dry mass based photosynthetic rates,leaf nutrients,SLAs and stomatal sizes than the evergreen species.Interestingly,species from both genera maintained similar sap flow in the wet season.Both photosynthetically active radia-tion and vapour pressure deficit affected the diurnal patterns of sap flow in the wet season,while only vapour pressure deficit played a dominant role in the dry season.This study reveals contrasting hydraulic strategies in Yulania and Michelia species under subtropi-cal seasonal conditions,and suggests that these ecophysiological adjustments might be affected more by leaf habit than seasonality,thus reflecting the divergent evolution of the two closely related genera.Furthermore,we show that Magnoliaceae species that are ex situ conserved in a subtropical climate are hydraulically sound,a finding that will inform future conservation efforts of this ancient family under the threat of climatic change.Hui Liu Liwei Zhu Qiuyuan Xu Marjorie R.Lundgren Keming Yang Ping Zhao Qing Ye 2018Journal of Plant Ecology2018,11,3:2

11Detection of Target Genes in Viable Bacteria and Extracellular DNA Using Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification Assay显示文摘When the loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)assay is used for detecting target genes,DNA extraction is unnecessary in many cases.Simple pretreatment(e.g.heating)is enough to obtain rather sensitive responses.Even test samples without any pretreatment can be used as template.This feature suggests that LAMP is superior to PCR in developing point-of-care test strategies.In this study,using Stx1 gene from E.coli as model,we verified that viable cells,dead cells and extracellular DNA could function as template in the LAMP assay.In the incubation at 63℃,viable bacteria in the LAMP reaction mixture lysed completely within 2 min,providing DNA template for nucleic acid amplification.The Stx1 gene in diluted culture medium,spiked tap water,spiked seawater and real seawater all could be detected,with or without the step of DNA extraction.We found that the complex substances in real sample(e.g.natural seawater)exhibited considerable inhibitory effect on the sensitivity of the LAMP assay.These outcomes are meaningful for building a point-of-care strategy by employing the LAMP assay for environmental monitoring,bio-resource surveys,food safety,etc.in particular those based on environmental DNA.YANG Qianqian ZHANG Xuzhi JIANG Xiaoyu LI Yang ZHAO Jun HAO Zhihui WANG Pingping QU Keming 2020渔业科学进展2020,41,2:0
12Evolution of Meteorological Conditions during a Heavy Air Pollution Event under the Influence of Shallow Foehn in Urumqi, China显示文摘The air pollution in Urumqi which is located on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains in northwestern China,is very serious in winter.Of particular importance is the influence of terrain-induced shallow foehn,known locally as elevated southeasterly gale(ESEG).It usually modulates atmospheric boundary layer structure and wind field patterns and produces favorable meteorological conditions conducive to hazardous air pollution.During 2013-17,Urumqi had an average of 50 d yr-1 of heavy pollution(daily average PM2.5 concentration>150μg m-3),of which 41 days were in winter.The majority(71.4%)of heavy pollution processes were associated with the shallow foehn.Based on microwave radiometer,wind profiler,and surface observations,the surface meteorological fields and boundary layer evolution during the worst pollution episode in Urumqi during 16-23 February 2013 are investigated.The results illustrate the significant role of shallow foehn in the building,strengthening,and collapsing of temperature inversions.There were four wind field patterns corresponding to four different phases during the whole pollution event.The most serious pollution phase featured shallow foehn activity in the south of Urumqi city and the appearance of an intense inversion layer below 600 m.Intense convergence caused by foehn and mountain-valley winds was sustained during most of the phase,resulting in pollutants sinking downward to the lower boundary layer and accumulating around urban area.The key indicators of such events identified in this study are highly correlated to particulate matter concentrations and could be used to predict heavy pollution episodes in the feature.Xia LI Keming ZHAO Shiyuan ZHONG Xiaojing YU Zhimin FENG Yuting ZHONG Ayitken MAULEN Shuting LI 2023Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2023,40,1:0
13Learning Scalable Task Assignment with Imperative-Priori Conflict Resolution in Multi-UAV Adversarial Swarm Defense Problem显示文摘The multi-UAV adversary swarm defense(MUASD)problem is to defend a static base against an adversary UAV swarm by a defensive UAV swarm.Decomposing the problem into task assignment and low-level interception strategies is a widely used approach.Learning-based approaches for task assignment are a promising direction.Existing studies on learning-based methods generally assume decentralized decision-making architecture,which is not beneficial for conflict resolution.In contrast,centralized decision-making architecture is beneficial for conflict resolution while it is often detrimental to scalability.To achieve scalability and conflict resolution simultaneously,inspired by a self-attention-based task assignment method for sensor target coverage problem,a scalable centralized assignment method based on self-attention mechanism together with a defender-attacker pairwise observation preprocessing(DAP-SelfAtt)is proposed.Then,an imperative-priori conflict resolution(IPCR)mechanism is proposed to achieve conflict-free assignment.Further,the IPCR mechanism is parallelized to enable efficient training.To validate the algorithm,a variant of proximal policy optimization algorithm(PPO)is employed for training in scenarios of various scales.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm not only achieves conflict-free task assignment but also maintains scalability,and significantly improve the success rate of defense.ZHAO Zhixin CHEN Jie XIN Bin LI Li JIAO Keming ZHENG Yifan 2024Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2024,37,1:0

19Clinical Report on Californium-252 Neutron Intraluminal Brachytherapy Combined with External Irradiation for Cervical Carcinoma Treatment显示文摘OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effects and complications of californium-252 (252Cf) neutron intraluminal brachytherapy (IBT) combined with external irradiation (El) for treatment of cervical carcinoma. METHODS From December 2000 to December 2004, 128 cases of cervical carcinoma staged intoⅡA-ⅢB according to the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) standards were treated with 2S2Cf neutron IBT using 8-10 Gy per fraction, once a week. The total dose at reference A point was 36-40 Gy in 4-5 fractions. From the second day after 252Cf neutron IBT treatment, the whole pelvic cavity was treated with 60Coγ-ray El, applying 2 Gy per fraction, 4 times per week. After 20-25 Gy of El, the center of the whole pelvic field was blocked with 4 cm of lead in width. The total dose of El was 45-50 Gy. RESULTS The short-term therapeutic effects were CR 95.3% and PR 4.7%. The 3 and 5-year local control rates were 93.5% and 87.9%. The overall 3-year survival rate was 87.5% and for StagesⅡandⅢ, 90.9% and 81.5% respectively; the overall 5-year survival rate was 70% and for StagesⅡandⅢ, 76.2% and 61% respectively. The rate of radiation complications was 4.7% for radiation cystitis, 7.8% for radiation proctitis, 6.3% for vagina contracture and adhesion and 5.5% for protracted radiation proctitis. CONCLUSION An combination of 252Cf neutron IBT with El for treatment of cervical carcinoma can be well -tolerated by cervical carcinoma patients. 20High-throughput measurements of ciprofloxacin, clomipramine and fexofenadine hydrochlorides with an 8-channel electrical titrator显示文摘High-throughput measurements of ciprofloxacin, clomipramine and fexofenadine hydrochlorides were performed by employing an automatic 8-channel electrical titrator. Silver nitrate(AgNO_3) and sodium tetraphenylborate(NaTPB) were used as titrants. When AgNO_3 was used for measuring the drugs in pure form, recoveries were 97.6%–102.0% with RSD values 1.0%; for measuring them in pharmaceutical formulations, recoveries were 96.6%–99.1% with RSD values 1.0%. Batch samples of eight could be measured simultaneously and maximally 30 measurements per minute could be completed. When Na TPB was used for measuring the drugs in pure form, the recoveries were 96.8%–102.6% with RSD values 0.8%; for measuring them in pharmaceutical formulations, the recoveries were 97.5%–102.7% with RSD values 0.9%. For all analyses, no auxiliary devices or chemicals were needed and there was no requirement for changing or cleaning working electrodes between measurements.
